May and Gina are wonderful they listen to what you are looking to have done. They are up to date on all their expertise and know all the newest styles. Place is very clean and very friendly. Pedicures are great and younger to pick what type you want read more

I've been here twice. The first time was not anything compared to what I just experienced today. This time I brought my sister. I called before and asked if they had time for two pedicures, gel mani, and a fill in. They said yes and to come now-so we did. We had to wait a few minutes which is totally fine and expected. My sister and I both get seated in a pedicure chair next to each other. The one lady starts working on me. She's working on me for maybe 15 to 20 minutes and nobody has seen my sister yet which was kind of frustrating because they said they could accommodate the both of us. Eventually someone came over to my sister and started doing her toes. The guy doing my sisters nails kept getting up to work on someone else though ..My sister finishes before me because she did a regular pedicure and I did a gel pedicure so makes sense that she would be done before me. She gets seated and I'm still not done with my pedicure and another 10 minutes goes by and nobody is doing her nails . finally we're both done and sitting next to each other doing our manicure. this is when things started to get really odd... They were being extremely rough with our fingers, burning us with the files, shoving our hands into the dryers, we noticed that they use the same clippers for everyone!!! my sister even asked to see a different pink color, and the woman got visibly annoyed that she asked for a different color when she didn't even start painting her nails yet which I thought was really rude. As we continue on ,the workers just seemed really confused on what was going on. They kept stopping, kept asking the one woman, May, every question possible and it just seemed really unorganized and like they didn't know what they were doing. Maybe they were having an off day, but this seemed really chaotic and odd. As we're wrapping up to pay, they keep pushing Venmo and cash tips on us and like we both were going to do cash. I handed her two $20 bills and asked for change for both of them. She handed me back one of my 20s because there's a small rip on the corner of it and told me that she couldn't take my 20 and made a whole thing out of it because my $20 bill had a small corner tear. They seem like they just wanted our money and to rush us out of there. I tipped but my sister didn't because she had it way worse than me. We are both extremely disappointed with our experience, them telling us to come in when they didn't even have time to accommodate us, the constant changing between workers for our services, and they are just money hungry I would never go back here and I hate to say that about establishments, but this truly was not a good experience at all. My nails look great though so if you don't care about anything else, then sure try this place out, but their customer service was lacking. read more

This place is ridiculous. I went for a medi /medi. They bring you to a chair for pedi and you wait in the chair for 30 mins. I was ready to walk out if they didnt put cream on my legs ,just so you can't. Never going back to this place read more

I have been going here for a year, and they are the best. My nails are healthier than ever because of their flawless and precise work. They go above and BEYOND. read more

This salon doesn't even deserve one star. There are new owners. I went for a mani pedi July 20. They cut the cuticle so bad it took a good 15 mins to stop. They did such a rush job that by the time I got home the corner of my nails started breaking. They didn't even round the corners so my nails were pulling and getting caught on my shirt. I have very strong nails and haven't ever had this problem. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. Cindy where are you?! read more

The staff is super friendly and always have a smile when I come in for a mani/pedi! I love that they put bags over the tubs when you go to get the pedicure and they really take their time when they are attending to you read more

My favorite place to sit and have my nails done. Everyone who works there is so nice. As for my nails they do not chip or break and stay nice for 3 weeks!! read more

Went for a gel manicure last week, and was very disappointed in the service I received. I waited for 30 minutes, watching the technicians give manicures and pedicures, giving each patron their full attention and a back massage after finishing up with them. When the technician started to work on me, a couple of customers walked in, and wanted gel manicures, and gel pedicures. Well, that really changed things quickly. My technician immediately started to take off the polish on one of these women. In the meantime, I had my hands under the UV lamp, drying my gel polish. When I felt my hands had been under the light for way too long, I asked the technician, "what is going on?" She immediately apologized, and started to work on my manicure again. It is not a good idea to keep your hands under the UV lamp for any longer than it takes to cure the gel, so this was definitely wrong. Trying to work on two customers at one time, really isn't fair to either customer, and definitely leaves a lot to be desired. The technician rushed through the final steps of my manicure, forgetting to use a washcloth, put on hand cream, etc. She then presented me with the check, and I asked "where is my back massage?"...I had seen every other woman receive one at the end of their service. The girl who appears to "run" the show there, said "next time"... There will not be a "next time" for me. Too many other nail salons in the area. read more

I came here with my sister, and although every nail technician was busy when we arrived, the wait was only 10 minutes. The only negative is that there are barely any places to sit while you are waiting to be helped. The staff is super friendly and always greets you and says goodbye. Polished Nails was recently renovated after Dunkin Donuts was put next to it, so everything is updated, which was nice because the equipment used to look a little old before renovations. If you have gone here before, there used to be an issue with parking, but after the renovation there are a lot more spots, so parking was a bit of an inconvenience. This is a good nail salon to go to if you are looking for a consistently good job for a very good price. A mani/pedi was only 16 dollars; regular manicures are 6 and regular pedicures are 11. read more

This was my first time at this nail salon. They did a great job from start to finish. They took good Covid safety precautions, and I felt everything was sanitized. Great prices, and great results. Will definitely go again. read more

My favorite go to for nails ! The staff is super friendly and they're always willing to fit you in even if they're super busy! I never have to wait long for service and they create such cute nail art and for reasonable prices ! I never feel judged and they always make me and my family feel welcomed. And the back massages after getting your nails done are the bestt! I would definitely recommend this place. read more

This place is so dirty! They don't sanitize their nail tools after each use and the whole place smells like chemicals - there's no ventilation in the place whatsoever. I left with the worst headache. There was dirt and dust around all the pedicure chairs. The UV sanitizer for the manicure tools was being used as storage. If you're looking for a cheap manicure than you're going to the right place because you're getting cheap service. read more

