Where do I begin!!!! I was greeted nicely and barely waited and I didn't have an appointment. I got extremely lucky with the most perfect and funny nail technician I have ever had. Her name is Delilah. Truthfully she needs to be the head nail technician there (even though I haven't had anyone else) she really sealed my experience. I will never go anywhere else going forward nor use anyone else. The main thing amongst others was that she was SO knowledgeable and patient with me about the different services they had and that she made it clear the choice was mine (did not push any expensive options on me like most nail salons do). Thank you so much for having her apart of your staff and for being so close to my job where I could even go on my lunch break or right after work. Oh and her work by the way is so clean and neat as you can tell by the photo. I will be telling and insisting everyone I know go to this salon and use Delilah specifically. This hasn't been our experience at other nail salons. We returned today purely for convenience since we were already at the shopping center and didn't have time to go elsewhere, especially with my daughter's musical tomorrow. The total came to $50, which felt a bit high, though we accepted it because she chose to add a 10-minute foot massage. However, the service itself was also lacking. My daughter typically receives three coats of clear polish (two base coats, the white tip, and a final top coat), but today she only received two clear coats, which likely contributed to the poor durability. At checkout, I paid by credit card and was charged a $2 merchant fee. I also left a $5 tip on the card since I didn't have cash. The staff member processing the payment pointed out that they "expect" at least an 18% tip and indicated an amount closer to $10 on the receipt. I want to be clear, I'm not against tipping. I regularly tip, and I'm happy to tip generously when the service is exceptional. However, tipping should remain voluntary, not pressured or expected. If a certain percentage is required, it should simply be built into the pricing to avoid uncomfortable situations. This was our third and last visit to Pacfe. Unfortunately, this is not a place we would return to or recommend.

When I called to make an appointment, I let them know I was a first-time customer for them. I was warmly welcomed and given an appointment that worked with my schedule for the next day. When I got there I checked in on Yelp and was so excited to see a 10% off coupon for first-time customers. That excitement was quickly deflated when I was advised that they were not honoring it any more and they have asked Yelp to take it down but they haven't. All I wanted was 2 fingers with French yellow and he had to look at the picture I showed him 6 times to be able to do it. It was just regular French. Everyone does it.
