While waiting to get my brows done, it sounded like another worker in the back was mad shit talking. I assumed she was on the phone as she'd pause once in a while after ranting. It was extremely loud and echoed out the door. The woman doing my brows was quiet but very good at what she does. Now saying that. I don't think what happened was her fault as my brows did look good afterwards. The string she used was... waxy? Like floss almost. The area around my brows STUNG like a bitch. They were red and angry, and no aloe vera was offered. I don't believe they had any. The stinging lasted two days. I couldnt do my makeup and had trouble with the shower as it hurt. There was no cuts but tiny welts did appear. I've never had this happen before, but it might be a one off incident.

Unlike my previous visits, Gaby did not step out of the room to give me privacy while I undressed -- she simply told me to take off my pants and stayed in the room, which made me very uncomfortable. Gaby made an inappropriate comment stating that I needed to get off the phone because clients become extra dramatic when they have an "audience." I found that extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I'm an adult and I know how to conduct myself. When she inspected the area, she questioned how long I had let my hair grow, and even after I clarified that it had been 2.5 weeks, she continued to argue with me. I asked her directly if I should reschedule, and she said it was fine -- but the end result proved otherwise. The waxing session was rushed, lasting barely 10 minutes. After saying "ok," she just walked out without any follow-up or indication the service was complete. I paid $85 plus a $15 tip out of courtesy, but when I got home and checked, I was shocked to find large patches of hair left behind -- the job was incomplete and sloppy. My vagina looked like Cynthia from the Rugrats. I attempted to contact the shop multiple times afterward to discuss the issue, but no one answered the phone. I ended up going to another esthetician and paying again to have the wax corrected. I've been a loyal customer in the past, especially when Norma was there, and always received quality service. Sadly, that level of professionalism and care seems to have disappeared. I do not recommend this place anymore and will not be returning.

I paid $80 and gave a tip to be injured and insulted by this business owner. I'm very sorry that I didn't read the reviews about Gaby, the owner before coming here. This was my 3rd time here in 2 months. There are tons of other options in Killeen. Definitely, find a better one. The store front looks nice but it is lip stick on a pig.
