We're from out of town and this was the closest place to where we were staying. I came with my 8 year old and they have a brand new looking children's pedicure care with Princess Aurora on it. My daughters nail tech was very nice, spoke with my daughter and did a great designs. I got her the mani/pedi with 2 different nail designs on hands and feet for $35. I got the #3 and my naill tech went above and beyond. The scrub was great. The wax was great. After working six 12 hour shifts in a row.... I needed this. I would deff recommend this place. we came aa round 1100 on a Monday there was no one else here there was 3 staff members six pedicure chairs and one children's chair six nail stations read more

Great customer service & environment. They definitely listen to what you want. Recommend them

This place has completely gone down hill I must say .... I got my nails done with gel and acrylic and the following weeks half of my nails were off ! I then went in and got them fix , not once BUT TWICE !! I was a faithful customer with the previous owner wish they didn't move back to California read more

I'm giving them 4stars because they were very sweet people, they weren't busy but they had only 3 people working so it was very slow but they moved fast. Con: $5 extra for coffin shape nails...which is weird because I've never been charged extra for that. The girl who did my nails also didn't do anything to my cuticles which was surprising. I also got charged extra AGAIN without knowing for removal of my gel pedicure. read more

I'm giving two stars because they were all very nice. I do NOT recommend this place for acrylic or dip nails. The nail tech could not apply a nail tip and dip my nails properly. (2.5hrs) later and quite a few redos he finished my nails. Two bleeding from the drill, most of them bumpy and dip all around my skin and the nail tech telling me it's the dip powder. HAHA. Went back two days later-- 4 nails lifted and they looked like press ons given all the dip that covered my cuticle/sides and they were going to charge me a full set. In these days either have your skill down or there's a salon next door. read more

This was the worst job i have received from these ppl. I went in and she was doing my nails so lazy. Barley even cutting my cuticles, my nails were being filed horribly and lazy. I kept telling her if she was gonna file the other hand because she would forget. The gel polish I chose was almost out and she kept insisting on using it. The color looked so choppy. The first night I had them, they chipped. This is DAY 5 and it looks like they're gonna all peel off.. Also I was giving the lady a tip as common courtesy and the manager kept staring at my wallet looking at how much I had and was gonna give. Don't go here read more

Today was my first time here and I was really pleased! An older lady did my pedicure. The water was the perfect temperature and the polish job is great. Another lady did my SNS dip manicure and she did exactly what I wanted!! My only complaint is I wish they were shorter but I like my nails reallllly short. I also got my eyebrows waxed by the same woman that did my pedicure and she did great! She really took her time to go a good job. I will be returning!! read more

Sam did my nails and he was amazing! I've noticed that the nail techs here (compared to FL and HI) like to really drilllllll the nail and cut the heck out of the cuticles so I am used to it now, I think. I got a full set and gel polish-- in " Bubble Bath;" it's so pretty and I've gotten compliments all day long. People even think these are my natural nails! P.s. Sam did all of the hard work on my nails and made them the perfect shape (with a few cuts on the cuticles) but someone else painted them. He did a decent job (hence the 4-Star rating) read more

I was extremely disappointed coming to this establishment I took an Uber and all so I came to get my lashes done and the lady doesn't work there anymore so why still promote the pictures on your yelp?? Smh all I know is do t come to get your lashes done here because that service is no longer available!!! read more

Red nail polish was still left underneath from my last manicure. Thought it'd be a better job considering he took forever to do my nails and made me bleed on multiple fingers. Also not painted completely. Pedicure was nice though. They don't do both at the same Update: 4 days later and the white has turned yellow and a nail popped off....again after spending an eternity on my nails read more

I came in expecting more. This place for good reviews. The pedicure itself was okay. But the person doing it was more interested in the talent show on the tv. It was very hot in there too. The lady that greeted me, criticized my previous manicure. She was convinced my nails were fake and I was lying to her. Once I sat down she decided not to do them and had someone else come over to do it. They lost my nail colour so I had to go with a totally different one. We will see how long this lasts but looking at now, I'm guessing next week I'll need a new one. They usually last three weeks for me. Over all the look is not bad but for the price it should be better. And the phone calls on private phones was crazy. read more

My new go to salon! So happy with the service and quality. My nails looks gorgeous, i can't wait to return :)

This was my first time here. Tham didn't cure my nails long enough and my gel polish started peeling after a few hours. I've never had gel nails mess up like this in the past. Horrible. It's pretty safe to say I will not go back. read more

This was AMAZING I was greeted by 2 ladies ready to help, they got me for a full set and it was a great experience, my nails look beautiful, she asked if I wanted a beverage and also asked if I was sure about everything, she was very thorough and gentle. The area was very clean, I saw one client waiting but she chose to wait instead of coming back at the time of her appt. definently coming back , she gave me 3$ off because it was my first time and also said next time it'd be less than that off a regular fill. Absolutely wonderful. I've attached some pictures, I asked her not to touch my cuticles bc I'm growing some skin around my nail that's why my nail beds look bad sorry but other than that the nails are amazing! I chose a dark grey color and asked for a matte top read more

