Unprofessional and greedy staff. I called before coming in to ask if they are busy and if I should come in at 4:30 pm, the guy's response is no you come we're fine. I come in, no properly greeting. Someone yells from across the room what I'm here for. I said gel manicure and they told me a "a little bit of wait" have a seat. A little bit of wait is 40 minutes. There were more customers coming in after me and they still said a little bit of wait. If you're busy, the least you can do is be honest with wait times. I can't even begin to describe how TERRIBLE this place was for me! I got my powder nails done several times I was having chips here and there but I was ok with it. The last time I got them done one of the girls did it for me and I have no idea but the nails did not last ONE DAY!!! I had to go back only two days after with THREE of my nails chipped already. The same girl tried to fix it by adding more coats on top of what I have and she kept apologizing so I didn't make a big deal out of it. In the same week I had one completely fell and I called the owner she said I should come and she would help me. I went and the owner RUBY was totally RUDE first she stared at me and was not nice and told me to have a seat in a very unfriendly attitude. I waited like 30 minutes then she started working on it and was so angry and she asked for 5 dollars for the one nail she was fixing which she was normally charging 3 dollars the week prior. I was trying to explain her that this time my nails were done incorrectly so I was having these issues but oh my Goodness she was yelling and was so loud and everybody was staring at us. She was yelling so loud I have never experienced such a bad treatment at place we all actually go to feel better NOT TO BE YELLED AT!!!!!! I have never seen in my life A BUSINESS OWNER CAN BE THIS RUDE AND LOUD TO A CUSTOMER. I always left generous tips whenever I went there and never had such a treatment from a person from a service that I actually paid for. Please be warned that they trick you and abuse you...the past two times I've gone here, I've been cut up and disrespected and tricked. I was hesitant to come in again since I was cut up last time but I had the complimentary card saying I would get 50% off my next treatment so I went for the discount. I called ahead and let them know the person I wanted so I wouldn't bet cut but they refused to let me see them. I came in with coffin nails and asked for coffin again but they said they changed the shape even though it was the same shape and charged me an extra 5$, told me the 50% off is only for a pedicure when it says manicure on the card, and I still got cut up and was bleeding and stinging the entire time. So I paid more than what I was supposed to and even though I requested a gentle treatment, I still left bleeding and stinging. Will not be going back. read more

I went here just twice. Once on a busy Saturday right after work at 5:15. I wanted a fill in but realistically I needed a new set because of the horrible job a different salon did. So I got a new set on, and I know I'm not the easiest person. I like super pointy nails. They really took their time to make sure the shape was as pointy as I wanted and made sure each nail was the same. I know it's a tedious shape to do but I hate square nails! So fast forward to visit 2 I had that set on for 3 weeks and not one chipped, not one lifted, or crusted near the cuticle. I was really happy. I got a fill in today. Same shape pointy and he again took his time to make sure they were all exact. Also they have numerous brands of gel polish including OPI gel which I never seen before. I only do UV gel polish because it's worth the extra dollars. They look great! Each nail has a perfect point ! I recommend you try here! read more

I'll admit I'm hard to please when it comes to things like my nails, hair, makeup etc... I go into places with looks that I expect to walk out having because that's what we go to professionals for right? Anyway I walked into this place showed them exactly what I wanted. It was more of a shape I wanted on my toes and hands (squared off but still soft if that makes sense) not so much a design. Gigi started off doing my pedicure. She took the time to reshape all of my toe nails, pushing back my cuticles all that and made sure they were as perfect as can be. My personal experience is that most people rush through the process and get right to painting your toe nails. I hate when my nail shapes don't match! But not Gigi, she made sure I liked them every step of the way. I can even say it was the best pedicure I ever received I truly love my nails! On to my hands. Sophia I believe her name was, was as patient as can be. She also took the time to do exactly what I asked the same as my feet. She took so much time in perfecting the shape and making sure my nails weren't bulky (Acrylic and Gel deff look bulky to me).. My nails came out so beautiful! Another day, Sophia had done my eyebrows. She listened to me as well and did exactly what I had asked. I feel as though most nail salons are so busy (this place is too) they don't take the time to listen to what the customer wants. Go elsewhere. I've gotten cut the two times I went here. First new set was horrible. Bulky and not a coffin shape I wanted. Also didn't put the acrylic all the way to my nail bed so within a week they looked like they grew out for three. Second time I went for a fill in. I've had nails before with awesome designs from another salon. This isn't my first time. Was told they could ONLY do a design if I got gel. Which is bizarre and untrue. But I said ok because they assured me they could do the design. Time comes and she RUINS my nails with some ugly streaky lines after assuring me if I pay for gel the design would be no problem. I wanted marble nails. It's not hard - a few lines. Not rocket science. So now she tells me it's impossible and must be some special tool that they don't have. (The video showed a brush just like they had. they just didn't want to do it. And no, they weren't busy). So they talked me into a more expensive manicure for no reason and kept me there for two hours for nothing, other than my money. I will never go back. Waste of time and money. read more

