I've lived in a few cities in Texas--Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and I can surely say this place is one of the best nail salons I've been to. The customer service is always the same--amazing! Greeted at the door, thanked for your time and visit upon exit and treated very well while you're here. When you call or even show up for a walk in, they're always up front about when they can schedule you in. I rarely ever see anyone in their small waiting area because there's no need. You're in and out instead of spending time waiting to be seen, which is great. My nails always come out better than expected. Every. Single. Time. I haven't found another place that's as quick, precise, and customer service oriented. I've also found prices to be more reasonable than at other places. Husband knows how to shape. He is the only person that can do my stilettos right, consistently. He makes them so sharp I once gave myself a bloody nose. I can't find anyone else that can do the same. I've had trouble finding a good nail shop when in the area but I think i've found one! The shop is owned by a husband and wife I believe. It's conveniently located in a strip mall near other stores so there's ample parking. Its a small shop so you may miss it if you dont pay attention to the sign. I loved everything about this shop. I was esrly for my appointment but they took me right away. The shop wasnt crowded and they have color choices for days! So try to go in with an idea of the color you'd want because you'll be there all night trying to decide lol. The shop is very clean and quiet. You're also offered water or pop. Seems the customers are repeat customers so the friendly conversation provided a family oriented environment. I will surely be returning. read more

I just wanted to come back and update my review and say that this was the absolute best manicure I have ever gotten in my life! I got this gel manicure while I was on vacation in Texas and when I got home to NY I kept it for as long as I could stand to see the growth between the paint and my cuticle before I finally went and had my nails redone. It was 26 days old when I had it removed and it was not even beginning to peel up or lift in the slightest! I felt a little funny asking my regular manicurist to take this picture for me but she obliged and even she was impressed at how long it lasted. The only nails place in killeen that can do my nails square. I know square isn't "in" but it's what I like. The only downside to this location is getting an appointment. This was by far the WORST full set and pedicure that I've ever had. Look at my cuticles and the shape of my nails. My French polish is lumpy and the lines aren't even straight. These services were definitely not worth the price. Everything was rushed, my polish has bubbles and is lumpy. Pictures were taken as soon as I got in my car, after leaving the shop. I was hoping to try this place but I called for priced and basically got harassed for a time I can come in. I explained I don't know what time yet as I was trying to arrange to go with multiple people. The woman asked me four more times and then passed the phone to a man while she was still talking. I selected this salon because of their posted nail pictures. Specifically, I liked the variety of styles they could do. Their salon was clean and smelled nice. They offered complimentary water, juice, soda, etc. Here's my experience. I received a pedicure and nail fill. For my toes, I asked for a rhinestone design that I showed them on both of my big toes, paint the big toes white, and French tip on the rest of my toes. They were spot on in duplicating the design. My toes were gel polish and the pedicure was a "regular" one. My nails were filled and I asked for a French design with a base polish, as well as duplicating the toe nail design on 2 of my fingers. The design was duplicated and slightly adjusted because of my nail length/size. The lady doing my pedicure was very skilled and did a great job shaping, cleaning, and preparing them for design and painting. Another lady came to paint and add the design. She was skilled. Next, my nails were done by a gentlemen. For the fill, he used MINIMAL powder/fill. I'm positive that the fill material was gone after he drilled/filed my nails. Seriously! His nail shaping was descent but not consistent. His French tip painting was not good. Each nail has its own French shape, i.e., some are curved while others are straight across. Some cover more tip while others only cover the top tip of my nails. My nails were filled and painted for design preparation within 10 minutes or less. Lightening speed --- not a good thing. The lady whom designed my toes also did my nails. She did a good job with my nails. So here's the breakdown of my service and the overall price I paid because I lost track of the individual services after I was told "that's extra" every time I asked a question. Here we go... toes: pedicure (pick a service & that's the price) "regular," 2 white toe nails "extra," 2 designs for the 2 toes "extra," French for the other toes "extra," gel polish "extra." Nails: fill (standard price), 2 designs "extra," French tip "extra," asking for a base polish "extra" (so that's like the regular painting of your nail & then adding the French tip-yep, extra). Total : $140. My toes look nice, but my nails could have been better. Definitely felt hustled at this place. I'm not downing this place, but their "extra" response for everything really ruined my experience. I should've accepted their offer for a free beverage Lolol. In the end, I would not return to this salon nor would I recommend them. For all the "extra" fees, I would expect more professional service and better quality of their nail service. read more

I usually never leave reviews but I am upset because I spent 55 dollars on an acrylic nails. I wanted to get and almond shape which I did get and it could have been shaped better but I didn't say anything. I got my nails done here about maybe 4 days ago and they re already coming off. I went to this nail shop to get a simple fill repair and American manicure I asked the manicurist if they had American manicure polish to which she started to tell me what they do and it was a style that I do not prefer. Because I've had the same polish for the past 25 years Of getting my nails done, I simply stated that I know that this policy is out here and the other shops have it but I'm just trying to make sure you're saying you don't have it. Because of the language barrier I was trying to make sure that I was hearing them correctly. To which the owner began very rudely repeating what the manicurist had already said and getting offended. He felt as if I was saying in a mean way well other shops have it. Sadly that's not what I was saying at all. He raised his voice to me. Then when trying to explain to him that no offense was meant when I said I know this color was available but that I was just clarifying that I understood they didn't have that color scheme there he again became irate and rude as if to say he knew I was saying that mean. That was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had at any business establishment. It sadly was a simple case of misunderstanding which I tried to explain multiple times and he continued to assume he understood the intent. It was clear he has had bad experiences with customers in the past but that was not my intent here. One worker Moon is absolutely fabulous, she is always so sweet, kind, and does a great job. She is the reason for at least one star. If 0 were an option I would have given it. Okay so I'm usually very skeptical of trying new places, however I read really good reviews on this place and decided to give it a try. I called and ask the gentleman that answered if they do ombré nails and if it mattered how long I wanted them, he said no. I asked him when was a good time to come in, thinking since it was close to the time they closed and he told me now was. He had a two ladies ahead of me and still seen me. I was in the salon for maybe a little bit over an hour, however I waited about 20 minutes. Not bad, and I don't mind because the work he did was amazing! Amazing is an understatement. I've never gotten the ombré nails before and I've officially fallen in love. He moves so fast and yet the work is still quality. I am 1,000% happy with my nails and will be returning as long as I live in Killeen. He even told me that if anything goes wrong or anything breaks, come back and he'll fix it for free. They offered drinks and have a huge selection of colors. It's a nice little salon and you should definitely stop by and check it out. When I first moved to the area I was looking for a nail tech that could pick up where my old one left off or start over again. I saw a young ladies nails and she told me about this place. So I called and made an appt. I have to say upon walking in, I was greeted and told to pick a color and have a seat. However, once it was my turn in the seat the person doing my nails was talking on the phone the entire time. I explained to him the shape I wanted yet the nails came out completely bulky and bad.
