I stopped doing Yelp reviews years ago, but I can not let this one go. If you have other options please go somewhere else, if you can't do a pedicure right can you really do nails?. I went in around 5:30 close to 6pm today, and I understand they close at 7, so maybe they rush they last few clients. I went in for a simple pedicure and simple medi the lady cut my toes nails all the way down you can't even file them to reshape them because they were cut in a weird angle I guess, but ah best part is she took it upon herself to cut them down to match my big toe without asking (I was going to get a fake nail put on my big toe) so now I have to grow out my right side of my toes because instead of having one toe that isn't the same length she tried to make all my little toes the same length as one big toe. I truly feel ugly because I take pride in having a nice length toes nails. I went from "are your toes nails fake" to some childish ass toes. Like bro if y'all can't do nails just say that, I can no longer get the French tip I was going to get because of my nails are so short. Thank you truly for the bad experience. [ ] I made an appointment here as treat for myself on my birthday day. It was a 10:30 appointment and when 10:30 came and went without anyone even attempting to set up the foot spa, I was about to walk out. The guy in the front must have seen that because he abandoned his client in order to go set up the foot spa. I was taken to the back, which I guess is supposed to look nice because of the arm chairs but kind of comes off as ghetto, like what it would look like if someone set up a pedicure spa in their livingroom. The foot spa water was luke warm, but It's not like I could tell anyone because at 10:40 I still hadn't seen the person who is supposed to do my nails. If I had been a walk in I'd expect a wait time, but this place is by appointment only, if I have to make an appointment, it needs to be honored by both parties, especially if their website states that they will charge you for missing the appointment. I was about to walk out at 10:45 when a lady who had been doubling up on another client decided to come over. The pedicure itself was okay, I wouldn't call it enjoyable or relaxing though. The tacky armchairs were crazy uncomfortable. Pedicure chairs are designed to be ergonomically correct IKEA sofas are not. In contrast with the lukewarm to cold water in the foot spa, the paraffin practically scalded my feet. And lastly the nail polish was immediately messed up before I even got in the car. While this isn't technically their fault, the whole process didnt wrap up until 11:50 and I had an appointment at 12. I had planned on having at least 10 minutes to sit and let my nails dry, but the 15 minute late start shot that to hell. I was told I could come back to get it fixed, but honestly i feel it should have been done right and when it was supposed to be done. Needless to say I will not be back and I dont recommend this salon. Side notes: - I found the music choice odd, while most spas play relaxing spa music, I found the country music or Christian music (I couldn't exactly tell what it was) displeasing. -Im not positive but it looked like the lady was using unclean tools that had not been autoclave. I could have sworn I saw skin on the end of the tool before she had ever used it on me. I think a TDLR pop up would be a good idea. read more

Let me start by saying the people here are so very nice. I came in asking for fall colors and showed them a picture of Ombre fall nails and ask if they could do that. The girl was so helpful picking out my nail colors. The services were up to par, no massage chair, no spa tubs with the lighting, you sit in a sofa chair. I needed to leave by a certain time but they finished within an hour. Did I get what I ask for? No, not by a long shot! They did not even ask me if I liked it or not!! "There ya go" I've attached photos of what I wanted and what I actually GOT. I agreed on the slight color variation but expected the Ombre to at the very least match the picture and if they couldn't do it my gosh just say so! You can see in the photos that my hands are so dry they did not even apply lotion!! As soon as I leave this place, I'm removing this polish! So I just checked out and was ask if everything was okay and I showed the girl at the front drsk my nails and the picture she agreed it looked bad and admitted she would not be happy with them either but offered not even nail polish remover!!! So upset that I just spent 68.00 on a basic manicure and pedicure to come out hating it. The toes are not as bad as the nails but still nothing like I ask for. When I started this review I gave this place two stars but after expressing my feelings to the front desk with no real concern or offer of resolution I've dropped it down to one star. I usually don't post reviews but this was just so very shocking and upsetting. I'm trying to figure out how to post these pictures. UPDATE: The manager called and spoke with me on the phone. He offered not to charge me for the Ombre service and for me to return to have them fix it. I explained that I was out of town and had no time to return. At this point he said that they would not charge me for the manicure (Which should have been the case from the start with the offer to fix it) I'm not a person who expects something for nothing. I was encouraged to try them again in town but the offer should have been to try them again, cost waved just to try to save the customer. I went for a fill in with almond stiletto nail shape and left with wonky non shaped nails. I asked the tech before she started to take notice of my shape bc that's the same shape I desire, she went into attitude mode saying how hard she works when I only wanted to confirm what I wanted when I saw her going in another direction with my shape. It's horrible and looks like water is sitting on top of my nails. She calls this sculpting this twice and still wonky. Don't go here who needs to pay for ghetto attitude and inexperience with popular nail shapes. She practically yelled and bc I was raised right I let her be but she just kept