I went here Tuesday and had a full set done. They were polite, and my nail tech was pretty nice. However within less than 24 hours I had 6 nails break off. I had them done right before a Roadtrip so I can't even get them redone. And on top of that she accidentally nicked my cuticle pretty good which she did apologize for and I didn't think much about it until today when I woke up and it was infected and red and inflamed. I always go to the place and today was one of my second worst experiences there The lady was extremely rude when addressing me and spouses services, she yelled at us screaming hello to get our attention then directed us to a different location. Following that two other people walked in without a mask on and they allowed them to enter and receive services. There lack of concern for others and exposures shows that they do not care. We were waiting for over 45 minutes while the lady next to us was waiting to be served so we decided to leave. They enforce mask but allowed people to walk in without it, they are money hungry and careless. Won't be returning. read more

The staff was very kind and attentive when I walked in. I got a basic mani/pedi with gel on my nails. I didn't really like the fact that to upgrade to gel. It's an extra $20 on top of it. Normally I pay $5-10 more for gel. My nail tech was super sweet, but she did take a long time. She did an awesome job with polishing and cutting cuticles. But I came here like 8 months ago, and I remember the basic pedicure being a little better. They use to give u a scrub and put your feet in wax. I guess they changed it since. I'm not even the type to go out of my way to leave a review for anything but this place would've been rated a 0/5 if I had that option. First of all, I called 10 minutes prior asking if they had availability for a pedicure and a full set. Of course the money hungry mfs said yes, so I came in immediately. When I got there, I let the owner know I just spoke with him on the phone and he said it'll be a 10 minute wait... so I waited. 30 minutes go by and I'm still waiting. Red flag number 1. Then someone notices my pissed off face and they finally have me seated in a pedicure chair. No one spoke to me, offered me a drink, hell they ain't even have my water started. Red flag number 2. 40 minutes later I start packing up my stuff to leave, and a lady stops me. She apologizes, offers me a fruit cup and tells me someone will be with me in 5 minutes. An additional 15 minutes go by and someone finally turns on my water. Doesn't speak either... he asks me which pedicure I wanted (of course I picked the one with all the extra ish) and he took 12 minutes on it.... Which included my two acrylic big toes and polish....Long story short my toes look terrible. And my NAILS???? Omfg you see these pictures! Hideous!!! Uneven! Sloppy! He left so much nails polish over my skin also. I kept asking bro to clean them up and all he did was file them down.. it's New Year's Eve and I'm in a rush so I just paid my 110 and left. I also left a tip... not because it was deserved, but because that's how I was raised... and I didn't even get a thank you. Came in this morning at 945am and they were already busy. (They open at 930am) I still was able to get in right away. The woman at table 8, sorry didn't catch her name, did a gel manicure for me and it came out great. She did have to leave for a few minutes to go do a wax for someone, which usually I'd be annoyed, but it was fast and I didn't mind. She was quick but it did not compromise the quality. Will be coming back for a pedicure soon. read more

Cindy, Kim and Jasmine are the people to see. We went there 7:15am to get two pedicures and meant to return the next day for our nails. They offered to do it both and stayed open to 9pm for us. They didn't rush or get mad....they were patient, laughing with us and took their time!!! The pedicure I got (#3) was AMAZING!!!!! Cindy was fantastic!!! She didn't make fun of the fact that I had enough dry skin to fill a bucket (yes that was an exaggeration) she made sure that my feet felt brand new!!!! The work done on myself and my daughter was great; however, Lisa, the nail tech that was working on my mom...not so much. It wasn't until after we left when my mom showed me her nails. All I have to say is that even my 10 year old daughter can paint way better than that. I was actually upset that my mom didn't say anything at the salon and still paid for this horrible job. I should have known to turn around when I started explaining the shape I wanted and the nail tech began trying to change my mind. I had sns nail dip four weeks ago at another place and wanted to get it removed and redone being I had new growth. They had me rush to choose s color before I even sat down which would have been fine if they weren't dealing with another customer at the time. I sat down and explained how one of my nails had broken so it was shorter and I'd probably need a rounded nail to make it look natural. She said I should get almond. I went along with it until she got to the shorter nail and was all surprised and confused as to how she was going g to make it an "almond" shape. She was talking to everyone but me from the minute I walked in so how would she know what I wanted....clearly she wasn't paying attention from the jump. That's when two other nail techs came over and started debating over them. I honestly thought about walking out at that point. I told the lady that's shy I said round in the beginning , she said I didn't and I gave up. Basically I asked for it be finished to the best of their ability so I could leave. They also did my pedicure first without starting on my nails... once I was done with my pedicure they tried to give me the bill. Meaning they COMPLETELY forgot that when I signed in I had requested a mani and pedi. They weren't even busy because I went on a Monday afternoon so, there is no excuse for that. I have come here a few times myself. I have had pretty good experiences but I get basic manicures with shellac color. My pedicures have been great and I suffer from ingrowns and the techs were always great with that. I enjoyed so much I referred my mother. She expressed it was a horrible expierence for her. The tech did not listen to how she liked her nails being that she was natural she just needed a basic with color. She left with acrylics due to cutting her nails down in error. She refused to return again. I just referred my sister. Literally today. She was one of the last clients. My sister is very particular as she knows her nails and what needs to be done for them to not look crazy and she used to get her nails done frequently but stopped when the time and care to her input was constantly ignored. I figured if anyone can get her right, it would be this place. BOY WAS I WRONG!! Not only was her input ignored, she was meet with rude replies and rebuttals. When she tried to explain the reason for her requests the tech would speak in her language and call others over. So much it made her absolutely uncomfortable and she requested more than once to please speak in English since it was evident that she was not being spoken of. The color she requested, oh me no like for you. The way the nail needed to be laid and cut, oh no honey i do good for you. The length she wanted, you sure you no want longer? The design she wanted, oh no honey not with this color nail, no look nice. Yanking of her arm started happening towards the end. To the point they almost made my sister cry, she held back tears. I am mad for her. You do not know what that person has gone through to come walking through your doors close to close to get her nails done. Maybe she needed to have a nice moment to herself, to feel pretty after a crazy day! And that moment was not only tarnished it was RUINED. No refunds needed. No gift cards wanted. When I got a pedi here I paid to one of those special pedis and she half assed the job. She didn't scrub my feet like she's suppose to and I had polish ALL around my toes (especially my big toes). She didn't paint the entire nail so all the corners were not polished. This place is horrible. When my mom got her pedi they didn't even want to properly cut her nails and do the basic stuff required in a pedi. She ordered one of the more expensive specials as well. The polish does not last even a week. When I polish my nail at home they last longer than that. When I got my full set I had to tell the lady multiple times to make my nail match evenly. But when i spoke to the woman on the phone she told me to come now and not even 10 mins later no one is there. Straight bullshit and very unprofessional. I came completely out my way to come this far in Killeen. Why tell me to come now if no one was here? Then they asked me to come back. No I'm leaving today so i don't have time to come back.
