Horrible experience, my daughter had a 6:00 appointment for just a fill in and it took over two hours to get done!!!

Amazing workers they always get me feeling like my self went on my birthday and really enjoyed the mani pedi love this place

They over charged me for a fill in and didnt even do a good job. I paid 40 for a fill which wasn't laid properly and left gaps in my nail and 15 dollars for the simplest design imaginable. This is $5 in every nail salon in America yet somehow not this one. I was okay with that at first until I got home and realized all the air bubbles and black dots on the nail. She did poor prep and poor execution. I reached out to them via email to asked for the design to be fix seeing as to the fact that I already over paid the exact amount a repaint costs but I was met with silence. I would likely not go here again. A pregnant lady idr her name did my toenails. She was honest, efficient and did a good job. I hate that she brushed the top of my feet and between my toes but albeit I didn't say anything. Hoping my pedi lasts. Will update. As far as my nails, Tony did them, they were nice but turned out awful. He filed my cuticles with the block, hurt me multiple times and gave me bulky, ugly nails that I can't even work with and have to take off after spending $60. Usually they lay the acrylic nicely and refine but he did it haphazardly and harshly filed under my nails. I was told my nails go up and that's why he couldn't file more narrow. Untrue. The tips weren't attached and you can see a gap which will cause fungus. I read the reviews just now and other ladies experienced something similar. He was nice but I regret getting my nails done here. read more

Their prices are out of control! $10 to soak off gel nails (when the going rate is $5) and then $20 for a regular manicure! When I commented about their pricing , the technician said I could leave if I didn't like it! They're next to a dance studio so I guess they think they can price gouge the moms waiting for their kids in dance class! I'll never go back! read more

It is very difficult to find a nail salon nowadays that is trustworthy and provides quality. I cannot stand getting my nails done for them to break or crack a week later. Heidi's Nails was referred to me from a friend and I am so thankful she encouraged me to start coming here. I've been going to Heidi's nails for about a year now. For my acrylic I see Heidi and her staff for pedicures. First off, Heidi is a sweetheart. She makes an effort to greet each and every customer that walks into the door. She also loves her clients and you don't have to worry about her overcharging you or sneaking in unwarranted additional fees. Her work is quality and I'm thankful my nails always last at least 2 weeks. I definitely recommend giving Heidi a visit and you'll likely become a regular customer. I drive 20 minutes to her salon because I appreciate quality. I don't have time to be popping back into the salon during the week for nail fixes; I don't have to worry about this at Heidi's. read more

The first time I came in I didn't realize they were closing in 30 minutes.. they took me anyway and I chose a plain color because I was going on an interview the next day. Heidi offered to do a French instead and stayed a little later than she needed to. She always asks how my new job is going now. Everyone in here is friendly, it's a clean salon. They do a nice job! Amazing service, i got no cuts or injuries during the process. I came here with a friend and we both absolutely loved the results. You don't need to have the picture constantly up they memorize it for you. This costed $60 which is a pretty good price in my opinion. They offer many things here, such as a foot pedicure & massage area, waxing and obviously pedicures. My friend got an eyebrow wax and they turned out so well. She said she had barely to no pain. Workers are so sweet I was partnered with #5, Kay! The employees are easy to understand. There is a bit of a wait which can get annoying but it's so worth it. Had the best experience with Helen at Heidi's Nail Lab. I went in to get my nails done for my daughter's birthday and she could not have made the time at the salon more enjoyable. Friendly, patient and wonderful at her craft, it felt like I was sitting with a friend I'd known for years. I usually hate getting pedicures as I'm very insecure about my feet but she was kind, non-judge mental and even gave some helpful tips on foot care. I left the salon with a terrific set of nails, feeling great and revitalized. The entire staff is welcoming and the salon is clean and sanitary. 10/10 read more

It's such a shame because I used to love this place. If you don't get the right person or go at the right time your nails come out like shit. I had an appointment with Anna, showed up and ended up with Heidi. You would think if the owner was doing your nails that they would come out even better. Wrong. Every nail is a different length or shape, she didn't even fully take off my old powder so they're super thick. I broke one the next day, went back and Helen fixed it. This nail lab was so amazing!! I first walked in and was helped super quickly. I got acrylic tips here and the process was smooth, quicker than usual and they came out absolutely beautiful. Well.. after trying this new place to give it a chance, let me tell you.... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I came in for a a soak off because i had gel polish on my two nails. I asked for a soak off and just clear polish bc i had a cheer comp, that we're not allowed to wear nail polish. The lady sat me down, and immediately started drilling. Not only was it rough, but she was drilling my skin, MORE THE MY NAIL‍The lady was mumbling and I said huh? And didn't answer. She drilled it and soaked it IN WATER She told me to wash my hands once i was done and i said, "wheres the polish?" And she walked away. I was there with my friend and her mom because my mom couldn't take me. Once my friends mom started asking how much it would be, The lady told her $15! For a soak off, with no polish!! Not to mention there was only polish on TWO OF MY nails she proceeded to tell her that she also cut my cuticles which is an extra five dollars! There were no cuticles that were cut because My cuticles look worse than before I came in! My friend, her mom my other friend, and her mom all came in, and once The owner/workers started having an attitude my friends mom was getting really mad. My friends mom has been here before and they only charge her $20 for the same service that she got, and today they upped her charge by $20! This place is so unreliable, their workers are rough, the owner has an attitude, and their prices are untruthful! please stay far far away from this nail salon unless you want your nails to be ruined! read more
