Second visit and service was great. John did my full set pink cat eye almond manicure & deluxe pedicure. He took his time for both services each time. I appreciate the efficiency and friendliness of the person I believe is the owner & my tech John. Couldn't get a picture of the prices, but for a full set with gel and shaping plus the deluxe pedicure regular polish was $105. A lot of customer were also coming in for eyebrow waxing so that service is here as well. read more

This has been terrible!! I needed to relax I had two ingrown toenails and I needed my feet and legs massaged. Well I had terrible service the gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice but that was just to trick me in!!!! This lady has been rubbing my legs like she was putting on lotion. Dam can I please get a massage. I even asked her when she was going to massage my legs!!! I've been here for over an hour and I just want this to be OVER! A total waste of money and time. I'm extremely disappointed. They do better service at the mall. I should have known when this little grandma sat down my service was going to be terrible, but I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and try. A waste of $70. I could have ate real good with that money. It's so sad. But I'm just fed up with the service around Harker Heights. read more

They did an amazing job! Accommodating to a large group. Super sweet and caring. They really know how to do massages. And the nail art!! I highly recommend Christine but make sure you call ahead to get her to do nail art!! The chairs are newer and the chair massages are amazing. I went to get a mani/pedi with my girlfriend. It was supposed to be a girls day after pho. The older lady tech did a pretty crappy job prepping my nails, then gave me the wrong color on my left foot. When I noticed, she just painted over it. She didn't remove the old gel, just painted over creating a weird orange red. She also painted on the skin. So its already peeling. I paid 100 bucks for something I could have done myself. I will not be back. Ps. The wound on my toe was from stubbing it, not from this place. But still.... not coming back read more

I came in with my mom for two pedicures for the first time and they were wonderful. The manager was very attentive and asked how everything was. I scheduled an appointment which was super helpful because they were short staffed but it was nice because we got to soak for a bit before they actually worked on us which was great! The manager told us on the way out that next time we come back, he gives a 5% discount when you pay cash! I'm so excited I found a new pedicure place! read more

So I have short fingernails that I asked to get a manicure then S&S nail polish. The tech started sanding my nail bed to start putting the powder on. I said the manicure part was more important because I haven't had it done for months. He said he doesn't usually do that before the dip powder. So he started clipping my cuticles whole dry- ouch. After the dip process was done he left dried polish all over the tips of my fingers. It looked horrible. He said it can happen when nails are so short. I told him that he should have told me before hand so I could choose a different type of polish.I told him I'm not leaving this salon with nail polish all over my fingers. He sanded my fingertips with an emery board. It was terrible it looks awful only getting my pedicures done here read more

I usually go to Passion but they were booked up today with a long wait. So I tried this place. Clean, relaxing and soothing music. Brightly lit and nice. Good, standard pedicure for a reasonable price. But....completely messed up my eyebrows. I told the lady to not worry about the shape, don't make them too thin and to just clean them up. When I got to the car, I realized not only are they not the same shape and size, they are too thin, and I have bald patches... Very unhappy and horrified! Now I'll have to pencil in my eyebrows until they grow back and then go back to Passion to have them corrected! Stick with feet and fingers, but don't trust them with your eyebrows! read more

I went here for a pedicure and chose the $30 dollar pedicure which included a 10 min massage. The technician did a 3 min massage and I had to ask for more creating an awkward situation. I felt cheated. Also if you have a WiFi network and a password, make sure it works. This place sucked and the only person who was good was the young man who checked me in and gave me water. Bad experience that continued to bother me after I left the facility. A male technician did my pedicure. He was very rude and kept saying rude things to me. I tried to overlook what he was saying making sure I wasn't being too sensitive. I finally decided that I was not overacting when he rudely said to me "what are you looking at" as he saw me glance down at my leg as he was taking the towel off my legs. Wally overall atmosphere is nice, and the technician was personable and conversational, I ended up leaving feeling less than satisfied because I felt as though the process was rushed entirely. My right thumb nail and left finger nails all feel very gritty which they shouldn't so I had to go to another place to have them re-done $58 after tip was hardly worth it read more

I don't believe one of the techs, the older gentleman, was certified to do nail work. Both nail techs did a lousy job and it was also overpriced for a child, in my opinion. Employees could maintain the salon better; the fish tank was not clean, which made me think about how well they clean everything else.
