I love this place! I have gone to all the nail salons in our area and after a while at other places, they make crooked or lump. I've never had an issue at Asian Nails everybody there is amazing. walking in I asked if they could do a specific design I was told yes asked for my toes to match in color and so French in the 2 colors 1 line one color and another the other color they said they wouldn't do that I just said ok and changed my look got my eye brows waxed not shown final look when I got in my car they were uneven but the worst was the full set acrylic I got done I asked for the nails to go with the curve of my finger they are all straight the apex started at my cuticle line and the could not do my design due to lack of tool so they did a dip powder to do the ombré ok fine whatever not a complete match to toes ok it is what it is all base layers some matte as supposed to but top coat shiney they were bumpy edges I asked out so aggravated will never go back and try to worn others don't go here such a waist of money HORRIBLE JOB read more

I had a appointment yesterday with my sister at 1pm. When we got there we were told to go to our seats. My sister got started right away. My nail person finally came over to me and was about to get started when some loud ass man and his friend came in. The woman that was supposed to be doing my nails looked at the man then looked at me concerned and asked me if I can wait for service so she could do the loud mans feet. I said "no I have an appointment for 1pm" plus I was already in the damn seat. Then she asked me if I want a pedicure. I said again "no I have a 1pm appointment for my hands not my feet". I'm sure she was just trying to get me into the pedicure seat so she could have me sit there waiting and thought it would be ok since my feet were in water...? Idfk why she thought that. So she does some type of look like "oh no what do I do now" and then told me to pick a color. I went to the front to look at the gel books and when I came back the bitch was gone and doing the loud mans nails. Apparently he was a "regular" and their "friend". Idgaf what he is honestly. Anyway... I'm sitting there waiting and then the man that's doing my sister's nails tells me to come sit at the station next to my sister. So I'm sitting there still waiting. Mind you there's a woman that came in after us with no appointment and somehow she's already seated with a tech and her nails are getting done. About 5 MORE minutes go by and again I'm told to move to a different seat. My sister already has her acrylic on at this point and about to be shaped (side note: my sisters tech didn't even ask what shape she wanted and when I was sitting next to her I mentioned that she usually gets coffin the guy doing her nails looked alarmed but still didn't bother to ask what shape she wants and just continued with his square filing). So I'm getting my nails done finally and this man does not a single drop of cuticle care. Like didn't even push them back. Also I literally just got them done yesterday and my nails already look like they're ready for a fill in because the man didn't go all the way to my untouched by him cuticles. I'm honestly very upset with the service I got (and didn't get from the first woman I sat with) yesterday. I definitely will NOT be going there for my fill in. I still tipped $10 but if you ask me they didn't deserve it. read more

Came here with my sister to get a pedicure on 5/17/19 **THIS IS THE 2ND TIMEI HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE HERE!** the first time they cut my nails too short and made me bleed a decent amount TODAY We walked in and she let them know we were were getting pedicures. We picked out our colors and went to sit in the back and wait. We have both been here before so we knew it would be a few mins. As there was already 4 people working on clients. A worker fill up our tubs and forgot to shut mine off and it overflows onto the floor. They clean it up and refill mine. A worker then starts working on my sister as 2 other women sit beside me (they came in after us) and are helped right away. As im sitting in my chair at this point 15 mins still the water has draines in the tub my sisters halfway done with her toes and is currently being dried and im just being helped now. We have been here well over a half hour and the other 2 women are also halfway done. Im very irritated. I usually come here for the price but unsure if I will return now. read more

Ive gone here for awhile and after my recent experience i never want to go back. They are so rude if you say you don't like something and will surpass anything you say and talk bad about you right in front of your face in their language because they think you have no idea. They Repeatedly go on their phones while in the middle of doing nails and then rush to get them done because they have other appointments when they should just be focusing on your nails and doing them right in the time slot they originally had. My nails were black all around my fingers for a good 3 days when i asked the lady to please clean them up for me she laughed and said it will come off that night if i keep washing my hands which it never did and she refused to clean them. A day after getting dip powder my whole nail came off because she rushed and didnt do them right. YUCK is an UNDERstatement. read more

