The owner is fantastic and does beautiful nails, but her employees are not. The woman in the second row, closest to the pedicure chairs, was rude and tried to charge me for services I didn't receive. I asked for multiple colors from the color list, and they could only find one out of the six we requested. My nails were done yesterday, as shown on my receipt, and they're already chipped less than 24 hours later. I've never seen dip powder chip so quickly, especially with acrylic underneath. Also, I still gave a tip as I felt she took almost two hours to do this so I felt weird not leaving one but she didn't even look at me when I gave it her she responded with "ok" read more

They are very friendly and clean. However every time I would go there my gel polish would chip within three days or wouldn't last a full week. Honestly it really depended on the nail tech. I usually go there when I'm too lazy to drive to my regular nail salon. read more

****Update on my initial review**** They called me first thing the next morning and asked that I come back in to fix my nails. I did, and I can't tell you how wonderful they came out. Angela did a phenomenal job and she was so so so kind! She said her clients are like family and that if I ever am unhappy again to just tell them. Before I left, she reminded me that now I was family. To add to this...The tech that worked in my nails prior came over and apologized. Such a kind person as well. And lastly, Just to add...her husband was working on another client and he was so humorous and really making his client so happy. The interaction he had with this woman said alot. Angela is seriously the best manicurist I have ever been to. Not only is her Shop clean but everyone is very friendly and it is a very comfortable atmosphere. I can't believe someone wrote a review based on the fact that they couldn't get an immediate slot by walking in. Most places you can't just walk in and get immediate service yet service unless they are not busy which usually means they're not a very good salon. This was my 1st visit to Angela and she blew me away. Most places make me sit there with my nails soaking in acetone for 30 minutes or more but Angela did not. She used the Dremel to remove most of the old powdered dip and then had a small bowl for my nails to soak in so my entire hand wasn't swimming in acetone! My skin is so sensitive and I can't take the long soaks so I am so very happy I found Angela! I showed her a picture on Pinterest of a cat design that I liked and she did it with no issue! I can't wait to go back to her in a few days for a pedicure. I wish I had time to do both today but looking forward to seeing her again so soon! read more

I went here based on clearly fake reviews on Google. There is absolutely no way there can be a 4.9% 1.3K reviews for this place. No way. First issue, heat lamp to dry nails out of a teeny tiny hole. I have never seen such a ghetto setup. Second issue is that the fill-in was way too wet. So wet that my nails cracked two days after I left the place. And it was put on so thick it looked like I put it on myself. I say that because I went to a place to have my nails done professionally two days later, and they asked me if I did them myself??!! I was so embarrassed!! Do yourself a favor steer clear of this place! There was a woman getting her toes done while I was there and all she did was complain. They had Hispanic women who didn't speak English, clearly didn't know how to give pedicures, and we're completely making a mess of this woman's toes. Disaster. I attached a Pic of my nails *leopard at this place and *white when I had them redone at professional place. Clearly done the right way. Again, this place is no good. Being new to the area, I was excited to see that a nail salon nearby had such great reviews. I did not hesitate to make an appointment. It is a small salon with great service. I usually call to make an appointment & am very specific in regards to the service I need. I've only received pedicures here for the last year & have never been disappointed. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. I see they tend to have very friendly relationships with customers. My experiences have always been hassle-free an relaxing. My friend and I were out shopping and on a whim we stopped here to get our nails done. I needed a powder fill in and she a regular manicure. Now this is not my normal nail salon as I live in queens over an hour and a half away. There's not an easy way to get all the way back out there and by the time I could make it out there, my real nails are going to be completely ruined as they are already starting to break. This is completely disappointing considering they charged me more than I have ever been charged for a fill in. $45. For them to ruin the hard work I put in to finally getting my real nails to grow. The powder dip cracked on all my fingers starting the next day, I did not use my hands at all to have them crack. Then slowly each one started to come off my nails. It's ridiculous. read more

