After moving out found rat poop in two of the three storage units. Rat nest in my shoebox for which I had to purchase all new shoes. And then since I returned the locks 2 Days later because Sunday they were not open they said they could no longer prorate. Read the fine print and don't store anything here that you don't want pooped on.

Within one hour they were already loading the items on the truck. There was a mix up with the items that I needed to be removed, as I was in route to the house and not there just yet, but they never once complained or became impatient. They were very friendly, respectful and fast. The price was very reasonable and they were able to accommodate the extra items that was needed with no hesitation. When you sign up they also give you the first month free and you pay month-to-month so none of that pay 6 months in advance bullsh*t. No I don't have AC in my storage unit and I don't want it. That also means I don't have to pay some $60-70 price markup a month to keep items in an AC storage that don't need it. I would ask if they have any AC storage units available if you really want it. They've been in business for quite awhile and I imagine the owners don't use yelp which is why the only other review has been allowed to pervade on here. I don't usually rate businesses but these guys deserve to have 5 stars and be known as a 5 star business. They always answer their calls, speak to me courteously, and offer a great fair price!

Tim has been selling flooring in the Seabrook area for over 30 years. Before him, his dad was selling flooring. they're a floorfam. The place is not the flashiest or even most organized showroom, but Tim will hook you up. If you bring a sample/quote from any big box store he will work his behind off to match carpet type and price - and you can get your flooring FAST. Tim calls the carpet/flooring mills while you're sitting there, to find out when he can get the carpet you want. Tim actually had installed flooring in our house before the big box store even returned my call for a quote! It was hilarious when we told them we had already installed carpet, and they couldn't believe we could do that anywhere in less than 10 days. Tim CAN!