I had a pedicure and manicure done here. I called ahead to see if they could take me in fast. They said yes so when I got there I was waiting 30 mins before anyone got to me. The woman that did do my pedicure did a terrible job. The callus treatment was used but not left on long enough. And when she went to shave off the callus she took the fresh skin not callus. Didn't use cuticul oil on hands or feet didn't let my feet soak or get a message from the jets. This was the worst pedicure I have ever had!!!! She was not knowing how to do these things. My first time trying this place. I needed a fill in and a pedicure. So, I went in with stiletto nails and came out with almond shaped nails. Not what I asked for. Geesh! If you don't know what I want or understand them just say that rather than trying to give me what you want or only know how to do. The pedicure wasn't all that good. There was no cuticle remover lotion to put on your cuticles to help remover the cuticles. So needless to say the cuticles were hard to remove and not all removed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Being that the least you can give is one star, let that star only be there for the woman who ATTEMPTED to fix a horrible job. I wouldn't have went but this is my friends normal spot and we went spur of the moment. She got her gel nails redone and I got a fill in. Let me start by saying, I'm definitely high maintenance when it comes to my nails, I want them to be beautiful!! I have hundreds of designs saved to my pinterest. I only wanted something very simple. I wanted black nails and 2 fingers with silver sparkles at the bottom. The man tells me no, we don't have that color (sparkly silver). So while he's repairing my nails, I have my boyfriend scrolling through my pinterest & the man just keeps saying no to every design. During all this I notice that my middle fingers are crooked and don't look to good (both which were replaced by him). So finally he gets up and literally throws a ring with nail designs onto the desk & tells me I have to pick from those colors, which was not many and I didn't like any of the designs. So then my boyfriend shows him a picture with white nails and simple design for the ring finger & asks if he can do it, this is the point where he's making his negativity very clear. He says he doesn't know. So he does my fingers all white leaving the ring finger alone. He completely messed up the design and my boyfriend tried to correct him before he finished, all whilst he is talking across to another man making fun of us since we kept asking for him to do different things after he refused each one, and also rolling his eyes. When my boyfriend tried to correct him he says "You need to wait I'm not done yet.", and then proceeded to, excuse my language, FUCK IT UP. Oh, and let me add that part of the design was the sparkly silver I had initially wanted that he claimed they didn't have. Anyway, he sends sends me away all "finished". Immediately my boyfriend and I both look at the design and are unhappy. So we go to the register about to tell him the issues & he says $38, and my boyfriend says "A fill in is $20 & a repair is $3 per nail, how is it that much?" He says that its because I got gel nails, which I certainly did NOT ask for during this whole process. So my boyfriend pays him and I show him the crooked nail & he says my nail was short and a million other excuses, rather than just fixing it. His attitude was disgusting and he most definitely rushed through and does not care about quality service! Props to the woman who tried to fix his shitty job, while it did look so much better, I am still unhappy with the whole experience and won't be going back. Pft, I thought I was too high maintenance to go to Andy's, but their attitudes are 110% better and will work to get you as close as they can to what you want. read more

I have never walked out dissatisfied. Tracey and Tee are 2 off the best nail and eyebrow techs I've ever been to. I had a horrible experience - went in for an eyebrow wax and asked them to just clean them. As she was doing it, she rushed out to get other girls. She had burned me and taken off a huge chunk of skin. I have a scar years later. If you can believe, they charged me - full price - as I left bleeding. First the atmosphere is dull and not welcoming the lady took me fairly quick but she rushed so quick through doing my acrylic nails they were crooked and sloppy..there was all glue underneath stuck to my skin and the underneath was so thick.also she rushed me to leave at other places they put lotion on your hands and massage them or give you quick back massage not this place..hopefully the lady was just having an off day but i probably wont go back.. read more

UNSANITARY and UNPROFESSIONAL experience. I went to this nail establishment with my daughter and had the worst experience. They did not sanitize their tubs or use protection liner. When I asked why they didn't have liner they said they cleaned the tub with Lysol spray but when the girl overflowed the tub there was someone else's debris floating in the water and my feet never even got in the tub yet. They tried using used nail files and when I stopped them and asked for new files they charged me $9 and rolled her eyes at me. According to NY State law you are supposed to use a new file on each client and sanitize the utensils used and this place failed to follow this important law for sanitation. I called to speak to the owner about my experience and was told not to come back and hung up on. No apologies whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed and feel bad for anyone who experiences anything as close to I did. read more

She also waxed my eyebrows in 5 min and they were perfect!!!! I had a gel fill in done. Took only 30 min but they didn't cover the seam of 2 of my nails but other than that good job! I've been going to Asian Nails since they opened (over 10 years ago). I have never had a problem and I never complained. Their prices are a bit higher than other places in the area but I never really minded because I always got what I wanted. That is, until recently. The guy doing my nails was rough...he actually hurt me so bad that it has been 3 days and my fingers are still sore - I cant even wash my hair! I asked for an Ombre...and came out with a plain French!! and they couldn't seem to match the color from my nails to my toes...... A color that I ALWAYS GET! The Manager, who is usually very nice to me...was upset that I was "blowing up her store" but she failed to understand just why I was acting that way!! Had she realized that I never complain, she would have seen that I may have had a legitimate gripe! and when I tried to explain my position to her, she gave me an attitude as if I was at fault and told me that "she can't stop me from going somewhere else." What ever happened to the customer is always right? Especially someone like me, a loyal customer who has spent literally THOUSANDS of dollars in that place (with absolutely NO Free-Bees to show their appreciation)! I was so upset...... and very taken back by their treatment of me that I will NEVER go back...... Its a shame, because they do not usually do a bad job....they are usually right on point..... But this time, they just did not do right by me...at all....On that ground.. if they had only said they were sorry..... even ONCE.....
