I can say Tranquility is truly a peaceful and relaxing environment. All the technicians that participated in our great service were very welcoming, warm and courteous. "My girl" (apologies that I did not recall her name) but she was great! I had a broken toenail and where it was broken was pretty low, "my girl" fixed it without taking any length that would make my toenail look funny. My husband, my daughter and my granddaughter and myself had a GREAT EXPERIENCE! We definitely will be back whenever we come back, but my daughter and granddaughter found a permanent place to be pampered. They also have a variety of colors to choose from whether it is gel, dip, or regular polish. Mia provided amazing customer service. She was very welcoming, gentle, and I didn't feel like she rushed through the appointment. Not to mention, her leg and foot massage was amazing! The bar has a long list of drinks and they are reasonably priced. The bartender was very attentive, offering refills if needed and bringing water as well. If you are paying for a service (ANY service) make sure you are getting that service. Also, if you expect to be taken advantage of and (like me) don't want to cause a scene, just ask for clarification and laugh about the repeated attempts at the associates to explain their mistakes while still charging you. My nail tech was Tom I let him know it has been sometime since I had a pedicure and I have an issue with my big toe I sign a waiver for the ingrown toe nail. Which I thought was amazing. I was offered a drink, I got a frozen margarita. Tim took his time and my feet feel great. For this being my first time it was great. I will be back to see Tom again. They even gave a cupcake for someone's birthday that was very thoughtful shows they care about their clients. Great job found my new nail salon.
