They were not a fan of my nailpolish and frankly did a manicure with normal polish I could have done at home. It was a bit bumpy and not as polished as I am used to. Also it chipped the next day. To their credit I believe they specialize in acrylics which are very different than traditional polish. I would advise you to try out their strengths.

The place was clean, and well decorated. On day 2 after the application of the lashes one fell off. 3rd day the glue became more visible and turned a little flaky, not sure if that is due to excessive glue used. 4th day my eyelids started to be itchy. Although I requested to have a wispy cat eye look but what I was given was a wispy look which Is not the same and you can clearly see it on the photos. I've had a few friends confirm this including another lash tech from a friend of mine. Also, the lashes are way to close to the waterline which is the reason it irritates my eyes. Also, you can see the gaps between the lashes in a few of the pictures. There's supposed to be zero gaps. I will update review as the days go by As of right now I probably won't get them done here and will go to a friend's tech that was highly recommended by others and whose job is only lashes.

From the moment we walked in, we were seated quickly but very hesitantly, which already made the visit feel uncomfortable. My pedicure water was cold and I had to repeatedly ask for them to warm it up. The technician who worked on me (Cindy) seemed unsure of what she was doing, and the final result reflected that. My polish is uneven, has visible lumps, missing spots, and is already chipping. It looks rushed and sloppy. My daughter was also unhappy with her pedicure. On top of that, my daughter was initially charged an extra $30 in upcharges for things that should have been standard and not extra. At the end, they took off the $30 but her Pedicure was still overpriced. The pricing felt unclear and excessive for the quality we received. Overall, the service did not match the cost or expectations, and we left very disappointed. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. I don't know if this Salon just went through a name change or if it's totally unrelated however, the nail salon that was there previously, was also horrible. So if it's the same people, stay far away from there.

When I walked in, I was greeted by one of the…read moreladies however, when I got seated, the man doing my pedi tried to hide putting on a (ONE glove) dirty glove. As he proceeded to try and do my pedi, I asked if the glove was dirty. It was a blue glove with brown spots on it as if it had been worn plenty of times. He ignored me and continued trying to do my pedi with one dirty glove on. Then he tried to scrape polish off my toes with a tool and not polish remover. When I asked what he was doing and told him it was polish that needed to be removed with the polish remover, he slapped my foot and screamed "Water" to me. I politely put my shoes on and left. If you're trying to do someone's pedicure with a dirty glove, I can only imagine what else was dirty in there. Very unsanitary and poor customer service.
