Management is extremely greedy. Went for a gel fill in yesterday- showed the technician an ombre photo and asked if she would be able to do it. She says yes no problem. Once she starts, it was clear she didn't know how to - totally fine. So we switch to French. The French tips were very thick and also bulky to the point where you could feel the tips were thicker. I paid, tipped $30 and left because I had been there for hours as they took me 45 minutes after my appointment. I also hate confrontation so I didn't say anything (my fault). Next day I call and politely explain the situation. They said no problem. I switched to cat eye - management tries gaslighting me saying my nails were fine and that "there's no one available to fix them now anyway" - not true as I called and scheduled an appointment. Told me it would be a $10 up charge. I politely asked if they could waive the fee for the inconvenience. Was told ok hold on and she walked away. New tech comes and re does my nails and tells me at the end it's an upcharge of $10 - while I understand the charge, and $10 is not a lot, it's the principle. I now paid $10 and tipped the new tech again. $120 in total for a cateye gel manicure and 4 hours of my time. Explained to management I would not be returning and ad I left, management was yelling price differences at me as I walked out. Unprofessional and greedy business. read more

I try to give this place another chance every few months but they come up short every time. it's the closest location to my house. Today I asked for a French pedicure.. there was no pink base, just white lines painted directly on my toenails until I spoke up.. otherwise she would not have done it correctly. read more

Welp I must really like this place because I came back a 4th time!! Helen is the best so are the others. Kevin gives amazing massages and the pedicures relaxing which based on the package you select includes the callous remover which other places charge $10 or more. Loving this place!!! read more

I travel 20-25 minutes to come here. I always have a relaxing pedicure, and they do power gels well. Nice, friendly, welcoming, and a clean facility. I always get a 10 minute chair massage after my nails and toes are finished and the guys always get the knots out of my shoulder blade. Worth it. read more

Don't get the man. He has no clue what he's doing!!! He doesn't even cut all the way through with the nail clipper!!! He goes half way and then pulls!!! He cut my toenails crooked and the manager or owner (lady who does nails st first station) had to come over at fix them all!!!! Horrible! And over priced! read more

Very impressed with this other location in Selden! Closer to my house than Bayshore and just as good! Very clean and organized just like the other location. Same modern style, lots of pedicure chairs. All instruments are fresh out of the sterile pack! And they always use brand new nail buffers and filers! Great service and not as crowded as the other location! Very happy with my nails, i'll be back! read more

Walked in no one greeted us. They seemed to be annoyed. Got a pedicure, it was very blah. Literally a 10 second rub. Went to dry and was asked so u want to pay now, almost as if she thought I would not pay. Of course I did. Went under the dryer. No one ever came back to check or see if I was dry. Went in for a powder gel manicure yesterday. The people were nice, the place was very clean, but I came out of there with the worst nails ever! They were so thick, rough and sharp spots, uneven surfaces. This was after I asked Amy to fix the flat nonshiny spots. All I wanted to do was get the heck out of there. They just didn't get it. Rude, sloppy service. Paid extra for weekly polish and he rushed and painted a bristle from the brush into my sheer nail polish. When I asked to fix it they had an attitude and repainted horribly. Rushed it, didn't wait for it to dry and only put the top coat on half of the nail. It was streaky. They didn't care to fix it properly. I had to go to another salon to have it fixed. Feel like this place might be a scam. I came in here and sat down for a pedicure. I told them I just want regular pedicure with gel. They told me it would be 60$ .... normally when I go other places spa pedicures are 50$ lol... I was really confused. They do decent nails, but the rude staff is not acceptable. Particularly the manager (Helen) as well as Lily and the tall male (ALL VERY RUDE). You walk in and they don't even acknowledge you. I've gone a few times and for the price, they should be a bit more friendly. I won't be going back. There are places who do better nails at a lower rate and who are MUCH nicer. read more

Although they are very clean and use new supplies for each customer, this is my second bad experience here. After I asked Helen if she could fix the edges on my nails she got extremely rough with me and broke skin on one of my fingers. She also rushed my nails after that. Overall, my nails came out decent but, if you like your nails perfect then this isn't the place for you. read more

Tons of nail polish colors and the employees are very nice... but my nails aren't wrapped and the gel polish is spotty. She also hurt me quite a bit trimming my cuticles. Overall, I'm not impressed with the service or the $75 I paid for a gel mani-pedi. read more

I can't believe I wasted my money on such garbage. Less than 24 hours after getting a POWDER dip nail polish, which I have had last for 3 weeks at other places, 2 nails have chipped half off. On top of that, they charged $25 for my 6 year old nieces manicure and pedicure. $25 for a kid! That's insane for how little they do. I regret not waiting for my normal nail place and trying to get in somewhere quickly for my niece. It was a complete waste of money and I do not recommend this place to anyone! read more

I have been going to Jennifer for 3 years now. I just get a regular mani/pedi but she does such a great job that the polish usually lasts 10-12 days. I moved from the Selden area to Hauppuage 2 years ago and went to several salons in Smithtown and Commack, and were not satisfied with their results. I commute to Queens for work and still find it worth it to go all the way back to Selden for this salon. Highly recommend it! read more

I recently found this spot they do amazing massages when getting a pedicure and my eyebrows always look great after they wax them. The prices are good and so far I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. The girls are very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends. read more

I called in earlier today for a 3 o'clock appointment for a fill in. I walked in at 2:55 and they were all confused as if I never even made an appointment. I got a glance at the schedule sheet they left out in the desk and my name was never even put down. I told them earlier I needed a fill in. I showed up and they asked if I needed acrylics fill in and I said yes. They said they would have to charge me $50 because they don't do acrylics... (fill ins usually only cost $35 at the most) what kind of nail place doesn't do acrylics?? I asked them how much it would be if I were to get a new set because I was curious about the price. They said it would $50 plus $20. $70 for a new set of fake nails?? This place is ripping people off. Don't come here. There are many people in Long Island that would do it for a much better price and better services. The lady who walked in before me got seated right away when she didn't have an appointment. Miserable experience. Rude owner and employees. Will never go there again. Pedicure chipped in 3 days! They charged me $8 for polish change after trying to fix one chipped toe nail with the wrong color. Took my four year old daughter for nails and feet polished. She chose 5 colors (rainbow nails). They did her nails then when she wanted her feet done they told me they were charging $6 extra for different colors! Meanwhile I was soaking my nails to get powder gel too. So I spent money on a pedicure 4 days prior, then had to pay $8 for a polish change Bc they couldn't match my color and then they wanted to charge me $6 additional to do rainbow nails on my 4 year old. This was the second time I revisited after many years and I was quickly reminded of why I stopped patronizing the place years ago. NEVER AGAIN. i went to this place and got a pedicure and new acrylic set. my toes were not done well and already chipping after 1 day. and while getting my set done she did not listen to what i said. i said i wanted long nails and i was told no , and she made them short. they did not turn out good all together. spent 100 dollars for nails and i was not pleased at all. very disappointed read more