Once they opened after coronavirus I was so thrilled to see all of the precautions they are taking. Summer does my nails, my mom's and my grandmas and we are all consistently happy. She works quickly and my nails always look extremely on point. I never was truly happy with my manicure until I came here. The technician was unable to do an ombré- the colors kept mixing as she didn't know to set one color before adding another, blamed the color choices. During the manicure she was extremely rough with my hands and arms, flicking my fingers aside as well as roughly turning and pulling my hands and arm which resulted in bruising. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came here a few days ago and have never had a more terrible experience getting a pedicure. I was cut multiple times, my nails were cut too short (to the point where the flesh under the nails were all out), the nail tech kept pushing on my nail to confirm that it was actually painful when I told her it was. I had gel prior to getting this pedicure and none of the techs could figure out how to remove it. So the nail tech doing my nails just manually filed it for 20 minutes (not an exaggeration) after soaking my nails for less than 5 minutes. She also soaked multiple nails at a time with the same aluminum foil to save time i guess. During the 20 minute file she caught my skin multiple times and then proceded to put acetone on it. It took everything in me not to scream in pain. I told the nail tech multiple times that it hurt and that she was cutting my nails too short. I was in so much pain that i just asked her to stop and she just put a top coat on my nails. I work as a first responder and am on my feet all day but now everytime my sock grazes my foot im in pain. My nails still have patches of the leftover nailpolish and to make the story worse the manager wouldnt even look at me or be willing to work with me on the price after charging me for the entire pedicure (i didnt even get polish on) I explained to him that I just experienced the most painful pedicure yet. I even showed him. After telling me there was nothing he could do , he only took off $5 and showed no remorse. It seemed like he cared about the money in his hands that he was counting more than the service provided. Never again! I did not have an appointment, but I thought I would ask if there's anyway my friend & I could have a Mani Pedi in an hour and a half. They said no problem five minute wait. We waited 30 minutes and as my friend got disgusted & wanted to leave they took her. I continue to wait and with only 30 minutes left when the woman saw I was disgusted she said she was ready for me. Second visit here....very clean, very calming. Always busy, but they address you right away even if you have to wait a few minutes. They have all of the extra spa pedicure treatments if desired for an extra fee. They were pretty full when I went in...I think it was the owner who ended coming over to do my nails. I called this place yesterday at 705 to see if they would see me. I wanted to restart my permanent French gel. They close at 730 but still agreed to see me. The owner and my manicurist Ruby were so friendly and so professional. Ruby did an AMAZING job on my nails in 30 mins which is amazing on its own bc it usually takes about 60mins to get a really good clean well done permanent French. It took 3 hours to get a gel manicure ... absolutely insane. The woman " Joey" who ended up doing my nails had no idea how to do powder gel and left them all chunky and uneven , refusing to fix them. As she went to put the topcoat on I requested someone else finish my nails. She starts screaming in Chinese and pulling my fingers trying to show people. It doesn't matter which nail tech you get, they are all awesome at what they do and are always happy, pleasant and accommodating. I typically do the powder gel and keep it simple, but they always keep up with the current trends and whenever I experiment I am always more than happy with the result. She didn't know how to push back cuticles, file, cut nails or clean them. When I left, mid-manicure, the manager seemed not at all surprised! I try different nail salons alot to find the best one near me and so far this is the top of my list. I was a walk in for a pedi and picked the pearl spa pedi ($45) and was seated immediately. For spa pedis, this place is a few dollars more expensive but it's worth it. The employees were very nice and didnt rush me. The pedi was relaxing and the paint was pretty. I also liked the free massage with a hot towel at the end while my toes were drying. They gave me a rewards card that they stamp where you'll get a discount after a number of services.
