She asked what look I was going for and ensured me that I would be good. I already have thin brows so I didn't want too much taken off and she created her magic! Looked like I drew them on and filled them in myself! Todays visit, I called Rosie before heading her way to make sure she was open due to the weather and because I was traveling from Austin. She told me she was however, due to the weather and getting wrapped up in work, it took me a bit longer to get to her then I initially told her. Instead of her just leaving, she actually reached out to me to make sure I was still on my way and waited until I arrived. This is the type of customer service that will keep me coming back for sure. And of course she did a wonderful job on my brows again. I highly recommend Rosie for your brow needs!
