I get my nails done quite often so I'm aware of what the process is supposed to be like. The only male worker there was so bad, just rude and I understand if you're tired from work - But learn how to control yourself and be professional. Literally made unnecessary comments to me, and I had to tell him THREE times how bad my nails hurt when he was filing them down by the sides. I have about 5 cuts (3 on one hand and 2 on the other), He never apologized at that either. My nails burn so badly I'm literally thinking of going somewhere else to take them off and let my nails heal. I've never had my nails hurt THIS much after a service. read more

I came in asking for a French tip over the nails my mom had just done. The lady said okay, then immediately started drilling off the top layer without explaining anything. I told her no because I thought she was going to remove the entire set, but instead of calmly clarifying, she raised her voice and got really hostile. That made me emotional because I don't like being spoken to that way, especially when I'm being respectful. All she had to do was communicate kindly and let me know she was just removing the top coat, not my actual nails. But instead, she snatched my hand, got visibly frustrated, and ended the service saying, "I'll just leave your nails alone, put the clear back on, and you can do it yourself." It was such an uncomfortable and embarrassing experience. I left feeling disrespected, unheard, and honestly on the verge of tears. Customer service matters and this was just plain unkind. read more

They get to know their customers and I feel so comfortable getting my nails done there no matter which nail tech is assigned to me they always do a great job and she ensures that you are happy with your nails before you leave their shop. Didn't file my nails evenly. When I mention about cleaning under my nails, he was all fussy about it. I finally got fed up so I told him I wanted clear coat. Waited 40 minutes to get a pedicure (was sitting in the chair with my toes soaking in water so they were all wrinkly) When he started, he didn't even ask what type of pedicure I wanted. He just started. He proceeded to paint my toe nails without asking what shape or if I wanted them cut down. I wanted a deluxe pedicure and got a some what BASIC pedicure and was RUSHED. I walked in yesterday thinking maybe it wouldn't be busy because it was storming. I was wrong. It was my fault for not calling and making an appointment with the person I was recommended to see. I ended up with a pretty cool dude who was kind rough with the filing. My fingernails and fingers hurt pretty badly after that. I have a few cut cuticles from the guy who took off my polish and put me in acetone to soak off my nails. My biggest issue is the fact that one of my ring finger nails is significantly narrower than the other. On top of that the polish job is lumpy and splotchy. I chose a beautiful yellow and he said he'd have to put white under it. Cool. But the white came out streaky and lumpy and he just threw the yellow on top so now the yellow looks streaky and splotchy in places. I also have polish around almost every finger. It wasn't a terrible experience but it wasn't worth $60. read more

I was so excited to try this place but I think the experience wasn't that great. The man doing my toes took a long time I felt as though he didn't want to do his job he left me in foot bags for 15 minutes and disappeared. The water and towels were really hot and he made almost no eye contact really thought that was off. Then to my surprise there was a under age girl washing her hands and I saw he was starring at her butt disgusting! I wanted to leave after seeing that. Hi, this review is from my recent visit. I've been coming to this nail salon for the past few years and have enjoyed the work up until recently. I had an encounter with a gentleman who worked there that has scarred me and I will never ever return. The gentleman made me very uncomfortable the moment I stepped in, he made inappropriate remarks towards my body as he kept constantly asking over and over if my boobs were real. During my pedicure time he kept making comments asking if my breast were real, are they naturally big. I kept brushing it off, but didn't realize the traumatic experience I would later experience. I received my eyebrows getting threaded in a different room, where the man touched me sexually, pulling down my shirt and touching my body in way that was without my consent. I did not know what to do in that moment, as I was scared of his retaliation. I will never step foot into this place again, and this is a caution warning to stay away from here. I will be speaking with those in management as this man cannot get away with this. When I went home I felt shame and embarrassment but I realized I did nothing wrong. I was a customer who wanted to get pampered but I did not ask to be groped and touched inappropriately. read more

I really don't know why this place has such bad reviews. I walked in. Was seated and started on immediately. Took 50 minutes from walk in to walk out finished. They are very clear and easy to understand. They are friendly and down to earth people. I asked for something very specific and got exactly what I asked for. Came in yesterday with my husband to our nails and feet done. Our pedicures were okay but as for my acrylic nails I was not impressed at all. They're are thick and look bubbly. The guy who did my nails seemed to be in a rush and applied way too much nail polish even my husband made a comment about it. I usually get my nails done in copperas cove and wanted to try something new since we were already in Killeen. I will not be returning any will continue to get my nails done in copperas cove. Great fast service. Even with the quick service Nicole gave me one of the best nail powder dip fills that I have had. I used to come here all the time and had nothing but awesome experiences. However, I havent been in a while and upon returning the service and vibe is completely different. To start there were only 4 customers yet I still had to wait 35 minutes (25 being without even feet soaking even though there were multiple chairs open) due to being understaffed. I dont mind waiting but once finally receiveing my tech she did not seem concerned with providing customer service (picked up and moved my shoes by throwing them down) didnt offer any color swatches for me to pick my color and just asked what I wanted and didnt move with any purpose. It took me a total of 2 hours and change just got a simple pedicure. Multiple customers came after me or at the same time but with a different tech were able to do their services in this time and finish before me(also serviced nails and pedis at the same time). I also asked and reminded multiple times that I wanted my nails soaked off and she still completed my pedicure without starting my service in the chair like the others to save time. After finishing the pedicure, I asked again and she rolled her eyes saying she forgot and then proceeded to attempt to make me wait again while she seated another customer at her desk and begin helping her even though she just arrived and I had been there for over 2 hours at this point.. frustrated, I decided to just pay and leave. I will not be returning here and will continue to just go down the street to the more staffed, better customer service and quicker/better quality with better attitudes towards customers at Integrity Nail Bar. My daughter and I gave this nail salon a try because of the great reviews. We both got manicures with gel polish and love the finished result. The salon is very clean and has a huge selection of polish colors to chose from. They are also reasonably priced (we spent $30 each, which is what I expected). But what I was most impressed with is that we seemed to be the only "new" customers in the shop. The staff were so friendly and obviously not only knew their repeat clients but actually liked them.
