just now New I went…read morehere last week for a full gel x set. I was a walk in, so I didn't expect the best service. A man, who I assume is the owner or manager did my nails. While gel x tips were used, they were glued on with regular nail glue. Brush on gel was used as an overlay instead of the normal hard gel. Yes I should have said something, but we all know how awkward that can be. The nails looked acceptable at the time. The price on their menu posted on the wall for a gel set was $55 or $65, I can't remember exactly. But at the end of my service I was charged $95. I did get cat eye polish, which I know can be an up charge, but that much more? Insanity. My nails lifted and started popping off a week later. Which is insane to me. I usually go three weeks inbetween fills for gel x sets. I'm going there on Monday to try and get a refund of some sorts. Will adjust this review accordingly.

Healing Nails definitely deserves five stars. The salon is clean, calm, and has a really relaxing…read moreatmosphere the second you walk in. The staff is welcoming, sweet, and professional, and they take their time without rushing you through the appointment. My nails came out perfect every time. Super neat, great shape, and exactly what I asked for. They pay attention to detail here, which makes a big difference. The massage at the end was a nice touch too and I've never gone anywhere else after that overall, it's just a really comfortable, well we're on place with consistently great & warm service. I'm taking my daughter here when I come back and I'm so excited! Highly recommend this place if you want your nails done right and want to leave feeling relaxed.

I'm dying up in this place…read more I can't even speak up it's a joke. My nails are chunky and running in all different directions. I promise I was scared with the shape from the start and just let it happen to me to avoid the embarrassment of having to take the file and do the work myself. I got a "spa pedicure" that included a "massage"-- lady was petting my leg. After 4 min of that bullshit I asked her to stop and get it going because I have to go. Then my wonderful boyfriend who offered to treat me to my nails comes around with the bill-- $105 for his pedicure, mine and a set. WAIT WHAT??? I got some bullshit acrylic set and gel polish-- FIFTY DOLLARS. And my nails went in every-which direction. I yelled robbery and she was forced to fix my nails. As she explained that the reason it's so much is the quality of work and down the block they do a rush job-- yeah okay lady!!! My nails looking like I got them done at a beauty training class by a blind student. One of their "regular clients" called to get a fill in and pedicure and she blew her off saying it was "too late" for both. They treat their regulars like shit too! -- Another regular listening to me complain said that gel powder is $5 more! HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE. This would be a 0 Star review. Don't waste your time with a place doing so poor it won't be around much longer.

I wish I could give negative stars here. I also bought a groupon for a keratin treatment. When I…read morecalled to make the appointment I sat on the phone with the girl for over 20 minutes trying to schedule one. The entire time she was trying to tell me how I should get the "keratin blow out" which is "better", the blow out cost $39 and what I had already purchased was $75. So I make the appointment anyway. Mistake. I go in and they don't have my appointment scheduled, so no big deal they'll squeeze me in. When I finally have someone come and get me they tell me that I'm going to have to pay extra because of my "long and thick hair". Now, my hair is maybe 2 centimeters past my shoulders and beyond fine.. Not exactly long and think. When I questioned it, the woman got in my face and told me because I bought a groupon it would be extra. What? That makes zero sense. Needless to say, I did not stay. She told me I was causing a scene, while she was in my face yelling at me. I called groupon who gave me my money back but please don't give this place your money. Also- it is not formerly cuts r us, it IS CURRENTLY cuts r us. Terrible.

They then left my wife waiting 40 minutes to get her trim after they already washed her hair out. Others who arrived after were cut first. My assumption for the reason is because I brought up that my wife wanted her hair lighter to the owner. Please avoid this place.
