I found the experience from a customer service perspective to be a bomb. The manager seemed harried and rushed and not respectful of my appt time. Ditto to the tech who did my pedicure who seemed pained by having to do my pedicure. I sat in the chair waiting for her to do a pedicure I had scheduled. In total, there was 30 minutes of wait time between the two appointments not because of the scheduling but the mismanagement of this salon. I would never return, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the time.

I called before and asked if they had time for two pedicures, gel mani, and a fill in. They said yes and to come now-so we did. We had to wait a few minutes which is totally fine and expected. My sister and I both get seated in a pedicure chair next to each other. The one lady starts working on me. She's working on me for maybe 15 to 20 minutes and nobody has seen my sister yet which was kind of frustrating because they said they could accommodate the both of us. Eventually someone came over to my sister and started doing her toes. The guy doing my sisters nails kept getting up to work on someone else though ..My sister finishes before me because she did a regular pedicure and I did a gel pedicure so makes sense that she would be done before me. She gets seated and I'm still not done with my pedicure and another 10 minutes goes by and nobody is doing her nails . finally we're both done and sitting next to each other doing our manicure. this is when things started to get really odd... They were being extremely rough with our fingers, burning us with the files, shoving our hands into the dryers, we noticed that they use the same clippers for everyone!!! my sister even asked to see a different pink color, and the woman got visibly annoyed that she asked for a different color when she didn't even start painting her nails yet which I thought was really rude. As we continue on ,the workers just seemed really confused on what was going on. They kept stopping, kept asking the one woman, May, every question possible and it just seemed really unorganized and like they didn't know what they were doing. Maybe they were having an off day, but this seemed really chaotic and odd. As we're wrapping up to pay, they keep pushing Venmo and cash tips on us and like we both were going to do cash. I handed her two $20 bills and asked for change for both of them. She handed me back one of my 20s because there's a small rip on the corner of it and told me that she couldn't take my 20 and made a whole thing out of it because my $20 bill had a small corner tear. They seem like they just wanted our money and to rush us out of there. I tipped but my sister didn't because she had it way worse than me. We are both extremely disappointed with our experience, them telling us to come in when they didn't even have time to accommodate us, the constant changing between workers for our services, and they are just money hungry I would never go back here and I hate to say that about establishments, but this truly was not a good experience at all. My nails look great though so if you don't care about anything else, then sure try this place out, but their customer service was lacking.

I made an appointment and I had arrived a little early. They took me right away and didn't make me wait. I received the pedicure first. They asked if I wanted to upgrade my pedicure to a spa one, which I declined. They didn't pressure me to upgrade, which was nice. Both my pedicure and manicure went smoothly . They don't have the hand and foot driers like other nail places have. My toe nails dried on their own as my nails were getting done and they used a hand fan to dry my fingernails. Overall, I'm satisfied with their work. It was very clean inside as well. I'd return again.

But...unfortunately, they were incredibly sloppy with their powder manicure. I showed them a photo of a design I wanted (mentioned this when making the appointment as well), and when I got there they gave me all confidence they could do it but I could see on the tech's face that she had no idea how to even begin. What I showed them was a very simple Mickey Mouse design (this was after showing them several others and then saying they couldn't do it). What I ended up recording was as something that looked like two cherries hanging off a vine. Keep in mind this for a trip to Disney, so... I will say that their pedicure was great-it included hot stones which I love and the massage was also really good. But, that came at a crazy price. The polish application for the pedicure was also sloppy, when I asked for a simple French. All in all, I left there spending $130, which even by Long Island pricing standards is ridiculous. Regardless of the shotty work, I still remained polite and gracious while voicing my concerns along the way in a nice way because I knew there was a huge language barrier that didn't help matters. I still tipped my tech well because after all she did perform a service, but I know I will not be returning here nor recommending them.

I usually go here bc it was so close by and the prices were reasonable . However the actual services are so/ so depending on how many people they're trying to fit in. From time to time they give you coupons to keep you coming back. My nail tech went to offer me a 5 dollar coupon which while appreciated was unneeded and for no reason what so ever John told her in front of everyone not to and took it away. I'm assuming it's because I'm a regular and not new so they do that to attract business only . My problem is he could have done that privately or even train the girls to know who it give coupons to or not. Instead he chose to make a scene in a packed Salon to save 5 dollars. Now instead of saving 5 he's loosing them about 100 every two weeks . It was very weird especially for the service they provide. My nails are almost always messed up in some way unless ling does it but she's only there on Mondays . Save your money and go somewhere more professional . Convenience isn't always worth it .
