Making unnecessary comments about a young girl's appearance is completely unacceptable and honestly embarrassing for a business that works in beauty services. If this is how they treat customers, especially teenagers, they should seriously rethink their customer service. There are plenty of other salons in the area that know how to treat people with basic respect. We will absolutely never be back.

We returned today purely for convenience since we were already at the shopping center and didn't have time to go elsewhere, especially with my daughter's musical tomorrow. The total came to $50, which felt a bit high, though we accepted it because she chose to add a 10-minute foot massage. However, the service itself was also lacking. My daughter typically receives three coats of clear polish (two base coats, the white tip, and a final top coat), but today she only received two clear coats, which likely contributed to the poor durability. At checkout, I paid by credit card and was charged a $2 merchant fee. I also left a $5 tip on the card since I didn't have cash. The staff member processing the payment pointed out that they "expect" at least an 18% tip and indicated an amount closer to $10 on the receipt. I want to be clear, I'm not against tipping. I regularly tip, and I'm happy to tip generously when the service is exceptional. However, tipping should remain voluntary, not pressured or expected. If a certain percentage is required, it should simply be built into the pricing to avoid uncomfortable situations. This was our third and last visit to Pacfe. Unfortunately, this is not a place we would return to or recommend.

When I called to make an appointment, I let them know I was a first-time customer for them. I was warmly welcomed and given an appointment that worked with my schedule for the next day. When I got there I checked in on Yelp and was so excited to see a 10% off coupon for first-time customers. That excitement was quickly deflated when I was advised that they were not honoring it any more and they have asked Yelp to take it down but they haven't. Unfortunately, this was where they lost a star in my rating. :( Despite that, the experience was very relaxing, calm & professional. We didn't feel rushed at all, which I really liked. On this visit, we splurged on a mani pedi for both myself and my daughter. We were both very pleased with not only their care and service in our experience but with the overall appearance of our nails. We'll see how long it lasts. All I wanted was 2 fingers with French yellow and he had to look at the picture I showed him 6 times to be able to do it. It was just regular French. Everyone does it. Shape was off, nails color is uneven, and they're already chipping. After I paid and when to my car he came outside knocking on my window because he forgot to charge me $6 extra for the French nails. In total, there was 30 minutes of wait time between the two appointments not because of the scheduling but the mismanagement of this salon.
