Literally made unnecessary comments to me, and I had to tell him THREE times how bad my nails hurt when he was filing them down by the sides. I have about 5 cuts (3 on one hand and 2 on the other), He never apologized at that either. My nails burn so badly I'm literally thinking of going somewhere else to take them off and let my nails heal. I've never had my nails hurt THIS much after a service.

So then she said he must have not understood. She refused to change the pricing to what I asked for because I got the deluxe. She then promised me a $17 discount (even though I was being charged over $34 more. When I looked at my receipt she only gave me a $13 discount. I paid over $140 for acrylic and pedi!!! I called back and she yelled saying I can go back and they will show me the cameras where she said I'd be paying $17 more than original (that math doesn't add up). She was loud and aggressive when IT WASNT ME WHO MESSED UP. She told me she would Zelle me a refund and texted me but never followed through. Stopped responding. To top it off I wasn't happy with my nails! Update: I spoke with the owner and she apologized for how she spoke and did refund me the $17. I'm leaving the review so someone else doesn't go through this. Also I would not recommend Danny for a nail design as I didn't get what I wanted.

I receive non stop compliments everywhere I go. They're always full and beautiful. I have very sensitive skin, thin hair (and lashes), so it really does take someone who knows what they're doing to avoid damaging my lashes. The salon is very clean, cute & cozy. The staff is very friendly. Overall wonderful atmosphere. The bed you lay on when getting your lashes serviced is very comfortable (I've dozed off a few times ).