Came in from the great reviews online. My nail tech had no idea what he was doing and I had to ask him several times to fix/clean something with the set of nails. Update: I've been going to this Solon for over a year now. I just went to get my nails done waited since they were a little bit busy for them to quote me $55 for a simple ombré . After asking for a regular color that I've had before for $35 the owner started to argue w me and be rude over his price and how I've never had it done and he remembers what all the customers have gotten. Let me mentioned he's done my nails once! I will take my service else where I come to relax and make my self fell pretty about my nails not to be over charged and have someone be rude in return. Totally not acceptable and I've always tipped over the suggested amount to each and everytime I've gone! There kindness has went down the drain now that they have their business getting busier ! read more

I always use to get my nails done at Absolute Bella Nails and Spa but now it's seems like every time I go they never really have anybody in their except two techs working. So I tried to book an appointment hoping maybe that will help get me in the schedule to get my nails done. I went to the appointment and they tell me that they moved the time because I called in and moved it and I never did. I gave them three stars because I'm just tired of going and getting turn around or told to come back tomorrow but overall I love how they do my nails and feet but I'm moving on to a new nail place due to them barely having any availability. read more

I'm only giving two stars since it's been a few months since I've been here..maybe things changed. But the first time I been here there was a gentleman who sat on the left front seat when you first enter. There's the table the owner sits at that faces the pedicure chairs...but behind her there were two seats one on the left for a guy and the right had some lady I never saw. That guy was amazing. He was great at what he does. Nails perfect. I'm highly critical when it comes to nail shape. How flat they make my nail. how smooth the acrylic is laid in top. And most important to me is the shape that I'm requesting has to be correct such as a slender ballet slipper/coffin, or a short stiletto. He had my nails looking fleeky without me having to worry. But then he left. To Seattle or someplace. I just can't with the place now. I've tried it. But i was just so disappointed. A newer gentleman was doing my nails, granted it was late and I was the last client they had. I was already concerned when I asked for ballet slipper and his base was still a slightly shaved down square. I guess he was too slow as I was passed off to who I believe was the owner. And I got to thinking oh thank goodness!! I don't have to worry. Wrong. She continued. But I had to coach her in how to shape my nails. Telling her to file off more or where to file. She didn't do much different than the gentleman in shaping. I'm not one to coach or tell my nail technician if I see something minor I dislike, maybe they angled the tip of my nail the wrong way a bit. Maybe they're painting skills suck. I've been cut before and I brushed it off. Or maybe my cuticles look whack. I keep my mouth shut and deal. But in this case, I couldn't leave with how she left my nails without having to go elsewhere to get them fixed. So I grabbed some balls and started to coach her instead. I just can't go back knowing that I had to coach the owner as she was teaching the guy who was previously doing my nails.. Aside from their skill, they're nice and welcoming. Soft spoken. Not demanding and they don't rush. read more

Had a great pedicure today. The are busy, even in a Sunday so call and make an appt. Even if you have to wait, it will be well WORTH it!

No appointment and was taken care of within 10 minutes. My pedicure was amazing! She spent about 45 minutes (which I really didn't care cause I love being at salons) on my feet and they look and feel so nice! I also tried SNS nails for the first time and loved it. But what I really, really liked about this place was how amazing the staff was. All of them! They were all so sweet! read more

Came from Utah and hard to find a great nail place when the army moves you. And this nail place is my new one, they where amazing and I Love my nails I did the dip and it was so much cheaper then what I paid in Utah. Thank you read more

So I've been to 2 other locations in Killeen both more than once to give them a fair trial and was not satisfied with either. One was inexpensive and the pedicure was great but the polish job was not done well either time. The second place was friendly and I was a little bummed there were no massage chairs but ultimately for the price I was paying I didn't want to feel rushed like I did. So I sent my sister here while she was visiting and she only had good things to say. I had to see for myself. I've been here 3 separate times now and each time they've taken their time, let me know cheaper options if they only thought I needed a polish change and have always made me feel welcome. They give phenomenal pedicures and their polish is always perfect. They offer a variety of drinks and are even ok with kids for those that have little ones during the day. LOVE this little ma and pa shop! read more

I was looking for a salon to get my brows and upper lip waxed, and we parked in a lto along Stan Schlueter so that I could browse and find reviews. I looked up and found ourselves parked right in front Absolute Bella. I went ahead and decided to just go for it and check them out. I was attended to by Kathy, the owner, who was very nice and professional and friendly and enthusiastic about keeping her business. The Fort Hood area has so many small businesses to choose from, and therefore so much competition. I do not live in Killeen but choose to continue to go back to Kathy and Absolute Bella for the quality and personable service. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I walked in an asked for a pedi and full set and was asked if I wanted just pedi. No, I want a full set and pedi like I asked.
