Both my gel nails and toes came out amazing from two different people. They were so kind and helpful and explained everything to me about hard gel and chrome which most places don't take the time to do. Nails are literally gorgeous and could not recommend enough. She left the globs of gel all over my hands. Barely put cream as if she she didn't want to touch my hands. Made me wipe my own gook (gel) of my nails while they were soaking ... who does that??? She was so bitter and acted like I repulsed her. I believe she was the mother of the owner. They need to let her go. She is HORRIBLE!!!! I did not make a scene but I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. I did leave a tip just because I don't believe in stiffing people even if they did a poor job, I don't know I believe in karma.
