I went here with my mom and my 5 year old daughter, they were getting a mani and pedi. After my mom had her pedicure. She then when over to get her nails done. Her nail tech Icy asked her to pay before she even started doing her nail. I was paying for both her and my daughter. So for her to ask my mom to pay before the whole service was completed definitely left a really bad impression on me. I will not be returning to this salon. I was there whole time and watch other customers pay after their dual services. My mom and I are fully Black and the only fully black customers in the salon at time she was the only asked to pay before her services were completed read more

It was all right. I ended up going there because the person I usually go to wasn't available. It started ok, but once I saw how she was doing my acrylics I saw that she was doing them very thick. I didn't say anything because I thought maybe she's not done yet. Once I realize she was about to put the color I told her can you please take off the product underneath my nail? And she said I'm not done yet. She took it off but barely. After , when she was done I saw my nail shape and I was disappointed. I'm not a customer who likes to complaint , but come on. After moving out here in 2019 I was on a search for the best nail salon around, being I was so used to driving 45 mins back to nassau county to my old salon. I loved them but 45 mins one way and the time there it was like a wasted day off, then I came across YOUR NAIL & SPA II!!!! Made an appt then got a confirmation text the night before! Such a great set up! Went in on time (I'm always a bit early) they told me to pick the color and took me right away! Powder dip nails, gel spa pedi and eyebrows in and out in less then 2 hours! Nico is amazing! The male manager is fabulous also! He always makes sure everyone is organized and steps in to speed up the process of one of the girls are busy! I am by far pleased!!! The powder lasts 3 weeks no issue! And I'm a restaurant manager that washes their hands prob more then a nurse! Lol read more

Upon asking for recommendations in the area, this place was recommended several times so I decided to give them a shot. I made an appointment request through their Facebook page. They quickly got back to me and I was scheduled for the next day! I walked in and was sat IMMEDIATELY which isn't super important to me - I'm very patient - but it was so nice, especially because they were very busy! I got a dip mani and green tea spa pedi which was amazing and came with a ten minute massage -- so worth it! The vibe was very relaxing and I truly enjoyed the whole experience. I went to this place for the first time yesterday. Expensive as all " hell" they charged me $108 not including a tip,for gel manicure and pedicure no acrylic or tips. Then they tell you, they have to give you to someone else to do your hands or feet, never the same person to do both so you can tip the girls 2x for 2- different people. Stopped in the other day to give this spot a try with wifey. After departing from the old salon because of sanitary issues was thinking this was going to be another long journey to find another salon that was going to be just as good. Well wife had KK and I had Selina. Wife said KK was good not bad.. good quality work and they work fast. Selina was good she worked hard on my feet and hands doing a good job with minimal pain or non at all which is hard to find. The only thing I disliked about the salon was the spa menu they push on you. Other salons is just pedi or pedi spa this place had a full menu with feels like pressure towards the higher priced selections. Let us try you guys like it then push the menu hard. Like you guys want returning customers don't be soo pushy for the more expensive items on the first encounter. But the actual service was good and worth it! Clean updated place. Friendly but can't understand what they say. Not the most aesthetic looking place. Would not recommend for nail art. My nails were supposed to be palm trees. Instead they look like Christmas trees. That was her second try. Didn't have time for her to try a 3rd time. Can't fix it now. They are closed on labor day and I'm leaving tues morning. Owner offered new nail design for 2 nails next time I come in. I asked for a pedicure. Now I have to go to another salon to pay to have them fixed. Prob won't go back here. She could have done the right thing. Her prices are pretty high too. read more

My daughters and i always come together. Our third or fourth time now My bill comes to over $170 each time I leave generous tips. I am disappointed this time The girl that did my fingers finished me, say me at pedicure chair, disappeared for a while , sat back at her station for a while All the time I am sitting no water to soak in I finally got her to make eye contact with snd she said someone else will help me A good 15 minutes later the man comes turns on water I am not being generous with tips today. We made these appointments a week in advance so there is no reason for this. read more

I love this place! The workers are extremely nice and always do what's best for you. Cindy is awesome at doing my nails, and so is a new worker Michelle, (they're my favorites.) I would HIGHLY recommend this nail salon, their prices are reasonable and it is a very clean place. Love it!!! read more

