I asked for two pedicures, and instead of being told there was a wait time, appointment-only policy, or any clear explanation, I was simply told "no" in a very dismissive way. At first, I thought maybe they were busy, so I walked out -- but then turned around to ask how long the wait might be, only to be told "no" again. When I asked for clarification on whether we couldn't get services at all, the answer was still just "no." If this salon is appointment-only or unable to take walk-ins, that's completely understandable -- but basic communication and professionalism go a long way. A simple explanation would have made all the difference. Instead, the experience felt rude, confusing, and unnecessarily dismissive. Customers deserve clear, respectful communication, especially when they're walking in ready to spend money. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor first impression. read more

Usually salons nails last me two plus week but this ones already show growth after a week. Now my lady who did my pedicure was Susan and she was the loveliest person and she took her time and my pedicure looks great and as if I had just gotten it done. This place is a rip off. I have went there 3 time. Each time a different person. First time full set and it was expensive but he did a good job. Second time full set and pedicure and it cost $116+ tip! However, I knew I was paying more for things and each time the woman told me before she rendered service so I knew more then one color was more, gel more, stones more, etc. I had to go back because the lady did not match the design with the stones. A man fixed them and he had to re cut all my nails because they were all different lengths and fix the stones. Even then he used different stones so my nails still didn't match!! I decided to give them one more chance because they are so close to my home so today I got a fill in and it cost $50+ tip!! I didn't get her name because she did not say one word to me outside of questions about my nails. She gave me more of a square shape then coffin like I asked, she got nail polish all over my cuticles but the paint is so faint on the glitter, and she cut my actual nails! I grow my natural nails under my nails and she cut almost each one of my finger nails while filing. While I was waiting to pay one woman asked for a price for her nails and she was told $50 for a full set when I questioned why I was paying $50 for a fill in I was told full sets were $60. I've never paid that much any other time I was there. I will not be going back. When I was leaving there was another two woman that left one in the middle of her pedicure and said she refused to have such bad service. We all arrived at the same time and she had been getting a pedicure the whole hour I was there!! Her nails weren't even cut. She told me she was going somewhere else for better service and I will be doing the same from now on. read more

The people were friendly enough and my nails came out great both times I've gone. Wasn't a fan of waiting a 1/2 past my appointment but on the other side they were busy. Just seems they could schedule a bit better ( quality over quantity). I've been here twice, once with my mother and daughter and the second time with my daughter only. They hardly have any new polishes, they have a lot of old and/or diluted polishes. The polish chips by the next day. We won't be coming back as it seems they aren't concerned with investing in their products. Also, they do the bare minimum, don't really try to push your cuticles to give you a lasting mani or pedi. They don't really scrub our feet to remove the most dead callus and they don't do a massage rather they only touch your feet and legs, with minimum tact or pressure, bc they are probably expecting a shitty tip. They don't make you feel important. And, their services don't last. Pff. read more

I had an appointment on 07/24/2022 at 4pm and was running late so I called and asked if I could come at 5 I was told that I would get my pedicure, but it might not be possible to get the fill because the shop was closing at 6 so I asked if I could come at 4:30 the woman on the phone said yes. I showed up at 4:20 instead and then got my pedicure when I went to get my fill the gentleman says to me "you should early, we work seven days a week and that we want to go home too! I work five days a week and I make an appointment when I could be there and if there was a problem then whoever took my call and said that it was alright to come in at 4:30 could have said,"oh I am sorry but that would be too late could you come in another time?" and I would have said yes and set another appointment. I felt that his remark should have been directed at the person who said it was okay for me to come in, she saw that I was coming in for a pedicure and a fill I would have more then welcomed the change in the appointment but you are not about to get curt with me, about coming in when I just didn't show up, I called to see if I could be seen at 4:30 and then you don't have the respect to take me aside you embarrassed me by speaking while a young lady was there with her significant other and speak to me as if I am inconveniencing you and you want my money so I tell you what, I have always had a positive experience at your shop, but today will be my last time coming in. I don't appreciate the fact that you are not communicating with each other. If I couldn't be seen she should have told me no, come another time and that would have been fine, my nails are not going anywhere I could have come in after work or next weekend. I came here because the place I wanted to go was closed. I just moved here and I've heard terrible things about the nail salons around here, but I'm actually very pleased with my experience. My nails came out amazing and the man, Andy, was very nice. He asked me if he could live stream the process because he was using a new product they had but he was still made sure I got every thing I wanted. I was in a rush and didn't want to go to my regular salon in Killeen, so I stopped in Cove, while I was running other errands. It was easily the worst pedicure I've ever received. The lady was so intent on talking to a colleague, she made me bleed while taking the calluses off. Not an apology, not a single dollar off my check...nothing. They people here are nice but I did not like my nails. Some are thick and some are thin. The color isn't all over the nail. I also don't feel like she filed them right. Some ends were rigid. Really disappointed. Went in for a fill of my acrylics with a gel overlay. Was charged $40 ($35 service, $5 tip) and my nails already look like they need a fill. Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon Please read this before coming to this place!!! I start my experience by coming in and he had booked three women at the same time for appointments. Now I have been coming to this nail salon for over a year. It starts by him setting up a phone over my hands so he can Facebook live the entire process and dictate the entire process to sell his product. I asked him if he was going to record me before we started and he said no. I came in with a natural nails and I left with a bubble of dip nails they are so hideous. He didn't do the corners of any of my nails he shape them squared after I told him that I did not like square nails because they cling onto my clothes. And then once everything was said and done he charged me the most I have ever been charged for my nails being done $51 for nails that I absolutely hate. So all in all I just want to say that I will never be back and I wanted to post this so you would not be encouraged to come here by the pictures because the work is not consistent. I usually give places the benefit of the doubt when there only a few bad reviews.. My mistake. I cut & filed my nails BEFORE I got to this place... Since I read in another review that they mess them up. So when I sat down..I said.. I just want shellac. Don't cut or file them. What does she do? Starts filing away! I asked her again not to file them.. Pulled my hand away.. Another employee came to the table to tell her to stop filing them for me. By that point they were completely gone & so short they hurt. They're crooked too. Another employee took her seat & attempted to even them out, which made them even shorter. Not to mention they didn't even use the colors I asked for (I was too annoyed to try to correct them on another issue.. Obvious language barrier). I wanted a pedicure too... Went to this salon as it was recommended to me by a co worker but after 3 chances I am not impressed. The first time I went there I was impressed thinking okay I might have found my new place for mani's and pedi's. The second time I went there the pedicure was rushed and didn't include the filing, lotion or massage which I paid for and the mani was just as bad leaving my nails longer than what I wanted and uneven. Today was my third time going there and will be my last. The pedi was amazing but the mani was the worst one ever. The guy who was doing it was on his cell phone literally the whole time responding to fb messages on business page and was even watching videos. My nails were to be oval but instead are rounded to a point, are not even shaped evenly, and look nothing like what I asked for. They also do not have any designs for you to look at and it seems like they never have the correct color as what you tell them you want. Won't be going back again. The only thing positive about this salon is the friendliness of most of the people working here. I decided to "treat" myself to the $35 pedicure and it was anything but a treat. ANOTHER rush job(less than 30 min) ending with poorly applied polish and still calloused feet.