going. So happy to finally found a NICE and CLEAN nail salon! The receptionist is super nice and really explained the difference between the nail services they provided. Overall the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I didn't make an appointment - I was a walk in. I chose do to a Gel Shellac Manicure and it was $32 and it was one of my best manicures that I ever received. Christine did an amazing job and she took her time with me. I didn't feel rushed at all. I am so very happy with the outcome. Will definitely be coming back to Christine! They have a nice selection of OPI and China Glaze polishes! The prices are reasonable too! COME HERE! Long post alert*** This was my third time at this location and first time with my mom from out of town and the experience was one I never expected. The manager was never there when I've came before I land I'm certain if she was I wouldn't have returned. She was apprehensive to assist and service my mother who is wheelchair bound, which started by her opening the double French doors to let her into the establishment. Following that she said she could not do her pedicure because she did not want to risk her attempting to stand up to reach the pedicure chairs but she was capable. Finally my mom began her service and a simply French manicure and pedicure. They barely cleaned her feet and her French was different on both feet; one round one square. This upset me that they continued to mistreat her as if something was wrong with her. With all this occurring I only did my pedicure and decline to do my nails after being told by the manager that I need to hurry up and pick a color because I was taking to long and they had other appointments to follow. Instead of assisting she continued to say we kept taking to long when we required extra time to get my mom set up. Please note I came here pregnant looking to get some R&R before my baby shower this weekend and received the opposite. I cried due to my hormones and she disregarded my feelings and said she is running a business. Regardless of the friendly mannerism of the staff I would never return. They made mistakes because on my moms pedicure because was hovering over them to hurry up in an empty salon. $140 for three services that came with poor management. There is no need for me to every come back but if you did go there try when she isn't there if you want to your luck but the discrimination to the handicapped is extremely unacceptable. read more

This is the only nail salon in the area I know of that does SNS (signature nail system) and I wanted to give it a try. The experience of getting the nails on was great. About 2 weeks later I got them removed by a different nail tech other than who did them. What happened that went so wrong was the removal. The tech took a dremel after an acetone soak and sanded them off and all that was needed was a lot nail polish remover or acetone. The tech left my nails scratched up so bad they flake when trying to grow them out. I have to wait until all the damage grows out to grow them any kind of length. I included a photo. I even called the salon and I'm not sure I spoke to a manager even though she claimed she was because she didn't give me the vibe she was someone in charge. She said she'd call me back to tell me what she can do for me, but I'm still waiting for that call. I'm giving this 2 stars because most of my experiences were positive. This is my favorite nail salon in town! I researched several places for the perfect place to get a pedicure with my sister for her Christmas present. H&M had good reviews and I really like the website/online booking. I love the ease of making an appt online and not have to call or just hope to get lucky with a walk-in. Everyone was so friendly to us even the staff that were not performing our services made us feel comfortable by asking if we wanted drinks and making small talk. Our service providers were great and professional. The foot massage was superb! Our nails looked fabulous and I was really happy to see the level of sanitation after we were done with our services. I am a licensed cosmetologist so I have gotten pickier over the years about my services and especially cleanliness and this place put me at ease. I have had good experiences. The customer service has been nice. I had my nails done by brandy and Gaby. I do gel manicure. Both times the gel came off within days (2-3). The salon was always friendly and open on having it fixed. Last time, on Friday, I felt like some employees were making comments about me going twice to fix the nails. I will post pictures of my nails today Monday. Three days after they fixed my nails. I am not sure as of why this has happened because this has never been the case anywhere else. I feel really bad about writing a not-so-stellar review about this place because I really wanted to like it and I did to a point. The review I'm about to write is mostly based on the eyebrow wax I received. I can't remember her name but she was a dark skinned girl with short hair and I must add very sweet and takes her time. However, I didn't know it at the time because I thought it was my body just being sensitive after not getting an eyebrow wax for a couple months but she took skin off my right eyebrow. They are usually red after a wax but goes away after an hour or so. I knew something was wrong when I got home and saw the skin under my brows still extremely bright red and sensitive. I woke up this morning and my brow was STILL hurting me so I looked in the mirror and saw that it had completely scabbed over. I chalked it down to her waxing the area twice instead of just once and plucking the strays like she said she would. She only did it to that brow and not the other which is why I think that's what caused it. I will give two stars for the pedi although she was pretty rough with my toes in terms of rubbing them dry with the towel and squeezing them a little hard but it didn't bother me too bad for me to say anything. I most likely won't return because of the painful brow job and that's usually an important thing for a salon that I would go to often to have. read more
