My family has been storing they're stuff from Harvey for four years at this place. She called all weekend until she finally showed up on Monday and no one was there. she rued to get in through the gate but because she hasn't paid they suspended her code so we had to wait for someone to come and open it for us. Same thing to get out, account was suspended so the code didn't work, so we were stuck there for at least an hour waiting for another to come. We called the owners, no answer. My mom went up there this morning, when she got there, her storage unit was locked so my mom wasn't able to access it. She went to the front desk to ask why they had locked it if they know she goes to pay every month. Vanessa Binetti said there were rules she had to follow, and to lock all the storages that haven't been paid for. They go back to the storage unit to get it unlocked, Miss. Binetti starts yelling at my mom accusing her of being a liar, yelling at her that she wasn't going to pay, not knowing that my mom was planning on paying after she loaded up all of her stuff. She continued to scream at my mom and get into her face. She told my mom she was still going to charge her for the full month, even tho she was only using it for a week. The nursery employees saw what was going on. Vanessa is so rude and disrespectful, will never do business here again. Do not go here unless you want to get accused of being a liar and want to get unfairly charged. Terrible customer service.
