I had my appointment set and came 5 minutes early, I was taken right away and it was very busy! Anna did my nails while another woman did my 10 minute back massage. Anna then did a lavender massage (20 minutes + 5 minutes hot stones) as well as gel pedicure on my toes. The massages were both phenomenal and the lavender treatment removed all of my dead skin & callouses. I hadn't been to the salon for a year so I knew I wanted in depth treatment. I am 7 months pregnant and very swollen so the massages on my feet felt so nice, I will spare you photos of my swollen feet lol! Prices were great for the services !!! Anna is very kind and gentle. Best nail salon for miles. No joke I have at least 4 that are significantly closer to me. Worth the trip to me. Always great job on gel nails that last. Clean, professional, welcoming, Covid safe and great job on your nails. They take their time. Only knock on the place is that appointments aren't timely. The prices are good, and at first glance it look fairly clean. I know I don't have the prettiest feet and nails, but everything was rushed. The woman who did my pedicure tossed a dirty towel on top of the tools she was using, and then used the same tools for the next customer without sanitizing. Eeew. My manicure was rushed, and the woman (different person from the first) only put the top coat on the middle of my nail leaving them streaky. The widow shield between us looked as if someone spit on it, and they tried to weasel me into paying for an extra massage, after I said I didn't want one. As I struggled to get the paper from between my toes, not one person offered to help, and the only person who said goodbye was a worker I had no contact with while I was there. I've been coming here on and off for a while because it's so hit or miss. The massages are great but that's the only consistent thing. I made an appointment and waited 30 minutes past it before they started. I left with bleeding cuticles (which went even from him cutting them, it was from him hitting them with the Dremel and nail file over and over) and half my nails aren't symmetrical. Some nails are lumpy and some edges don't even have color. They're also extremely thick, even for powder. The girl who does massages came over and I said yes to a massage and the guy doing my nails started chastising her saying she shouldn't be sitting around eating and watching TV and should be training someone. It was very uncomfortable to be literally in the middle of that conversation but I also would have paid for a massage so I don't get why he chose that moment to tell her to train another person. I don't know if I'll bother giving them another chance after this. read more

We left to go somewhere else who took us in promptly once I explained my situation. I will update the review if I go back. I am from nyc and was visiting for a weekend. Needed my nails done desperately. They did a great job and everyone was friendly. However Cloe who did my nails was a bit aggressive personality wise. It's difficult to hear sometimes with the mask so if you asked her to repeat herself she responded aggressively. Kind of burned and nicked me a little with the nail machine. To be fair I removed gel 2 days before so I was quite sensitive. The prices or a bit pricey as well. For my simple design they charged an extra 8 dollars also a gel full set was 55 compared to when I get them done at my spot which is 50. I also got a reflexology pedicure by Anna she made me feel so much better I fell asleep in my chair a little. If you want to treat yourself and have money to spend this place is it. They barely conversant with each other, they talk to you if you talk to them(if you don't feel like talking, they let you be!!). There are a lot of nail techs, so most of the time there is no wait!! Wanted to give this place a try and check out some local salons in the area. Walked in ten minutes after opening on a Sunday and was told to take a seat in one of the chairs in the front. I waited 20 minutes then got up to leave and was reassured I'd be helped shortly so I waited a little longer. I Was told to take a seat at one of the chairs and sat there for another 25 minutes until a woman came for my manicure. She had taken the tools from her last client and tried to use them on me. I made a comment was given a blank stare then she came back with tools in a small basket. I don't mind waiting but when supplies and tools are not sanitized correctly, I walk out immediately.
