Took my niece to get manicure and pedicure for her graduation. To start we had a female on her toes who had to switch out with someone else (a male). Found out at the it was the females husband. Ok I let that go. The lady doing my nails really seemed to not do the powder and asked me to switch. I told her I really need the solar because I am hard on my nails. We had them done Tuesday and my nails are not very good; they chipped, the underside looks horrible and you can feel the rough edges. Willingly paid and tiped but will never return. Mind you these nails we done on Tuesday and it is only Friday morning. P.S. The man who did her nails did an excellent 3D flower. read more

This place is amazing!! I came from Florida and needed a refill & a pedicure. They're worth the prices they set! Vivian offered a beautiful deep tissue massage on my legs no extra charge! Best place I ever been to! My daughter got her first legal drink here as well! They have a full bar and serve you while you are getting taken care of! I feel like flying from Florida every few weeks just for this service haha! Love the vibe in here as well!! Just so good! read more

They did amazing on my French tip for my nails and toes I believe it was 67 and 71 for the nails and toes. The drinks are separate and not included in service I believe my drink was about $12. They were very nice and when I noticed a small fix I wanted they fixed it no problem. Definitely will be my new nail salon moving forward! Very relaxing atmosphere! read more

Always great staff, and they do a good job. I have had two little miscommunication bumps but they rectified the situations quickly and I left happy. read more

This so called nail salon no longer has any integrity. They are adding extra charges on customers pay slips and the work has become horrible. The nail polish is 20 for a French tip and the tech paints half the finger instead of the tip. There service is extremely poor and prices are ridiculously high. read more

Integrity Nail Bar - Charged me 86 for hands and 77 for feet. - Nail Salons Near Me - Killeen, Texas

I went there because my nail tech was out of town. I needed both thumb nails replaced. They wanted to charge $30 for 2 nail replacements and 45.00 for a fill. Now make that make sense. I will not ever return. Too expensive!! read more

T here are several reasons, I've given this salon 1 star. 1. PRICE- My sisters and I, along with my 5 year old niece went here today and got our nails done. I went in for a fill and of course paint job. Usually, I don't pay over $60 (including tip) for a fill and simple paint job. I paid $79 (including tip). I asked for a breakdown and it was, $43 for a fill, $10 for French top on 4 fingers, and $15 for using 5 different colors (fall scheme). Mind you, the other 6 fingers were painted a solid color (pic below). If I knew that I would be charged for using different colors, I would've just gotten one. IMO, that's ridiculous but what's more ridiculous is charging $97 for a child's pedi. My niece who is only 6 years old, got a mani for $15 and pedicure for $97. Why is a child's pedi just as much as an adults?! My nail shop I usually go to was too busy to take 4 people, so we decided to go here smh. 2. Lack of artistry- I came with an inspo picture of what I wanted and the tech was not able to deliver, so I switched to a simple design. And the same goes for my sister. She showed a picture of what she wanted and was not able to get what she wanted because they weren't able to do it. We both basically wanted marble designs, but the techs didn't know how to do it. Which is ok, but I should've at least been compensated since I switched to a simple design, and not been charged for using 5 different colors. 3. No sense of caution- although the nail tech did a nice job with shaping my nails, he was going way too fast. It was pretty slow in there, so I'm not sure why he was in such a rush. Having no concern for my surrounding skin, causing multiple cuts from his tool. I literally have cuts on almost all my fingers from when he was shaving my nails down. I brought it up to the "manager," telling her I didn't want anything out of it, that he just needs to be told to slow down and be more careful moving forward, with other customers. I could've demanded some kind of discount or something, but I'm not that kind of customer. When I brought this up to her, I didn't feel as if my issue was met with any kind of concern/sympathy. And that's fine. I paid and left. What did I learn from this experience? One, stick to what/where you know, no matter what. Basically don't cheat on your regular spot, bc you'll leave with physical damage, wasted money/time, and disappointed. Two, don't assume that a child's pedi or services in general, are less than an adults. Three, ask for a breakdown for every little thing that you could possibly get charged for, beforehand not at the register. Four, that we will never be returning to this establishment, EVER. *I have attached pictures of cuts I got on my fingers, designs we wanted and what we got instead, and my 5 yr old niece's $97 pedicure.* read more