1 star because zero isn't an option!! The worst experience!!! Went in for a pedicure. After I'm seated I'm informed the massage feature on the chair is broken. Ok Annoying. She should have told me that before I sat down! Then the tub isn't working so it's similar to soaking my feet in stale bath water. Finally No char available to dry my toes!! I told the owner I was not happy and she looked at me and laughed!!! Never again!!! read more

this place is usually my go to but the pedicures have changed now. the price went up for a regular pedicure $2 more and you don't get the hot stone with it anymore or a 10 minute massage! also, they reuse the same equipment and don't sanitize the nail clippers and stuff. It's dirty. read more

I went in here for a manicure, and then in the middle of it, a lady walked in with her daughter and all the workers starting talking to them and not paying attention to painting my nails. The person doing my nails got up, started taking to the lady, and came back 10 minutes later. She left the nail polish bottle open, so the nail polish was chunky but she continued to put it on my fingers. She got nail polish all over my fingers and didnt bother to clean it. I think an 11 year old could do my nails better. When I was done, she didn't even bother to bring me to the drying machine. She just told me to leave. read more

I went here to get my acrylics taken off and they started to rip them off with a metro card. So I got up and left and went to a place where they soak your nails. Only to find out that my ring finger nail was completely broken in half under the acrylic. Thanks to this place read more

I went in for a regular manicure just to get my nails and cuticles cleaned up. They took me right away though very busy. Unfortunately I was coughing from all the products being used and maybe not enough ventilation. Woman must have cut too much cuticle because my skin began peeling back at the base of every nail on every finger. No good. Not going back. read more

This place is OK. Not horrible by any means, but not great. Nails are ok, but Pedi could have been better....other than the polish, you may be hard pressed to tell I just had my feet done. It was worth it, for the money, I guess, and I would give them another try. Edit:Manicure lasted 2 days before my first chip of polish. read more

I love my nails! I got tips with powder gel. Their prices are super cheap and you're still getting a great mani pedi. With the pedicures, the seats have all the massage chairs working and they are constantly asking if they're pressing too hard or if the water is too hot, etc. They are very gentle and have sweet staff. The massages they give while you are waiting are so nice. They must've all been trained well! read more

Seriously the best deals I have found for a nail salon so far: Mani+pedi = $16 Manicure = $7 Pedicure = $11 Gel manicure: ~$20 I only got it twice here so I don't really remember...but both times it lasted for at least 12 days. They have Essie and OPI and some other brands too, plus a lot of gel colors. It looks ordinary from the outside, but I have never been disappointed. I got a mani/pedi at T.Carlton Spalon and paid well over $40 and it was not as nice as the ones I get at Polished Nails. They are attentive and don't have a snotty attitude. You never feel like you are being rushed out come near closing time. So many places act like you should feel lucky they are serving you, but at Polished Nails they really do make sure you are happy. FYI: If you are paying with a credit card make sure you bring cash for a tip, and make note that the minimum charge is $20. read more

I love getting my nails done here! They are friendly, clean and always do a great job with my nails. Not to mention you can't beat their prices! $15.99 for a mani & pedi, $20 for gel mani and they don't charge to remove your gel if you get a regular mani! My friend who lives 20 minutes away will drive to this nail salon because she loves them so much! I also like that the nail techs don't ask me questions and pry into my personal life while I'm getting my nails done. Great salon and would definitely recommend it to others! read more

This place is filthy! They DO NOT sanitize their utensils after every patron. I have been coming here for a few years but they have gotten dirtier as time has gone on. They are cheap, but I'd rather pay a few more dollars for a more sanitized and better job. The staff is rude and rush you when they have a wait. They also don't do a full manicure if they are busy so make sure you take note. I will never return after I was treated the last time I was here. read more

Place is kind of dirty. Got a nail fungus a few months ago. It took months to grow out. The people there are not very accommodating. One time me and my boyfriends mom came and both got pedicures, both paid separately. I paid 11$ cash for my shitty pedicure ( took five min.) and my boyfriends mom paid $20 on her credit card. except for when she got home and checked her receipt she was charged 31$. So what they did was add both mine and my boyfriends moms service together, even though I paid already in cash. we went back and told them they made a mistake. The girl denied it until we threatened to never come back. She than admitted it was in her pocket!!! Such bull, I work in retail. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!! If I could give 0 stars I would. essential nail spa across the street is AMAZING and I won't go anywhere else. Did I mention this salon sucks? read more

I'm giving a 4 star because my daughter received an good mani pedi, besides the fact it was 15.99 was great. It was given by a young lady named Sophia( so ask for her and you know you will get a good job. UNFORTUNATELY I received one of the worst jobs ever there. My daughter started her pedi before me by at least 10 min and mine was done first. She basically washed my feet, even the nail painting was bad and bumpy and when I asked her if she can even out the paint, she stated something in her native tongue, never acknowledging my request. Now normally I would have lost it. But I figured for $15.99 why get put out. Lol. and I'm getting ready to leave for vacation, it's not worth it. Also I wasn't going to tip her but my daughter works for tips. I wanted to get her name but I was trying not to lose it so I sucked it up, tipped her the minimum and vowed to remember her face. I have always had a good experience in this place. It's always the one bad apple that can spoil the bunch!!!! read more

Was in town for a wedding and went here with my sisters to get manicures and pedicures. I was pleased and would return. I paid $11 for a pedicure and got an $11 pedicure. Nothing fancy, but quick and came out good. If you are looking for a fancy nail salon this is not the place for you. read more
