Absolutely love this place. The owners are amazing people and truly care about every customer that walks in the door. Frank has been doing my toes for years and I couldn't be happier with his service. Kevin has done my nails since 2010. I wouldn't dream of using another salon. read more

The receptionist has always been friendly and professional. Most of the time, the nail techs do a great job; however, my last visit wasn't great. She didn't speak much English, so my telling her how I wanted my nails shaped didn't register and she kept nicking my fingers when trying to remove the gel polish. Not fun. The lesson I learned from this was, if you get a nail tech who does a great job, request that tech or schedule an appointment with that tech. read more

The "manager" Jess is absolutely rude and disgusting. I will NEVER spend my money at this salon again. To make a long story short, I called to schedule my normal full set, pedi+ overlay combo. Plus a mani pedi for my stepdaughter. (Well Over $250 services) a sweet man took down my info and scheduled me with the same technician I've been booking with for over a year. Apparently JESS tried to contact me but I "missed her call too many times"?...she called twice...and only because my phone was on do not disturb....I called back IMMEDIATELY several times and the mailbox kept saying full... 1 ring and straight to voicemail. But regardless, when I finally got a hold of her NOT ONLY DID SHE GIVE MY APPOINTMENT AWAY but when I tried to explain there must have been a mistake with the timing, she said "well the person you booked with is Just a technician and doesn't know how to make appointments " ????????????? SO HOW IS THAT ON THE COSTUMER???? I was literally pulling into to the parking lot and I live 25 minutes away....Just to be told my SCHEDULED appointment was given to someone else who came In because I didn't answer in time? To be a manager" she was very rude and disrespectful. It was a negligence on THEIR behalf, not mine read more

I have been here a few times before, usually the service is pretty good and the nails are iffy depending on who you get. I came in tonight to see if they had anything available for a walk in. A lot of them saw me come in and look at the nails while I was waiting for someone to not be busy. Nobody said ANYTHING to me. I didn't want to interrupt the people doing nails but even after they were done they all just acted like I wasn't there. I sat there for about 35-40 minutes because I didn't want to bother the people that were busy. Then I just left because I felt like they were annoyed I was there in the first place and didn't want to do anymore nails. WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN 100% OKAY. I would have just made a appointment or came back the next day. I wasn't the only person there that was ignored either, a couple walked in and stayed for about 10-15 minutes before they left. I have never left a review on a place before because I'm not usually one to complain but I feel like this is a way to lose customers. read more

Yet another bad nail salon in Copperas Cove. The woman who waited on me proceeded to tell me all about her CPS sex abuse case! My tech cut into my cuticle with the drill causing me to bleed. I was forced to wait with halfway done nails as they kept starting new customers as they came in. I counted ten of us sitting halfway done at one point. I wasn't the only one complaining. Then the internal drama between coworkers began. I had another time I went, again they completed my nails halfway filling up with multiple customers all only completing work halfway, when the arguments between the desk attend at and the techs began. I'm not here for this. I'm here to relax. My nails were smeared and done badly and ended up breaking within 3 days. The cost is above average and not worth it at all. I'm here paying for a service that is a luxury as in not necessary. I'll never use a salon in Copperas CI've again as its Chamber of Commerce, its health department, literally anyone who could investigate the goings on in these salons does nothing. This salon and the City of Copperas Cove has zero professionalism and Ill take my business out of town from here on out. read more

I have never had a bad experience here. I go here about once every 2 weeks. Every time my nails have always looked really good once they are done. The only thing that does happen every time is to be asked if I would like some water or a drink while I get my nails done. read more

I recently visit and I did not like the fact of having a massage done in front of all the guest. I felt that should have been done in private. Very unprofessional. No great service and walking out not having your toe nails sit under a dryer. Worst experience ever. Very displeased. read more

My husband and I went here for a pedicure (for him) he had an ingrown toenail so they gave him a nail tech who can get it taken care of, and she was so patient and kind and did an amazing job! I went in before I left town for spring break. I was upsold dip nails (my first time getting them) because I was told they were healthier and lasted longer than gel nails. The next day, one of my nails cracked so I called and told the woman on the phone what happened and that I was leaving town for spring break. Over spring break I didn't work, basically did normal, every day things (drive, eat, Xbox, sleep, shower and generally exist) and now have a total of 9 cracks in 6 of my nails. I went back today to show the lady and she said that you have to be very careful with powder dip (I was not told this before) and since it was exactly a week since I had them done I could pay to have them redone, but they won't fix them. Sure, I get the one week window. But is it at all acceptable that these nails didn't last my relaxing spring break week out of town? No, even regular polish would have lasted longer without chips. This is horrible customer service. Essentially, I paid $50 for my nails to look nice for less than 24 hours. I will never return and I will make sure everyone I know knows about this awful customer service experience. Pictures included of cracks and how new these nails are. read more

