This is a review based off a one time experience..beware! I've been putting off getting my eyebrows done since I moved to Patchogue. The shape of your eyebrows can completely change your look so I'm always wary. I've had pretty decent experiences in the past getting my eyebrows waxed at hole in the wall nail salons so from the outside looking in ID figured this would do the job. Walking in, the space a lot more substantial than I thought just walking by. It looks clean, pretty much all the chairs were filled and there was one person waiting. So I think it's a good sign that they have a steady clientele (this fact will have me back to try a mani/pedi). Mani/pedi is $22. Gel is $25. Just FYI. When I walked through the door I wasn't immediately greeted and I thought oh noooo, here we go again. I hate walking into salons and no one greets you. But I waited like 2 more seconds and I got a warm welcome and "how can we help you. Whew, thank goodness! She then said it would be a short wait and could I sit down. Absolutely. So I sat on one of the chairs and was surprisingly actually called shortly after that. Yay! They have a waxing room which is nice. It also looked clean. They have you lay down rather than many places where you sit uncomfortably in a chair with everyone watching. The woman I had was very polite and asked what I wanted. She complimented my eyebrows even though they looked a hot mess prior to her work-thanks for trying though! Hahaha. She was very thorough and paid attention to detail. Still pretty quick and $7. I'll take it. I think I found my new spot. Review pending for nails.... I got my nails done here for a while but I was never really satisfied. I usually do regular gel or powder and I feel like neither lasts as long as some other places I go. This is still my go to spot got eyebrow waxing tho!! read more

Very accommodating! Came in with my mom and friend and we all were able to get manicures and pedicures without appointments. The price was very cheap and the service was wonderful. I did a different search and this business came up with more than 4 stars. I have been looking for a new nail place Locally since my other one closed and figured I would try it out. I did not see a list of prices for services anywhere. When halfway through I was asked if I wanted an extra 10 min foot rub I thought it would be on top of what I was already getting, nope that was the foot rub. Not the best application and after I sat down thinking I would get a shoulder rub I got the bill instead. I'm pregnant. I was honestly going for the leg/foot/shoulder rub! I was also interested in pampering myself so I may have even done an upgrade but never even saw what they had available. Spent more money and got less than what I have gotten at every other place around town. Not sure why they were so busy. read more

Recently came here with my sister for a pedicure and for her to get a gel fill in. We did have an appointment so there was no wait when we got there, but there were plenty of people working so if you were to walk in, I don't think there would be an issue. (I did walk in once for eyebrow wax and had no issue). Immediately sitting down for my pedicure I noticed their level of cleanliness was above anywhere I had been before. They cover the foot tub with a plastic cover so your feet aren't touching anything but the plastic, and honestly it doesn't feel weird at all. Along the lines of their cleanliness, the foot scrubber they use for the bottom, they stick a new one on for every use. Service was great, everyone was friendly, and for $15 you cannot go wrong!! As the fill-in took a little longer than expected, she took her time and had patience which in the end paid off. We walked out of there feeling pampered and will come back! read more

Not sure why this nail salon is stared so low. I find the staff to all be very good. Have been going here for a while now to get my eyebrows done and have never had an issue. On occasion I will get a gel manicure and pedicure. My gel manicure is now going on day 11 and no chips, and that is after going away on vacation swimming in salt water. Pedicure have the plastic bag change out and they use new pads everytime. read more

I never get my nails done because I don't think it's worth the money when I can paint them well myself, but I'm going on vacation so decided to treat myself before I leave. Very friendly customer service, but the place itself feels dirty and the mani/pedi paint job is horrific. She did only two coats I can still see through the nail polish. It's streaky and she didn't clean the polish off my skin. Disappointed :( won't be returning. read more

Arrived on a quiet Saturday afternoon as a walk in for a manicure/pedicure. I was greeted with a hello, but wasn't asked what I was in for until I was there for about three minutes. I witnessed two other walk ins come in and were seated in chairs before me. I finally made eye contact with someone and she asked again why I was there. She muttered something about having to wait, at which I was already there for about 15 minutes. I asked how much longer and that I had been waiting and she walked away without acknowledgement. In a town where there are nail salons of comparable price and cleanliness on every corner, they certainly don't seem to care about impressing and gaining new customers. I went there yesterday on my lunch break for a pedicure. They were able to get me in right away, which was great as a walk-in. I got a basic pedicure for a great price($15), can't really beat that, but the polish job left a little to be desired. Came here to get my nails done a few months ago. It was my first time getting powder gel nails. Although the nail tech did a good job, she wasn't very personable and I felt very rushed. My nails started chipping and breaking after a week of having them and cost me $45 when all was said and done. At the end of my visit the nail tech asked me if I would be giving her a tip in cash or on my card. I am someone who always tips wherever I go, but I found it quite rude to he asked such a question. The place is very toxic smelling. Because of the use of acetone and other chemicals, there needs to be a way to exhaust the air and bring in fresh air. It is also very dirty. The drying fans are old and not up to date, and the fans inside of them are completely covered with dirt and grime. When I told the owner that I wanted to talk to him, he told me he was not the owner. Some of the young women who work there do not speak English, so it is impossible to make requests of how you like your nails done. This was true for me and for two other customers who were nearby. This place is terrible. The first time I went there I thought it was nice enough but one of my acrilic nails broke the very next day. I went to have it fixed the next day but they were closed on Mondays which ok no big deal. I had another salon fix it, that was like whatever. The real issue I had is this last week I made an appt ahead of time letting them know I wanted a new set put on, I show up and immediately show them a photo of what I want which was just Chrome polish on pointed style nails. 3 PEOPLE told me ok ok np. Instead of popping my old set off with a card like every other salon I've even been to has done they made me soak my nails in acetone for an hour and a half! I even asked for a card to do it myself and they said no. So there I sat for almost 2 hrs. Then FINALLY they do my nails in a big rush and after making them pointed style all uneven they tell me oh no we don't do Chrome polish here!!! I was so pissed, I only got that style bc of the Chrome! And so a day later I went and had the color changed at a reputable nail salon who does Chrome only for one of the nails they put on to crazy right off when I got home bc this place did such a crap job. This is the type of salon that will YES you to death but didn't understand what I was saying. I wanted permanent gel nails and they gave me the THICKEST acrylic nails I've ever seen and it took hours. I ended up getting UV gel on acrylic nails- which is not what they told me yes they can do for me- and even the painting of my nails was sloppy. I won't be returning here. read more

I haven't been here in about 5 years but decided to give them another chance. I came in for a fill in and pedi during my pedi I could tell they were talking about my nails and that they couldn't figure out what kind of nails I had so i let them know they were acrylic. The owner insisted that they were sns. After assuring her they weren't she went on to try sns on my pinky then realizing that they were indeed acrylic nails! I had perminent French and she couldn't figure how to do it using 2 types of acrylic the way I had them previously done. I was so annoyed and asked her to do the best she could if not to not do them at all. They turned out horrible, you can see my previous fill in and she had the nerve to still charge me $35 for the fill in (sns price) like I were some type of idiot.. worse thing my nails turned yellow a few days later. Never going back it's a shame bc the girls are very nice but the owner could care less. read more
