T here are several reasons, I've given this salon 1 star. 1. PRICE- My sisters and I, along with my 5 year old niece went here today and got our nails done. I went in for a fill and of course paint job. Usually, I don't pay over $60 (including tip) for a fill and simple paint job. I paid $79 (including tip). I asked for a breakdown and it was, $43 for a fill, $10 for French top on 4 fingers, and $15 for using 5 different colors (fall scheme). Mind you, the other 6 fingers were painted a solid color (pic below). If I knew that I would be charged for using different colors, I would've just gotten one. IMO, that's ridiculous but what's more ridiculous is charging $97 for a child's pedi. My niece who is only 6 years old, got a mani for $15 and pedicure for $97. Why is a child's pedi just as much as an adults?! My nail shop I usually go to was too busy to take 4 people, so we decided to go here smh. 2. Lack of artistry- I came with an inspo picture of what I wanted and the tech was not able to deliver, so I switched to a simple design. And the same goes for my sister. She showed a picture of what she wanted and was not able to get what she wanted because they weren't able to do it. We both basically wanted marble designs, but the techs didn't know how to do it. Which is ok, but I should've at least been compensated since I switched to a simple design, and not been charged for using 5 different colors. 3. No sense of caution- although the nail tech did a nice job with shaping my nails, he was going way too fast. It was pretty slow in there, so I'm not sure why he was in such a rush. Having no concern for my surrounding skin, causing multiple cuts from his tool. I literally have cuts on almost all my fingers from when he was shaving my nails down. I brought it up to the "manager," telling her I didn't want anything out of it, that he just needs to be told to slow down and be more careful moving forward, with other customers. I could've demanded some kind of discount or something, but I'm not that kind of customer. When I brought this up to her, I didn't feel as if my issue was met with any kind of concern/sympathy. And that's fine. I paid and left. What did I learn from this experience? One, stick to what/where you know, no matter what. Basically don't cheat on your regular spot, bc you'll leave with physical damage, wasted money/time, and disappointed. Two, don't assume that a child's pedi or services in general, are less than an adults. Three, ask for a breakdown for every little thing that you could possibly get charged for, beforehand not at the register. So when this place first opened they were attentive and made sure I had a great experience but the last time I went here I wasn't treated like a paying customer I felt like they rushed the job and was trying to upscale me! The guy ended up hurting me feet so the pedicure was horrible but you know I still paid and just told myself I won't come back I honestly felt like he thought I wasn't going to tip him little does he know I always tip 20%! On top of the prices are a tad bit ridiculous especially for the area this place has potential but they have a lot to work on! The salon is 5 star beautiful. All of the nail techs are very knowledgeable, and everyone is so friendly, we actually feel like we have made friends with them. We've spoken to the owners on a few occasions and they know we love it there. Our favorite techs are Hailey, Victor, Mai, and Vivian. We walked in to get 2 mani/pedis because when I called earlier, they said a reservation wasn't required. & within 10 minutes, we were both getting our treatments done! We opted for the Lavender pedicures, though they tried to upsell us the Aloe Vera pedicure for ~$20 more & we kindly declined. Though they scrubbed our feet, they didn't get all of the rough spots off like I had hoped. That part felt a little rushed. The massage was absolutely amazing! Very deep & not at all rushed. I opted to do regular polish, not gel, despite trying to be convinced that gel is the way to go, even on my toes. I had stated we wanted the deluxe manicures, but apparently they didn't hear me & just gave us the basic manicures. My cuticles could've been cut a bit better, & I wish I got a real hand massage that matched the leg/foot massage. Unfortunately, the following day, 4 of my fingernails had chipped polish, & by the second day, they were all chipped. I'm used to regular polish lasting at least a week before starting to chip, so I was pretty surprised. They also didn't have a place to dry your nails, so I sat on my chair blowing on them for about 20 minutes until i wasn't worried about hitting them on anything when we left. They do have a full bar, though, which was nice to help us relax while getting pampered. The drinks were reasonably priced & they had lots of mixed drinks on the menu to choose from. It cost us each $69 before tip, since they didn't give us the higher priced manicure. Wish we would've gotten better results for the price. read more

The message was repeated in front of me to the nail tech. The nail text kept changing my message. "No I don't want gel polish. After repeating myself and confirming that I am asking for no gel polish and just a manicure. " So I asked the another employee to explain again after 5 time of repeating myself to help let her know what I want. Then we was on the same page. Once the pedicure was happening she was stopping to handle her phone also facetime and focusing on that. Then it was time for my manicure. I'm sad to have to update with such a low review. However, after my phenomenal first experience, each time I've gone since (at least 3 times) has been completely disappointing. Even the tech who was doing a fill for me was in disbelief that my nails were so bad from a different employee. I tried to love this location for my full sets and pedicures, but the service has been WAY too inconsistent for me to return. Too much money spent to be unhappy with results. I'm a busy person. I don't have time for it not be to done the first time. The pedicures have gotten shorter/lazier and the nails are just trash. One time they were too chunky with outrageous layers of gel polish. The last time they were super uneven with chipped corners that couldn't be fixed without compromising length. The gel polish was lacking, even with 2 layers, what was suppose to be a dark maroon color, turned out to be iridescent and dull. Also, during one occasion that I went for both a pedi and full set, I was annoyed that they did both services at the same time. I could see how it might be beneficial for someone in a super big hurry, but they did not ask and I couldn't even enjoy the massage chair during my pedicure because the guy doing my full set turned it off so he could do my nails without "interruption" from the chair. I felt rush and couldn't relax during, what was suppose to be, my leisure moment. Won't be returning. I'll continue my search for my go-to place. read more