Was the first time I had to pay to remove the gel polish done at the same place 2 weeks prior. Also there is a manager called me twice to make sure I was going there for sure before my time was expired. and he is not friendly at all. He doesn't explain the extra charges. I came in for a dip powder with "tips" manicure with Angela yesterday. The salon itself is beautiful, clean & modern-looking. The staff is very friendly & sweet. Prices are very reasonable. However, I realized after I left my appointment yesterday that there were some concerns with my nails. I returned to the salon today & asked Angela to remove the dip powder with tips. She was very accommodating considering she & another woman were the only nail techs there, and there were 3 other customers in the salon. Angela removed my dip powder & was very apologetic, she even refunded my money! Based off the customer service alone, I would DEFINITELY come back to this salon for at least a regular mani/pedi. Not somewhere you want to come for a relaxing time which is what I came out for and got the complete opposite. They allowed this obnoxious blonde woman talk on her phone on speakerphone for over 20 minutes. I know this woman's entire story; she had her thyroid removed 30 years ago, she has celiacs, she wants to rent an air BB, she's going to sparkle on Sunday. The owner was sitting in a spa chair watching videos on loud volume on top of the music being loud and this woman babbling. Then a man started sweeping and slamming chairs around while I was still getting a pedicure. When the guy was done he came and sat next to me on his iPad watching videos. The owner was coughing and sneezing the whole time. $10 additional for something that's $5 everywhere else. This was the most stressful pedicure I've ever ever had and I will absolutely not be back. read more

Very rude & unprofessional. First off they were so rude to my mom I had made an appointment for her & i they told her she needed to wait my mom ended up walking out after an hour & a half I felt so bad for my mother because it was supposed to be a nice mother daughter day. My nails came out terrible. I paid so much money for my nails at this place & I kept giving them chances & every time they were terrible & never got what I asked for. Very unlikely to ever return. I went in 3 weeks ago for a fill in and pedicure they told me they had time rushing my nails and leaving some scraps and bruises doing so. I decided to return because he had an attitude but someone there I seen did a very good job on someone else's nails... so I returned today with a scheduled appointment at 1 pm. Someone walks in the door asked how much and can they do the design they want they said yes while I'm sitting down still waiting. Know your worth you won't get another dime out of me being treated like that I walked out. With out saying a word. read more

Went into this place on a Wednesday afternoon at 440, asked if they take walk ins to get my eyebrows waxed. They said yes sign in and sit down. They had 3 people in there chairs all getting there nails done. The guy said its going to be a wait, I said thats fine I didnt mind at all. I understood that these people where there before me. I sat there for maybe 6 minutes, he sits the next girl, says he has to do my eyebrows, tells me to follow him. As I walk into the back room to lay down he goes "you better make sure you tell that women out there thank you. I just interrupted her nails to do your eyebrow wax, so say thank you, when you leave." Before we even got in the room I said thank you to him for fitting me in so fast I wasn't expecting that. He said "don't say thank you to me, you only take 5 minutes. That women was waiting before you" AGAIN i told him I had no issue waiting i didnt have anytbing to do. So he rushed thru my eyebrow wax and messed up my eyebrows. I WILL NOT be returning..and mind you I gave him a 12 dollar tip to be kind. Also this was my 1st time being here. Thanks but no thanks. read more

Where everyone in this salon is super nice... I will not return. Went in last week for a pedicure and dip powder. I told the girl who did my manicure that I need my nails short. Twice. They were all different lengths and I told her I wanted to my skin. Then the second time when I had her cut them shorter, she finally listened but still not as short as I asked her to. My nails looked great even though they were longer than I like and need. Fast forward to two days later.... they're all chipping and cracked. The other place I go to normally, my nails do not chip and I go a month in between manicures. I'm super annoyed as you can tell now. Then they did my pedicure last, where the girl cut my ankles because she was so rough. they let me leave with wet toes, which I didn't realize were so wet, and I had to go back and get almost them all fixed. Now they look horrible. I think that they are all super nice, Don't get me wrong, but spending $80 To have chipped dip powder nails TWO DAYS LATER is ridiculous. read more
