My nails are not done well at all. I came in with my daughter and I got a full set and pedicure. The pedicure was fine (I have had WAY better) but the full set was not it. It looks like they glued chiclet gum to my nails. Not only that they are uneven, crooked and don't even cover my whole nail and I asked for round but was talked into square round. I paid $60 after my tip for this gel manicure. I wasn't happy when I left, my nails were hurting and each nail was different and lumpy. Each of them were thin (so that matched) but I was left with no support from his technique and my natural nail snapped clean off 3 days later. I'm most upset that I will need acrylic tips for my next manicure as I get married in a few weeks and I need to makeup for the length that is gone. I chose this place for the high rating and this specific nail color but wasn't pleased to have a male tech, I won't be back. read more

The techs do a very good job, and the people that I've come across have been nice, However this last visit was terrible. Almost immediately after being seated I started hearing wet coughs and sneezing from the manicure area. I was hoping it was just an inconsiderate customer, but no. It was an employee and she was not wearing a mask. Then after some time the tech doing the pedicure next to me started coughing, covered her mouth with her HANDS as she proceeded to work on the persons feet. The coughing and sneezing was going on all over the shop, all employees of the business. I kept looking around like this can't be real, where are the cameras, am i being punked? Moving forward I will be sure to have a mask on my person to protect myself and my newborns at home from inconsiderate people. While they are great at what they do, they need to tidy up as far as coming to work exposing others to whatever sickness they're dealing with. read more

The owners and Bella turned a 1 star experience into a 5 star experience within 24hrs!! Nail tech, Mi, gave me very bad service. She didn't want to do my nails without polishing after the owner advised it was ok. I was going back the next day for pedicure and I wanted to decide at that time. She used pink acrylic, which I've never had or asked for. She didn't shape them as I requested. She rolled her eyes when I was asking to make them slimmer. She kept asking me about picking a color. I finally picked one after the 12th time of her asking that I wasn't satisfied with. She kept saying she was tired at the end, but pressuring me to pick out a nail color! If soo tired, I can come back tomorrow as stated earlier. She adv she wouldn't be in tomorrow morning. I had a 10am appt. But guess who showed up the next morning? Same tech!!! Bella helped me pick out a polish that I love & reshaped my nails. By the way, they have a huge selection of gorgeous colors!!! read more

I want to start off giving flowers to Joe and the manager. They have great customer service and make you feel welcomed coming in and getting you settled. My issues were with the employees. Please don't say you can do a design.. a classic design such as a V tip and can't!!! I gave up after a while and just told him to do a solid color. I explained that one of the acrylics was too thick and he kept saying he didn't understand and was getting frustrated . It's really hard trying to tell y'all what you can clearly see. I have globed up nails now. THANKS! It was another lady who got mad at me after I said you accidentally put the massager on. She was like I'm pulling your chair forward so we can do your nails, understandable but she made a huge scene as if I was complaining. I said her if she was okay, she got up and left and the manager had to take over. I've never felt so out of place before. I came in with an inspiration photo with what i wanted for my pedicure. I did not get what i wanted. The nail tech just did a basic french tip and did not listen to anything i was telling her. I asked for a milky base and she said yes she has it but kept using clear... i kept asking for the french tip to be thinner like the photo and she just did whatever she wanted. She proceeded to put clear too coat and again I asked for something more milky colored so it doesn't look like a basic french and she basically threw her hands up because I was not going to let it go. Why would I pay for something that I didn't ask for? The client is paying for a service that THEY want and YOU should provide! She was pissed off and not professional that I wasn't letting her do just whatever. This is still not what I asked for but I was ready to just leave! Absolutely crazy. My friends asked for a recommendation on a place you get a pedicure this coming Sunday and i will NOT be recommending this place. read more

Very disappointed with the overall visit. Ended up not getting the other service I originally scheduled. Not sure what ruined the experience. Maybe the funny looks I received from the staff upon entering the building or maybe the way I was left in a chair for a good 20-25 mins for the remainder of my scheduled services. My appointment was made 4 days in advance and I understand short staffed but what I don't understand is asking someone to wait in a chair for they're next service and just leaving them there! This was our first and last time there! Don't recommend at all!!! The overall vibe I received was very unwelcoming. I tried this place bc I've heard and read great reviews. April did a fantastic job, even told me as she was taking off the old dip that if my nails start to burn to tell her and she can go slower. The place is big and beautiful, had a huge tv playing top gun maverick, lots of options to choose from. Had so many jems/rhinestones to add to nails, gave me multiple options for glitter. 10/10 experience and made an appointment to come back! The place is super spacious, very pretty, and kept nice and clean. They have millions of polish to choose from and the massage chairs are so great.
