We were locked out of our unit without cause. Whether this was someones mistare I don't know. The property manager does not respond.

I've rented here for 10 years. A year ago I was paying $145 for my unit. The price increased to $250 this year while the upkeep of the property rapidly declined. The door knob to my building has been broken for a year. There is no longer anyone in the office, just a kiosk for payment. The gates were broken last month, so left open. People were roaming through the gates on foot, so I left, not feeling safe getting out. Check prices well before coming here. I have happily completely moved it! read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PUBLIC STORAGE! They raised rent twice within a 3 month time span, and only received ONE notification, said it had to be "mailed - per the law" - which is fine, but how reliable is the USPS?!?!?! We never received the second notification - and NO email - NOTHING! First time - went up about $20 in Sept 2021. Then the second time - Went up over $60 in DECEMBER 2021!!! That's over $80 in just 2 MONTHS! Ridiculous! read more

One star , because is not -1 star, Been customer for over 15 years, (before Public Storage) stay there for the convenience of location close to home. But the Supervisor "Manager" as she call her self (lady with blue hair) the arrogant , prepotent, and must unprofessional person i ever deal with. The raise of rent never was a problem, I did rent TWO spaces 20X20 (lost of money over the years). But dealing with her attitude was to much. last time just few days ago on process of finally moving she stop me ask questions about boxes place in the garbage. under heat I response back , HER ASNWERS was " WHAT EVER" I'm the manager..... I will charge for cleaning. Really ?????? Thanks God I did move. To other Public Storage close by. What a difference. Professional service. I ask is the same company? they should be training same way of customer service? Well IF SHE IS THE MANAGER? what to expect from the rest of her staff read more

Great location and very nice folk. Only complaint is it was very hard to get our Motor home in and out of the facility. Wish there was a direct road into the large covered parking. Other than that, very clean and safe. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!! I was absolutely appalled at the way I was treated and the lack of customer service. My unit has been vacant and empty since the first week of November, I just needed to pick up my lock and get out a piece of glass. I went to take care of this issue today to find out I was being charged for another month due to the fact I hadn't taken the lock off myself. Not only was I being charged for the month but I would no longer have access to the unit. This was just a ridiculous fee. I had wanted out before November but they said I had to have my things out that night which was impossible to do so I paid for another month and cleared out my unit only to have this happen and have to pay all over again! AND I don't even have the unit anymore! I am being charged for December with no unit to use! I have been a loyal customer with Public Storage and have never been late on a payment and I really am still in shock over this whole situation. Not only do I feel completely scammed but the Property Manager Cam was awful and rude and not willing to work with us at all. COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!! Totally disgusted with this establishment and I recommend anyone needing a storage unit to go through a different company so you don't get screwed over like I did. read more
