I came in today, and nobody bothered to help me. I stood there for a moment, and then I left. Rude!

Decided to go here to have the gel taken off my nails and get a pedicure. They did a great job on the pedicure for both me and my husband. The gel removal was okay, I was nicked with the drill. They didn't file too deep, so it wasn't painful. The reason for four stars is that the salon has an overwhelming acetone smell, maybe just from bad ventilation. read more

So I went in the get the color off of my fake nails, I asked them to leave the fake nail on and just do clear nail polish. I've been coming to this salon for a while now, and for the most part super happy with them. However, they really are in need of a receptionist. I was here for 2 hours today and Hannah was on the phone either with a customer, talking to other techs about a schedule or on a personal call, for a good part of that time. I think maybe they have forgotten that the customers time is valuable as well. Sadly, I won't be returning. As a paying customer, it's just unfair and poor customer service, in my opinion. read more

Was a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon for an eyebrow wax. She was able to get me right in and did an amazing job.

Not worth the money, poor skills, and poor customer service. Did not enjoy my appointment there.

The place is beautiful. I was greeted quickly and explained what services I wanted. It was apparent that regulars are treated with much more urgency than first time guests. After a great pedicure, I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes for a refill because someone had an appointment they knew nothing about. That makes no sense. I waited over 20 minutes after a pedicure to be asked if I could wait another 30. No ma'am! I received a 20% discount for the inconvenience but don't plan on returning. read more

I got everything I asked for and I love the nails now, but I can't get over the fact that the lady, that was working on another client next to me, had a phone sitting in the desk which buzzed/rang a good 30 times. i had an awful experience. i was coming in for a full acrylic set and pedicure. i was going to spend over a hundred on my nails easily and my pedicure went fine but when we got to putting the tips on my nails the tech kept putting one on crooked and i even told them the best way to get it straight bc yes my finger is a bit crooked but after the second time of asking them to fix it they got very irritated and started getting loud and going off in their first language and walked off. they never apologized the only one who did apologize (barely but oh well) i believe was possibly the manager or owner read more

Once again another nail salon that gets upset when you pick the "Plain Jane" pedicure, that's really what it is called. I went in and she started to do my pedicure and then passed me the plastic menu and I took a second to respond because she was clipping my nails and I didn't want her to get vengeful. I told her the Plain Jane and her attitude immediately changed. I tried to explain that I have very sensitive shins from playing sports and don't like the massage and stones and all that, but she either ignored me or didn't understand me. Either way her attitude changed. What's sad is my tip would have been probably more than the lady sitting next to me getting the $55 service. You should never assume someones financially ability based on the pedicure they choose. I will NOT be going back. Also my nail polish was striped but I didn't see it until I got inside. I went in for a simple mani & pedi. I got stuck with a chatty Kathy (not her actual name, it's a figure of speech. I'm just not sure what her name was) that couldn't gossip with her coworker and do her job at the same time. She said maybe 3 words to me, but didn't close her mouth once the entire 2 hours I was there. Every time she'd stop to talk more, she'd lose track of where she was at and what she was doing. My pedicure took extra long and was the biggest half ass job. By the time I finally got to my manicure, it was almost time to close so she rushed through and once again kept losing track of where she was. I'm not even sure that all my nails even got filed. I decided to go without the polish just to spare her some time because I'm sure she was ready to be off ‍ annoying experience to say the least. read more

First time here and my visit was wonderful! Service was done by Kim who is very sweet and professional, absolutely love her! She made my nails look amazing! All the staff is very friendly and polite. The whole salon is very clean, calming and organized. Very fair pricing on services as well! Kim did a pretty good job on my nails, however Roxy who did my pedicure had no clue how to remove a hang nail after 4 tries I said forget it!! Its unfortunate but the employees talk to each other in Vietnamese and don't conversate with the customer. It makes you feel awkward and uneasy, and for sure unfriendly. I would not return this cold unwelcoming environment, they seem to be more engaged in each other than the paying customers. read more

I made an appointment at a nail salon in Temple Tx. I called to confirm my appointment the day before. When I arrived to my appointment they said that the person who was to do my nails was not able to come in until 4pm. I had to be in Austin by 3pm. I was referred by a person to go to Expert Nails. What a expert I found here. I was greeted by a nail tech who asked me what I needed . I usually do the dip. She did a great job!!! So impressed that I went here. Thank you.. my trip to Austin was the best and Expert Nails was apart of that. read more
