Service not great. I came in wifey for mani pedi. They gave me 3 different girls this time. 1 for pedi which was good especially the foot massage. The mani was rushed super fast and I asked the girl if she knew how to buff she said yes but the buff came out unprofessional. I was able to see the file marks on every nail and wasn't shined. Then I got a chair massage man this little girl just took my money she ain't do nothing for me. All in $270 for me and my wife. Money isn't the issue it's the poor rushed service. Hit or miss. The young girls are the best and actually enjoy their work. I went in and a male tech put a tip on me that was glued totally crooked. I told the technician to please re do it. I wish I had a picture to show. The owner came over and gave it a second attempt , but it was so bad. I don't even have crooked nail beds!!! I told the guy to please re do it again. I NEVER had to tell a person how to do their job, but it was so bad. He laughed and said it's fine. I was in there for over an hour and a half just getting a powder. I wanted to leave. I ended up snapping that tip right down the middle a few days later because it was so much longer than the rest of my nails. No point in booking appointments when they never come on time in the mornings and you still wait 45 minutes. I live out of town, my family lives in the area. When I visit I sometimes treat myself to a medi/pedi at CU. This particular time when I visited the service was terrible, the technician did a rush job and was not friendly. I would have been better doing my own nails. My cuticles look terrible. So I used to like coming here until they started running their business totally unprofessionally. Their online hours along with their on the door hours states they open at 10, yet every morning they don't show up until 10:30, so why have us make an appointment for 10? I left and came back the next day and made a new appointment for 4. Yet again they were way behind schedule And didnt take me untill 4:45 pm. I only stayed because at that time no where else had available appointments and i needed them done for a shower they next morning. When I mentioned to them i had somewhere i had to be, hence why i made the appointment for the time i did, i was met with complete attitude and told theyre plenty busy that if they don't like the way they run their business i can leave and find another place to get my nails. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Not specifically for the experience of getting a pedi, but for the manager who is so cheap and just unreasonable. I had a gift card which he did not accept AFTER I got the service because I had ripped off the other part of the gift card which was a BLANK PIECE OF PAPER. simply for this reason. He said it's because maybe I had used it and the rest of the amount was on that paper, but if that was the case there would be an X on the original amount. In fact, every other one he showed me had an X on it. So really? Just chose to deny it. MONEY HUNGRY. stay far away. Much better places elsewhere. read more

I was a regular customer at this place for about two months. I would get a manicure and pedicure every two weeks. After my 3rd pedicure I developed this odd bump of skin on the bottom on my foot that I had no idea what it was. At a regular dermatology appointment I showed my doctor the bottom of the foot and then learned the horrific news that it was a pretty bad wart issue. I can't prove that this salon is responsible but that was my first and last time ever developing such an issue. Beware of cleanliness.
