I noticed that diva nails had great reviews so I was very excited to get a fresh set today... disappointed ain't even the word. I'm leaving 2 stars because I feel pretty confident that I would have had a much better experience with a different nail tech. He was very rushed and impatient with me for the entirety of the appointment. It felt like he was working against me or in spite of me or something. I did not get his name. My nails aren't horrible but they're definitely not what I asked for. Most notably, when he asked what length I wanted my nails cut to, I pointed on my pinky finger to generally what length I was going for. He just said "no, too long," and cut that nail considerably shorter than what I had requested. He didn't double check before making that cut, and the rest of the appointment went pretty much the same way. He was also passive aggressive (and just plain aggressive) in a way I haven't seen with other nail techs. Toward the end, one nail brushed up against his hand, which messed up some of the paint he had just applied. It happens. What I definitely didn't ask for was for him to then lecture me about how I need to keep my hands flat, don't bump into him, etc. As if I had done that on purpose. Also, the nails were $90. This employee is very talented and did a meticulous job on my nails. But like I said, it's just not what I asked for. I wish that he had been more accommodating and less (visibly and verbally) impatient with me. I feel really regretful that I came here and ended up paying so much for nails I kind of can't stand. If you plan on coming here just be aware of that. And maybe avoid this specific nail tech if possible. read more

Honestly, the first time I came here I loved it but the last 3 times were not so good. They tell me to come at a certain time and still make me wait 30 mins after I rush to be on time! They rush the job! It's as if because don't come every 2 weeks because I can't and because get a regular mani pedi with an extra foot treatment it isn't enough for them. I'm still spending 60 bucks! The last time I made an appointment for a Manny Petty and they did my pedicure and then went to sit me at the dryer and I said what about my nails and she seemed a little annoyed meanwhile I made an appointment. But yesterday was the dealbreaker for me where I called at 545 she said OK be here at six, I rush over only to wait 25 minutes and to top it off they cut my toenails way too short they look like children's nails and I made sure to give myself an hour and a half before touching or doing anything when I left and they were fine three hours later I started doing my household things which involve no chemicals no water just straightening up and I looked down at my nails and every single one of them are smudged and dented!!! Like I don't know what kind of topcoat you kept watering down or putting stuff in but if it wasn't good just get a new one stop being cheap so now I'm stuck with my nails looking like crap for a function I had today I will never come back and I will make sure everyone knows not to go there. read more

I was disappointed in my service. The big headed man was very aggressive and rude. He cut my fingers and was overall really aggressive. He would throw my hands and scrubbed the shit out of them. He had also previously told me $80 for my nails but then when I told him I didn't want to do my toes he raised the price to $90. He also did not say thank you when I tipped him. There are some nice ladies here who I wish did my nails but I'm just saying avoid the big bald headed man. read more

I love my nails, they are perfect! But I always get charged a different price. It was hiked up to $45 for a fill in after Covid. Now, if you want a simple design on 2 nails its $65. Something is not right. I don't like being taken advantage of. read more

Great salon for a quick cheap mani. Came here last Friday and had a good experience. My nails dried quickly, which is unusual for me. Most salons cake it on and it takes forever to dry and that wasn't the case here. I was in and out within 30 min. The manicure was definitely more on the bare bones side. I prefer more of a full service salon. Different strokes for different folks! And when I need a quick mani I will definitely be back. read more

I don't have pedicures often, but after 4 months of being in for the pandemic, I called and made an appointment at Diva and was told to come in. I was so impressed the way they had everyone in their establishment protected in one way or another. There were plexiglass panels in between each chair for pedicures, the plastic liner in the pool was changed and put into the garbage immediately after used, the empty pool was scrubbed with a product and left very clean. All the employees were gloved and masked, as were the customers. Since I was the last person in there, I watched the ladies totally clean every inch of that place, from lamps, chairs, floors and rooms. I had absolutely no fear of being there and I'll be a customer for a long time. They have changed everything in their store and makes a person feel that they care. read more

I really like this place. I've been going here for years and the service is pretty consistent. Whenever I walk in there are at least three or four people in there getting something done, so that tells me they have regular clientele. They always greet me promptly and don't ever leave me waiting for longer than 2-5 minutes (on the busier times). My grandmother goes here too and she likes it very much-I actually recommended this nail salon to her a couple of years ago and she's been going ever since. My pedicure lasts for at least 2 weeks before it starts looking a little worn out, but barely any chips in the polish. They have a nice range of colors, it's not super elaborate but I think they have something for everyone. I've gotten my brows waxed here and they do a nice job of that too. I just get a clean up, nothing too drastic and they do just that. They know the deal with brows now, the style these days is fuller brows so they were careful not to over pluck. I always make sure to be very specific about my brows, though. All in all I will keep going here it's always a pleasant experience. read more

This is my favorite nail salon that I have been going to for a while. I typically get the spa pedicure (I get the cool spa for $35) and my gel manicure ($25). Lindy is my go-to girl for manicures, she is so sweet and does an amazing job. I recently got the powder gel manicure ($35) and it's much better than the gel manicure. I also get my eyebrows waxed ($5) here as well. I highly recommend this place!! read more

Great nail salon. Clean and kept well. The staff is friendly and they do a great job. It took me a while to find a great place that I liked. Other salons ruined my nails using an electric file on gel polish. They soak off and I like that much better. Love the staff and I am very happy here. read more
