The only reason I'm giving even two stars is because the ladies that work here are so nice and took my lashes off free of charge the day after I got them on- I've always got volume or hybrid lashes. I've been getting my lashes done for over a year and never have I had such plastic feeling, shiny, itchy eyelash extensions. They advertise mink but they are certainly not. I came here last year when Jo worked here and the lashes were "real" feeling and the work was beautiful for single and hybrid lashes. I came here about 3 months ago, for a fresh set as well as a fill and after being sold the "cluster" lashes I had to take my lashes off for a good while. The lashes were applied as a strip and to my skin and real lashes-not pretty. The volume and single lashes (shown in picture) were hard and itchy. Their prices are slightly lower than other places but I recommend spending a bit more else where to get a better product. These are not REAL mink lashes. I do not recommend. read more

Ugh... just no. Dont go to this place. Moved here a month ago, and have had the worst time trying to find estheticians that have a clue. I should have taken a closer look at the photos on here before going, not just the overall rating. I now have 2 different eyebrows on my forehead. I went in asking for a wax and a tint. The gal suggested threading instead, which I said ok to. Ive tried to lightly fix them in the photo, but one eyebrow still has way more on it than the other. For the tint she asked what color. I told her brown, she even clarified and asked me if I wanted light brown (my hair is a dark strawberry blonde, which i have tinted brown for years). I confirmed that yes, I want light brown, but I have now black eyebrows. I usually keep my eyebrows pretty full/overgrown, and get the shape cleaned up every 2-3 months or so. She took far too much of the one side, but there is still tons of light blonde hairs all over, and even some darker blonde random hairs above my brows. Avoid this place. read more

The very first time I went, they completely messed up my eyebrows by doing it unevenly. The manager offered for me to go back for free as a complimentary, which is nice. I came back, they did it evenly this time. Not great, it was good enough for just clean up, no arch what so ever. I was pretty happy with it, but when got home, I found a scar in between my eyelids and brows both sides from their work. The lady literally plucked my skin off that made a scar. So I definitely do NOT recommend this place to anybody. read more

I got my lashes done here last minute for a wedding over the weekend they lasted about 2 days before they started falling out. It's been about a full week now and more than half of my lashes have fallen out. I've had my lashes done more times than I can count so I know the upkeep that goes into them. I understand a few falling out here and there but this is ridiculous. They aren't even a long set so it's not like they're to heavy for my natural lashes. The lady who did them was nice and they looked nice at first but I could tell they weren't going to last and didn't. $80 for them to look like it's time for a refill after only 6 days. Smh read more

i had such a good experience at this salon. both of the owners were easy to connect with, and, i'm honestly so glad i gave them my business. my lashes look great, and she is adding new lash products, that meet my needs. she also threaded my eyebrows and upper lip- very new thing for me. she is courteous, fast and detail oriented. her husband is on top of everything with regard to setting appointments, feedback and truly has a firm grasp on customer service and care. it was an overall excellent experience. i'll be seeing you soon- many thanks for the excellent service and quality product. it's hard to trust a new eyelash tech after many years being a lash client. they both met and exceeded my expectations- highly recommend this shop. read more

First time getting eyelashes done. Just moved out here and wanted to get lashed done. I decided to get the V-Lashes and I honestly loooove them! It does not feel like I have eyelash extensions on at all. Does not feel heavy or uncomfortable. Great staff too! Will definitely be going back. read more

I got my eyelashes done for my birthday and they were nice but felt like plastic. They weren't as full as they posted in their photos which had me convinced they did a great job. The photos are why I went there but my lashes weren't as full as I wanted them. I was content with them but not satisfied. I still wanted to place fake lashes over the extensions. Also the glue was clumpy on my lashes and it felt like I had stuff on my lashes all the time and just took them off about a week later. I won't go back and don't recommend. It's honestly hard to find somewhere that actually do as good as their pictures. The price was fair but that was also the price at another place. Might check out the other place and see what they do. Killeen is so small and there's not many places that do lashes out here read more