First time at this salon and I loved it. I came in as a walk in for a full set. They seated me right away and was only a few minutes of a wait for the nail tech to arrive. The bartender was very nice and attentive, i only got a soda but they have an array of alcoholic beverages as well as non alcoholic. I didn't catch the nail tech's name but she was wonderful! I showed her some inspo pictures and she got right to work. She took her time and did an amazing job. I wish I would have got them longer but that's on me. I will definitely be back read more

The place is nice and clean and everyone is nice and they did a good job on my set and pedicure. I paid good money for a fill and spa pedicure and could not enjoy it. The reason why I am giving a 3 star is because the service felt rushed. I could not relax and enjoy the spa pedicure because there was someone trying to do my nails at the same time and I had to twist and move and it was annoying. She could not even turn my massage chair on because it vibrated all of the nail stuff. Not very relaxing at all. It was my first time visiting and I was hoping to have a relaxing service. Do I have to request the services separate to enjoy a relaxing pedicure? It seems like this is what you guys do because there were a few people having their nails done at the same time. I would say this is a good place if you are in a hurry and want a nice job but not really relaxing which is more of what I was looking for. I will not go back. read more

So when this place first opened they were attentive and made sure I had a great experience but the last time I went here I wasn't treated like a paying customer I felt like they rushed the job and was trying to upscale me! The guy ended up hurting me feet so the pedicure was horrible but you know I still paid and just told myself I won't come back I honestly felt like he thought I wasn't going to tip him little does he know I always tip 20%! On top of the prices are a tad bit ridiculous especially for the area this place has potential but they have a lot to work on! So if you want a great nail experience I recommend US nails and spa I've never had a bad experience here I do recommend calling for an appointment cause they stay busy! read more

Worst nail salon near Clear Creek. The men that work here rush through their work and constantly CUT your fingers and toes. Told the man working on my feet that I didn't want a more expensive pedicure. He proceeded to tell me I "NEEDED" the more expensive one and basically did not give me a choice. Just to rush through it? And not even massage my legs but just throw lotion on them... Like come on. My pinky finger was no where near the same length as my other fingers but the man didn't care because he was too busy gossiping through my set. The men here suck. 0/10 recommendation. ON TOP of that I asked for gel-x BUT the workers were too busy gossiping and threw acrylic on my fingers. so i spent $169 on nails I literally could've done myself. Lazy, unprofessional, and overall trash work. read more

My mom and I have been getting services from Integrity Nail's for about a year. We have been to numerous different nail salons, and we find Integrity Nails to be top notch. Integrity says it all. The salon is 5 star beautiful. All of the nail techs are very knowledgeable, and everyone is so friendly, we actually feel like we have made friends with them. We've spoken to the owners on a few occasions and they know we love it there. Our favorite techs are Hailey, Victor, Mai, and Vivian. I really did like this place BUT $16 to fix a broken nail is wild to me. No design or anything. Only had my nails for a week and they said I needed a fill. I get my nails done because they DONT GROW so why would I get a fill so quickly? I didn't want to spend another $68 for a fill so opted for just a fix and it was $15 plus their $1 fee for using a card. read more

We walked in to get 2 mani/pedis because when I called earlier, they said a reservation wasn't required. & within 10 minutes, we were both getting our treatments done! We opted for the Lavender pedicures, though they tried to upsell us the Aloe Vera pedicure for ~$20 more & we kindly declined. Though they scrubbed our feet, they didn't get all of the rough spots off like I had hoped. That part felt a little rushed. The massage was absolutely amazing! Very deep & not at all rushed. I opted to do regular polish, not gel, despite trying to be convinced that gel is the way to go, even on my toes. I had stated we wanted the deluxe manicures, but apparently they didn't hear me & just gave us the basic manicures. My cuticles could've been cut a bit better, & I wish I got a real hand massage that matched the leg/foot massage. Unfortunately, the following day, 4 of my fingernails had chipped polish, & by the second day, they were all chipped. I'm used to regular polish lasting at least a week before starting to chip, so I was pretty surprised. They also didn't have a place to dry your nails, so I sat on my chair blowing on them for about 20 minutes until i wasn't worried about hitting them on anything when we left. They do have a full bar, though, which was nice to help us relax while getting pampered. The drinks were reasonably priced & they had lots of mixed drinks on the menu to choose from. It cost us each $69 before tip, since they didn't give us the higher priced manicure. Wish we would've gotten better results for the price. read more