I walk in . Place is quiet. "pick a color" the guy says. Ok. I ask how long is the wait? He says" wait only little bit". 2 ppl already in process of getting pedicure. 6 workers in the salon. I arrived at 12:05. It's 12:41 I am still waiting on a flipping pedicure. The absolute only reasons I didn't leave bc I already wasted time here and I tested multiple colors on my toes during my wait. Now watch them rush my pedi ... I have to say, some nail techs are better than others. I regularly have Michelle doing my gel powder nails. She is skilled and quick, not sloppy. My nails can last me up to 3 weeks. ( I am a nurse and am very rough with my nails). Cindy , the owner is very good too. She is very popular and harder to get an appt with her. Selena is good, but slower. Other techs I'm unsure about. I can say I have never been hurt by Michelle ( ie burned, knicked, etc). read more

This is close to my house and I usually go when it's not busy, like a Monday morning. I don't see a need to shop around. I can't comment on the manis, since I only go for a pedi, but they're very competent and gentle with my feet. So there's only one person here who does a good job every time and that's the owner . Years ago I got married and went here to get my nails done and the woman who did them absolutely did a horrible job she insisted I get the gel for the almond French nails I wanted and she added way too much white so as she eventually said "I could go longer without needing a white fill in" but they looked ridiculous and were a jelly bean shape instead of almond , for years I didn't go back but eventually I tried them again as they're local and everyone deserves a second chance . So pretty religiously for about a year I went once every two weeks and found I was constantly coming back for them to fix the gel powder that kept chipping off. At the end of the year I chipped one and came back in next day to have it fixed and the girl mechanically filed down the gel on all the nails to keep them nice looking I guess? Only one day had passed . Well once I got home I realized she had made them too weak and almost all of them quickly fell off . I went back to explain to the owner who at this point knew me well , and explained what had happened , she told me it was the employees fault ( didn't seem to get that she is responsible for her employees) and told me she would only give me ten percent off a new set even though I had paid for the new set two days ago- and also let me know I had to use the same nail technician who had messed them up- I walked out and never went back! Save your money and go to family nails around the corner or Tony's by king kullen, both are cheaper and stand by their work read more

this nail salon is byfar the nicest in town. They offer gel, acrylic and powder nails. I go for the powder and they last so long without breaking. The employees are super friendly, and everyone is laughing and having a good time.. I knew this was the plave when i saw thier pedicure foot baths had plastic liners that are changed fresh after each pedicure. I dont know another salon in town that does that and it eased my fear of getting a "bad"pedicure. Prices cant be beat, and their service is top notch. read more

I just moved from NYC to the area, so I've had my share of good and bad mani/pedis. Customer service is #1 when it comes to a good experience at a nail salon, and I must say the only reason this review got 2 stars is because my nails look decent for 28$. I took into consideration that their employees speak little to no English which is not really a problem for me, but this manicurist decided that she needed to rush my pedicure with no one else in the salon. I asked her to slow down because she was seriously half-assing everything, including pumicing my feet. When I asked her to pumice my toes after she hadn't touched them, she argued that I needed to get a callous remover for $10. I've never needed any caustic chemicals on my feet to remove skin, so I told her no and she proceeded to get another worker to tell me the same thing. I repeated myself and asked her to just pumice my toes like I've always done, and she chuckled in my face and proceeded to scrub the living hell out of my toes and was very rough for the remainder of my pedi/mani. She was also making comments to her co workers about me in Chinese the entire time because she was unhappy and it showed. When it was time to go, she got a bad tip for her bad customer service and did not thank me for anything, but instead stormed off to the back of the store, and her coworker thanked me instead. For a 28$ half-assed mani pedi, this behavior is deplorable. Waste your money if you'd like, but at least go somewhere that you'll be respected. read more

I came here with a friend who lives in the area in hopes to relax from my day to day work life. It was exquisite! I had the honor of meeting Cindy who runs the whole place and she is just so full of life and amazing energy. My nails came out beautiful and the massage they give you as part of your mani was wonderful. She knew every place on my back that was tight and full of my stress. My pedicure was so relaxing also. You are not rushed which is a huge plus in my book! The woman who did my pedicure took her time and almost put me to sleep and I have so much trouble sleeping. They are hands down the best nail salon I've ever been to and that's why I felt compelled to write this review. I would like to let other hard working ladies or even if you are just maybe feeling stressed out with life's every day struggles, the environment and care you receive here will truly make you feel better for the time being and lift your spirit up. I have to highly recommend you ask for Cindy. Her soul just carries something special that was meant to reach out to others. I was very lucky to have been brought here. It's exactly what I needed!