I didn't say anything bc I felt bad and was hoping that I just needed to trust the process so I let the lady at the front know but they are so ugly. I even gave him a whole photo. I didn't need it to be perfect or exactly like the photo but it's not even close. They're super chunky even though I told him how I liked them. The place is tidied and presentable, and the service is divine. Though, the other day when I went to take my granddaughter and get her toes done, everything was great. Went here with my 2 sisters and 5 year old daughter. Me and my daughter got full sets with a pedi + gel. The lady doing my pedicure had a horrible attitude as if she didn't want to be there. Not only did She put my feet in scorching hot water , she continued to hurt me while cleaning my toes. I've never felt so uncomfortable and in pain while getting a pedicure, I skipped ALOT of the pedicure steps she was trying to do on me because it hurt THAT much. Of course I paid full price no problem. The lady that was doing my daughter's pedicure added designs to my daughter's toes that I did not ask for and of course they charged us for it. The nail tech that did my nails did NOT even come close to the inspiration photo I provided. Furthermore, My sister was cut on 8 out of 10 of her fingers and the tech couldn't get the design she wanted right. Also me and my daughter finished our mani pedi before my other sister finished her fill... that's unheard of. Overall the service here was trash. They charged 97 dollars for a 5 year old pedicure!!! I paid 286 for me and my daughters services altogether, which is way too much. I live in Seattle where it's way more expensive than Texas but in seattle me and my daughters mani pedi averages to 160 total but I tip a good amount because the service they provide is above 5 . My sister paid 90 for a fill!!! And my other sister paid 80 for a fill as well!!!! These people are a scam! They charged my sister 3 dollars per extra color and 10 dollars for four French tips, so unheard of!!! Glad to know what place to avoid next time I'm in town. I told the man that did them when he did my first set that they were crooked and he tried to fix them but I left out of there having to fix it myself when I got home. Then I went in to get a fill and the same guy did it and I told him about it from last time and he "fixed" them again but it was still crooked. I went to integrity nail bar because my normal nail salon was closed the day I needed to get my nails done. And all that I went in for was an acrylic overlay fill. When the technician started my nails, I could tell that it wasn't gonna be what I needed. First she cut my nails way too short and they're my real nails. AFTER she cut them, she then asked me what shape I wanted... I normally get a mixture between almond and ballerina, I like for my nails to be very narrow while still having a slight almond silhouette. When it came to shape she told me that the shape I wanted she couldn't do because my nails were too short. After she was done laying the acrylic, I told her that I thought that they were really thick and that I asked if she could shave them down some more, I was told by her that if I wanted them to be flatter that I should've just got a full set, and that she couldn't shave them down anymore because then you would be able to see the previous color underneath. Which I'd like to add that I always get milky white acrylic on top of my nails so there would've been no difference in color if she would've shaved them down more. She then replied that she could do it but it would compromise the integrity of the nails. I asked her to still shave them down more as they were ridiculously thick and uncomfortable. She barely shaved them anymore and kept asking me "is that better?" After about 4 times and I finally just said it was fine. Without having me wash my hands or cleaning off any of the dust from the fill she started my color/design. I did initially ask for a design and wanted a cute little 3D sparkle star with gold and silver chrome on them. She started to do the design and then pulled out a chrome gel color because it seemed like she didn't know how to use the 3D gel, with the chrome. After she did one hand with the GEL COLOR, (before she did a top coat) I told her I didn't like them and I would prefer just plain nails. This seemed to really upset her and she quickly filed off SOME of the design leaving behind gold residue from the gel color. She literally threw on the top coat and aggressively applied cuticle oil not even rubbing it in. And pushed my hands away while talking about me for not liking the design to her coworker, while I still sat in the chair. Overall the experience here was horrible I won't be back again. Very rude, and disappointing service that still cost me $60. I wound up going to Sally's and purchasing a drill to fix my nails. After I shaved them down tremendously they are much better but it's annoying that I was charged for a fill and $15 extra for a shitty gel top coat that should be included in the fill. I would absolutely avoid this place at all costs. Unless you wanna finish your nails at home like I had to. read more

I have been going to integrity for about two years now, and I always had a great experience up until the expansion. Since the expansion, prices have went up, but quality of service has went down. Today is my last day going. My daughter's toes are bleeding because they cut her skin claiming it was a cuticle. And not just drops of blood, it's actually bleeding. The nail tech glued the nail to my actual finger versus my finger nail not once, but twice. One nail wasn't even completely glued to my fingernail, just the the sides of it was glued with the entire middle part of the nail not attached to anything. She also filed my skin with the electric drill numerous times. All in all $273 with the discount after I complained about the service I received, and I came home and completely soaked the full set off because I would rather do it myself, then pay another dime to that establishment. read more
