I've made the mistake of going elsewhere when they are busy but always end up coming back. I don't always get the techs name, but Amy did my nails this last time she was very knowledgeable and made sure my nails remain healthy while still looking cute. read more

We came at 2pm on Sunday. We were greeted and seated very quickly by Brian, who I assume is the manager. There were two in my party and we did two gel manicure and pedicures. I had Amy for both pedicure and manicure. She was awesome and very attentive. She didn't like the way a nail came out, so she fixed it, I didn't even notice an issue. So her honesty was great. My niece had Thi for her pedicure she was great and even went in with a smaller paint brush to fill in any lighter spots since she got a sparkly color. Brian did her manicure and was very kind and held a conversation with her about her sports that she plays. The entire salon was nice. It was quiet with some music playing. Everyone was so friendly and polite. This is a kid friendly establishment, there were three kids with their parents in the salon and they were so well behaved it was no distraction at all. If I lived here I would come back for sure. read more

Sundays are always busy so I didn't mind waiting to get a full set done. When I sat down my technician said "just a moment," then proceeds to text. In front of me. Okay.... We get started and I can't help but notice how grimy her tools were. Just didn't seem clean at all which put me off. She did a good job initially but then forgot to put a design on the ring finger, which I wasn't charged for so that's greatly appreciated. However not even a day later the matte coating started to lift, and a week later my nails are chipping and the matte coating is lifting more. I have an active job but I was hoping they would last longer than that. Everyone was kind which I can appreciate but I don't think this is the place for me. read more

One star only because this app makes you give a star! Horrible service! I went in with my real nails long and perfectly shaped, just needed my overlay filled. Came out with short ugly nails in different shapes and lengths. Talked to the owners "RUDE" they responded "Your nail pretty" and threatened me if I did not pay the ridiculous 65.00 for them to RUIN My nails! Tear my real nails off and treat me like trash! I typically do not take the time or effort to write a review, however our recent visit was so nice I decided they needed some good feedback on the new owners/new techs. I went to Crystal nail spa on 7/16. My mom's favorite nail tech recently moved here from a different location. I will name the people we encountered below. Emily was perfect for my mom as always! Quick, compassionate, economical, gentle, and always personable. My mom loves Emily, and has continued to use her for over a year! She makes it very easy to make appointments, and even when we have had to cancel once before she was understanding and without any questions rescheduled us. My mom has been hurt by nail techs before- but has full trust in Emily. She has great artistic talents. She provides great quality care that is a challenge to find anywhere else. She has a contagious happy and uplifting personality. I made an appointment with Ruby for a fill and pedicure. -she was so attentive to detail; while attempting my fill she noticed a lot of my nails were lifting, she asked if it would be okay if she removed the previous set, gave me a manicure at no charge to me, and showed me how the previous technician I was using at a previous location neglected to inform me that it's important to remove sets every 4-5 fills to ensure the condition of the natural nail maintains good quality. she was very educational and I appreciated it, as most nail techs do not take the time to slow down and even look at the person they are working on. Due to the poor condition of my natural nails she provided a manicure at no cost to me. It was definitely the most thorough manicure I've ever experienced. She was so gentle and did not hurt me at all. She was quick without diminishing the quality of service she provided. Her art work was cute and was identical to what I asked for! My nails are the purple set. Unfortunately ruby had to go due to family emergency, the owner of the business Bryan offered to do my pedicure: what a great massage, and my feet and legs have never been more soft! The fizzy sensation was great, but the organic and raw ingredients was so aromatic and refreshing. The massage chairs are well maintained and appear to be brand new! It was nice that the owner promptly provided this service as to not keep me waiting for another available tech. Victor was the technician who did my sisters fill, very sweet guy. My sister is 15 and does not speak up or advocate for herself well. He did the cute nail design she requested. Her nails were also done by the previous business I had been going to as well, so her natural nail was in poor condition. as he attempted to clip them down to a length she requested the overlay just fell off. He without hesitation helped her by removing them and giving her a gentle manicure as well as a new set. He made small talk with her to help her with her social anxiety and even cracked a few smiles out of her. He was very quick and attentive to detail. The shop does offer refreshments of various beverages. The shop was very clean, and was not cluttered or challenging to maneuver through. The tools utilized on me were sterilized and in clean closed packaging. The restroom was odor free, and extremely clean. The air conditioner worked very well, it was 103 outside and I was cold inside. The big windows although allowing plenty of natural light into the business did not affect the temperature. We will definitely be looking forward to when our nails grow out so we can revisit! Thanks so much for all the people who pitched in on the services provided for our spa day.
