The salon is clean, welcoming, and I've always been happy with the service. During this visit, since Andy and Taylor weren't available, I was assigned to Kuku. Unfortunately, my experience with him was very different. From the beginning of the appointment, he was extremely rough and aggressive while working on my nails, which made the service uncomfortable. When I politely asked if he could fix one of my nails because it wasn't the shape I wanted, he did make the correction, but afterward he became even more aggressive with my nails and his attitude felt passive-aggressive for the rest of the appointment. I wasn't argumentative or disrespectful--I simply made a reasonable request to have one nail corrected. While I appreciate that he fixed it, I don't think a customer should feel uncomfortable for asking for an adjustment. This experience won't stop me from coming back because I've had many positive visits here, and I still highly recommend the salon overall. However, I do think Kuku could improve his customer service and be gentler when working on clients' nails. A professional attitude and careful service make a big difference in the overall experience.

I appreciate the efficiency and friendliness of the person I believe is the owner & my tech John. Couldn't get a picture of the prices, but for a full set with gel and shaping plus the deluxe pedicure regular polish was $105. A lot of customer were also coming in for eyebrow waxing so that service is here as well.
