She rushed the manicure. She not only skipped steps which not only caused him to bleed but resulted in the following pictures. She sprayed chemicals all over his hands and nails and then failed to exfoliate afterward because SHE was just ready to go. His hands started peeling immediately after he left. Prices are good but they use generic nail polish that they try to match to brands like Essie or OPI but colors are off. Also be careful who you let do your nails i clearly got some new guy and ended up with nail polish all over my fingers and a very poor manicure overall. Went home and spent 30 mins fixing the filing job and removing the imitation color 'big apple'. Tried to explain to the lady she was barely helpful just ended up saying forget it and leaving. Overall bad experience not worth it just do your nails at home you'll do a better job. read more

Do not ever go here!!!!!!!! I am bleeding from every finger. They messed up every single nail. I've been getting my nails done for 20 years worst nail salon ever. All my nails are different lengths and shapes - they didn't care at all. They didn't even try to make up for it. I can't speak to their gel manicure skills or any non-nail services, I only do a regular mani/pedi when I go in but I always have a great experience. Everyone is really nice & polite! Used to be a regular until now. Went in for a fill and they only painted over my nails and never filled. Was feeling uncomfortable because for some reason I had three people surrounding me as I got my nails painted, taking to each other in another language. I didn't receive good service and the woman disappeared after my nails dried so I walked out and was chased to my car by an employee saying I forgot to tip the woman and demanding I tip the woman and forced me to give the tip. I just knew I was going out Saturday night and wanted my nails done. My kids were crazy... which like another mother knows it's just because it was about me lol. TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO!! got a foot massage and tipped as customers usually do when the service is done. As I was walking out the owner stopped me in my tracks and said where is your 15% tip. I replied back with i gave the women $5 tip that is plenty for a quick massage. The owner said My girl didn't receive a tip and I said well I left one I'm not sure where she put the money. The owner insisted I tipped on my card I refused but I didn't want to be even more embarrassed in front of the whole store so I tipped $5 again. she now receive much more then a 15% tip and still got dirty looks from the owner. Our favorite nail salon with in our area! The only nail salon me and my daughters will go to. They do a great pedicures, always get out ingrown toenail nails too!!! I love how Ivy does my manicure with the s something powder, lasts for a month, my nails. My hands are in water all day, 5 days.a.week, I am a dog groomer and my hands get pretty beat up. That powder doesn't even chip!! They also have a separate room for massages. So pretty and relaxing. Their prices are really great too! We won't go anywhere else. read more

They raised their prices, the service is atrocious, and the manager is so rude. Horrible. 1) they are giving free 20 minutes massage for good review on Yelp. Which is fine if they did a great job. Both my friend and I had to walk out it was so bad and go next door to finish our nails. My friend had surgery on her foot they kept twisting it after multiple times she said please stop it hurts. I got a huge nick in my foot and it bled and kept getting scratched from the techs nails as she cut my nails and scratched while she did the leg rub.the owner was arguing with another customer and She had to tell him to relax and not speak to customers like that. I've been going here for 9 months, I find the place convenient to my home, but also very frustrating, my nails always crack within the first week, the staff is not always friendly and they rush you a lot. They don't soak your nails at all to get the powder gel off, which is painful and more recently they started charging $5 to repair the nails that crack. That was the turning point for me, they should stand behind the work that they do, now they are charging customers for their mistakes. Poor service...I wish it was a better place, close to home and nice inside but not a kind of relaxing atmosphere. read more

You get your money's worth here. Clean, sanitary conditions, friendly staff and quality massage chairs. I asked for the pedicure with callous removal and wow! My nail technician gave the best scrubbing ever--I couldn't believe how much she scraped off! Totally worth it. I've always felt cheated at other nail places that do a rushed, half-fast job. Not here. The nail technicians here are pleasant and kind and do really good quality work. The Spa pedicure here is a TRUE spa massage, not just in name only. I just got back from a 2-week trip walking 8 miles a day all over Italy and my legs and feet were killing me. The leg/foot massage Alice gave was HEAVENLY. Try the Hot Stones. AMAZING. And the prices are more than reasonable. This place must be really popular because in the short time I was there for my appt, at least 8 people came in to buy Gift Certificates. Worst nail salon!! The manager is so unprofessional and rude. I was a regular customer until recently. I got a gel manicure and it was a new color they just got in, well three days later is was all chipped and blotchy and look horrible! I called and they said to come in and they would fix it. Once I arrived and picked a different color I was told I would have to pay if I chose a different color, if they used the same crappy color it'd be free. I said I didn't think that was right being as the color was obviously not good, I said i come here every two weeks for a pedicure and gel manicure and it's wrong to charge me for this, especially since it was 3 days after I paid full price for a gel manicure (and pedicure)! I will never go back and strongly discourage anyone to go here. They do not value their customers and are greedy to make an extra buck, not to mention the manager literally just walked away and was dismissive towards me when I was saying it was unfair to charge me, so rude!!!! Do not waste your money here, its kind of dirty too and the people never wash their hands, they will give someone a pedicure and then come do your nails without washing their hands! Gross!