This was the first time there and 3 of us went in for pedicures and manis. The nail tech that I got kept insisting that I get gel nails which I down it want and had to tell her 4 times. She also was talking shit to the other nail techs about us not selecting the $67 pedicures and gel nails. I had to tell the young manager that my translate was on and she informed her. So I get trying to upgrade your experience but after two times of asking and the customer saying no then they need to back off. read more

I arrived to the nail shop and wonderful atmosphere. However I wish I could say the same for the service. I asked for a manicure and pedicure with no gel polish at the front. The message was repeated in front of me to the nail tech. The nail text kept changing my message. "No I don't want gel polish. After repeating myself and confirming that I am asking for no gel polish and just a manicure. " So I asked the another employee to explain again after 5 time of repeating myself to help let her know what I want. Then we was on the same page. Once the pedicure was happening she was stopping to handle her phone also facetime and focusing on that. Then it was time for my manicure. Well I will let you see the picture to understand why I am even writing a review. At this point Just put the clear polish on my nails. I surely thought. Nice clear pretty shape nails and clear polish will look good. No. Not at all. Some employees need to understand this is your work, you art. However she is doesn't care how her work looks.NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO IN THIS TYRP OF SERVICE. DO IT TO BEST NO MATTER WHAT A PERSON ASK FOR. I did have to ask her to go back and shape it better. It was a rush job and I paid for a rush manicure. Also if you have any type of Latex allergy please tell them not to wear the Latex gloves. The staff was super nice and the customer service was good. However, I was there for two hours to get my nails done and they are so awful. They look absolutely horrible. I didn't say anything bc I felt bad and was hoping that I just needed to trust the process so I let the lady at the front know but they are so ugly. I even gave him a whole photo. I didn't need it to be perfect or exactly like the photo but it's not even close. They're super chunky even though I told him how I liked them. I wasn't rude or anything they just look absolutely horrid. I paid 120 for these, are you joking. Now I have to go spend even more money just to get them fixed. The place is tidied and presentable, and the service is divine. Though, the other day when I went to take my granddaughter and get her toes done, everything was great. I have to step out of the shop and handle personal matters. Tell me why when I walk back inside after, say, 5 minutes, I see the person doing her feet putting aloe vera, sliced oranges, and some other creams on her legs. I ask him, "Does this come with it" countless times. Fast forward 10 minutes from then, he comes back with a back of hot wax, I don't say anything cause I assumed it was part of the $35 pedicure I thought I had asked for. Why when I get to the register the total is $87? Why it was that much is because when I went outside the nail tech handed my grandchild a menu and asked her which one! I cussed them entirely out! you don't ask a child that when they aren't paying for it. read more

I'm sad to have to update with such a low review. However, after my phenomenal first experience, each time I've gone since (at least 3 times) has been completely disappointing. Even the tech who was doing a fill for me was in disbelief that my nails were so bad from a different employee. I tried to love this location for my full sets and pedicures, but the service has been WAY too inconsistent for me to return. Too much money spent to be unhappy with results. I'm a busy person. I don't have time for it not be to done the first time. The pedicures have gotten shorter/lazier and the nails are just trash. One time they were too chunky with outrageous layers of gel polish. The last time they were super uneven with chipped corners that couldn't be fixed without compromising length. The gel polish was lacking, even with 2 layers, what was suppose to be a dark maroon color, turned out to be iridescent and dull. Also, during one occasion that I went for both a pedi and full set, I was annoyed that they did both services at the same time. I could see how it might be beneficial for someone in a super big hurry, but they did not ask and I couldn't even enjoy the massage chair during my pedicure because the guy doing my full set turned it off so he could do my nails without "interruption" from the chair. I felt rush and couldn't relax during, what was suppose to be, my leisure moment. Won't be returning. I'll continue my search for my go-to place. read more

I always have the best experience here. The customer service is amazing. And it is now my go to nail place

The place is very cute and the atmosphere is great but this is the second time my nails are super crooked. I told the man that did them when he did my first set that they were crooked and he tried to fix them but I left out of there having to fix it myself when I got home. Then I went in to get a fill and the same guy did it and I told him about it from last time and he "fixed" them again but it was still crooked. I would give them 5 stars based on the cleanliness and the salon itself but I can't get over how crooked they are. I'm gonna have to soak these off and get a new set soon. read more
