Well... If I could I'd leave 0 stars. First off I went into the nail salon at 10:22am on Jan 10 2023 and asked if they had avability for a full set. They told me they did and I was like that's great! I used to love this nail salon but I hadn't gotten my nails done in 6 months. When the lady I had applied the acrylic I had realized my pointer finger was crooked and she had told me it's not crooked it's just your finger it's bent that way... I was like alright. She then started to use the drill to file my nails and all my nail people know you use like 4-5 different adapters on the nails when filing she used 1, one for just my cuticles nothing that had to do with shape. Then she had told me to pick a color and I picked this baby pink shade that you could use for a French what color did it come out hot pink ... I then told her that's nothing like the color I picked and she continued to apply the color and told me it lightens in the ub when we all know it gets darker. I also asked her to redo some of the nails and she had gotten frustrated and handed me over to someone else... what one person can't finish a job they started ? After that they just looked horrible. Charged me 45 dollars for a shitty set of nails plus I even tipped the lady too bc I didn't want to be an asshole. By far the worst exprence I've ever had anywhere! I'd go anywhere but here!!!! Let's also keep in mind it took them 2 hours because I didn't leave till 12:37 :( But big thank you to the nail salon that had fixed my nails and painted them grey forever will go there from now on! My friend always gets her nails done here by Nikki and the art I saw on her was gorgeous, creative and affordable. So, I thought why not? Called on my way home from work around 4:30 and scheduled an appointment for 7 Pm that day. Got there at 7:02 and Nikki was busy. Okay cool. I go to the ATM around the corner for cash. At 7:30 and she just starts getting to me. I show her a pic on her Instagram and she gets started. She rushes to add tips, then stops working on me twice for about a total of 20 minutes to finish the other woman. The picture had rhinestones, but I didn't like them on me. She and another lady insisted I keep them on and that they wouldn't fall off, that she'd replace them if they did. She also seemed annoyed at me for not wanting them as long as the picture, but I can't do shit with long nails and need to work lol All the while another, woman is loudly and obnoxiously complaining about how her nails look like a child did them. (This man was doing them---she left before getting them painted) they seemed to know this woman's friend and basically quietly ignored her mastic-Shirley fit while offering to finish which was cool. The color variation you see here is fine bc I told her to do what she wanted with the color. I was impressed with how she did the ombré French powder dip. But my nails had grooves in them where there wasn't enough powder because she just slapped everything together. Some of the powder was over my cuticle, causing it to lift in several areas after a few days and even on the first day I could see a gap between my nails and the tips (underside) which all mean a risk for fungus which I'm not down for. Honestly, it low key sucked. I ended up leaving there an hour and a half after I arrived. I gave her two stars bc I know she's probably really talented. At least her insta feed looks nice, but she rushed. She didn't do a great job and when I'm paying $50, although reasonable for the area, I want nails I'm not insecure about. I want nails that aren't 1.5-2 mm thick so I can use them and pick up coins and shit. I was going to go back to have them cut and thinned, but didn't want to waste more money there. My powder gel manicure was chipped the very night of my appointment. Almost all of my nails looked like they were cracked underneath the nail polish. Its been a week and every single nail is cracked... I am very disappointed to have had to spend $35 for a manicure to last for a week. To top it off, in an effort to remove my powder gel from my last manicure, she dug at my nails with her finger nails and picked off my nail polish. Then she used an acrylic nail as a tool to peel off the existing nail polish. It was super painful. read more

Worst place in Shirley/mastic! You would think this place in a strip mall would be a great location with good service. Called for availability sure come now. Walked in 15 min later. Empty... dated... no greeting just a blank stare from 4 people. Then ok mani pedi they start with us me and wife... still no greetings no hi just sit ... what color.... Then the phone calls text messages I'm still shocked at the customer service this was pedi first. Ok now the mani. I sat in the second chair while the women who took phone calls and worked the register sat in the first chair. The women who sat in the first chair FaceTimed 5 different people while the girl did my mani. 5 different people and placed the phone on the counter. While she's talking laughing she puts her dry feet on the counter I can't make this up I swear I've never walked in a business and experienced this before. I still have my technician a $20 spot she was the youngest one there and was trash. Rushed super fast texting on the phone and FaceTime talking while working on me. Wife had the lady towards the end near the pedi chairs. Same thing on the phone texting and talking up a storm with rushed service. They can't wonder why there not busy. read more

I've been coming here on and off for years , when I was waitressing I always had my nails done , my hands were in people's faces all day long and they were always a conversation piece. I never book with a specific person cause they're all great , if one can't do my designs they'll do my nails to the point they can and they'll tag team it which I love gets me what I want and out the door. I've always been treated polite I've never felt uncomfortable. Now that I'm an HHA I can't have nails but now my daughter is at the age of wanting them. They treated her tiny hands with care had to create tips for her pinkies and chatted her up about school and sports let me sit next to her for everything since she's a little shy. She's been getting her gel manicures there for a while and just got her first set and then her fill so now we're going for a second fill and her nails are perfect. As long as I've been coming here....ALL THINGS MUST COME TO AN END....my tech is no longer here and although I know how to do this as a certified aesthetician, I was truly saddened and disappointed. The woman insisted my nails were dry although I told her several times, they are not. And every time she said ITS DRY, AND TOUCH IT....I HAD TO SIT AND WAIT LONGER....BC SHE HAD TO RE-DO THE NAILS SHE MESSED UP.....I am one thst respects my elders, and although she was elderly, my dear it's time for her to continue working/helping out but AT THE CHECKOUT COUNTER. She put on sooooooo many layers from HER foolishness, it was 5HOURS LATER....and nails were not dry. Fought me on everything I was asking for and on the end couldn't couldnt even deliver on the most basic job I settled for anyway. I got my eyelash extensions done by Nikki. They only lasted 4 days. She fixed them for me however, the fake eyelashes were but directly on my natural which caused my natural eyelashes to fall out. My eyes were swollen and puffy. I would not go to this place for eyelash extensions. Like they say, you get what you pay for. It took me months for my eyelashes to grow back. read more
