Today was my second time coming to Rosie and I can't express how much I love her! The first time I…read morewas so nervous letting someone else do my brows but she made me feel very comfortable. She asked what look I was going for and ensured me that I would be good. I already have thin brows so I didn't want too much taken off and she created her magic! Looked like I drew them on and filled them in myself! Todays visit, I called Rosie before heading her way to make sure she was open due to the weather and because I was traveling from Austin. She told me she was however, due to the weather and getting wrapped up in work, it took me a bit longer to get to her then I initially told her. Instead of her just leaving, she actually reached out to me to make sure I was still on my way and waited until I arrived. This is the type of customer service that will keep me coming back for sure. Literally made unnecessary comments to me, and I had to tell him THREE times how bad my nails hurt when he was filing them down by the sides. I have about 5 cuts (3 on one hand and 2 on the other), He never apologized at that either. My nails burn so badly I'm literally thinking of going somewhere else to take them off and let my nails heal. I've never had my nails hurt THIS much after a service.

My pedicure came out horrible so many bubbles in the paint and the didn't really clean the nails up. I showed a picture of the nails I want that were powder dip pink I could literally see my nails it was clear another tech jimmy said he would fix it all he did was put pink polish on I didn't have the patience so I said it's fine and left but when I see the charges I said never again. No wonder it was empty when I came in the total atmosphere is off. Again don't waste your money!!!!