I had a really good experience here back on mother's day for a mani/pedi. Unfortunately I can't remember the young man's name who provided my service. Due to his performance and care I was excited to come back for a quick service here but, it ended up not being as nice as my original visit. I had requested a simple shaping, trim and gel shellac manicure as I was very proud of the growth I had made with my natural nails. I was assigned to a nail technician by the name of Frank I believe. When he filed my nails they were crooked and angled so that one side of the nail was longer than the other. Even after asking him to even them out a little more I still had to end up refiling them at home to get a good shape. He left while my hands were soaking and returned smelling very strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell lingered the rest of my service. The shellac was not painted on evenly and within 2 days has started to chip in some areas and one of my nails has even broke. The staff is relatively friendly and there are some that offer really exceptional work but this visit sadly was not one of them for me. Update: 4 of my nails have broke at the tips now and the shellac has begun peeling off 3 of them. I am currently a stay at home mom during the third trimester if a high risk pregnancy so I have not been doing any kind of "rough" work with my hands. The results of this service did not even last a weeks time and for the price I paid I am very disappointed. I do not believe I will return here again despite knowing they have at least one employee who knows what they are doing. read more

Place is clean and very spacious. I went there due to the road being so messed up I figured they were loosing business and want to support local and my shop sold earlier this month and was closed for the day unexpectedly. I chose a simple mani/pedi $52.00 with French nails, gel polish on both. It ended up costing $92.00...more than I pay for color treatment at my salon for hair or an hour massage....$40.00 up charge for gel and French? A little rich for my blood. I pay an extra $5.00 for French and another $5.00 for gel normally. Never again. read more

I told the reception what I wanted and she related it to the nail tech. I only wanted my old set removed and have an overlay on my natural nails. I relayed this again to the nail tech and he just start cutting my nails. I even expressed to him I had two nails that were lifting, he ripped one of my nails off causing it to bleed. I reported this to the receptionist and she came back and said "the manager wants you to know he will be reprimanded and gives their apologies." The manager never came to me themselves. I was a regular here and I even recommended this place to a lot of women. I even brought a new customer with me. Myself and the new customer will not be returning. read more

This place sucks ass. Omg the guy that did my eyebrows was like a new guy or something. He also under charged me and tried to sneak an extra $10 charge on my daughters tab. Went for a last minute pedicure and eyebrow wax. Was treated very well. Fair prices. Honestly don't remember the girls name because there wasn't much interaction other than "hello" and "have a good day" Only thing I would work on is the foot message of the pedicure. Was pretty weak, barely felt like a message. But other than that everything was great. I even accidentally messed up my nail polish before it dried as I was getting into my car but the girl fixed me up really quick! read more

First off the ONLY REASON I'm giving this nail salon One Star is because I have to so I can write the review and warn people! They ruined my shirt with acetone and still wanted me to pay full price. My services included pedi and gel nails they lasted 4 days and polish started chipping. The place is dirty and smells....no one spoke English and they only talked to each other. read more

I have been searching for a great nail spa for awhile in Killeen & could never find one. I'm so happy I came to this one in Cove. My experience was the best one I've had anywhere! Pedicures were top tier & very relaxing especially the massage. The gentleman who did my toes made sure he cleaned my toes up very well, asked if the color is what I had wanted & gave me the most relaxing foot/leg massage I've had anywhere. The gel nails I wanted were never done here before but the owner squeezed in some of her time in between clients to give me the exact design I wanted without making me feel like a burden. She did great! The gentleman who shaped my nails did an amazing job as well, the shape was exactly how I wanted & the nails were very smooth- no bumps, no bubbles, no uneven areas. They looked beautiful without any gel polish even on them. I overall felt amazing & left very satisfied. 10/10 would recommend to everyone & will be visiting here from here on out. read more

I had a great experience. I had a relaxing pedicure with a complimentary frozen margarita.

The girl that did my nails was very sweet but couldn't do any designs. I presented a photo of what I wanted & instead of saying she couldn't do it I ended up getting nails that I didn't intend on. Another girl that was extremely rude even tried and couldn't do it. It was a marble design & no other salons have ever not been able to do it. The pedicure was great but polish was so thick that nails never dried so I had to do my own polish. read more

The pricing is what you pay for. My hands were soaked in acetone for some odd reason and my skin burned the entire time. Usually you get your fingers foil wrapped...at least that is what I thought. The dip powder was all under my nails and I have top coat all on my fingers not on my nails. I feel like a got a deep acid skin peel on my hands. Just lovely. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could but I can't! I went with my friend and I had the worst experience ever there. They were rude and seemed in a hurry when they were doing our nails. The guy that I had made me bleed three times and just painted over it and I had bubbles and clumps in my nail polish. And my friend had an even worse experience. Her nails are the picture attached. The lady that she had was trying to fix her nails and she just put more nail polish and more top coat on and didn't let it dry and just kept on piling on more polish. So overall don't go there they are rude and don't know how to do nails. read more

I'll give them a 2 1/2 star. I took my daughter and I to get our nails done well hers polished and for me a pedicure... I also decided to get my lashes done as well. The nails and pedicure was great alone I'll rate a 4 for both their service was great too. It's just a REAL BAD EXPERIENCE with the nail tech. First she didn't listen when I told her I like full lashes she kept saying no natural, no lady I'm not natural I like up and beyond. Then comes this AWFUL glue. Oh my gosh I really think this glue is legal it burnt my eyes for more than an hour I'm typing now and still having problems. He other workers were like bring your own glue next time and smirks/ laughing. Like really what if I was to lose my sight behind this. You guys choose not to listen to me. I stayed like 30mins to see if the burning would stop it eased up but didn't. Its 11pm and I went around 4:30 so yes I have been very uncomfortable since. Upon leaving I told them I was really bothered by this and was concern to drive and that if it didn't stop burning I'll be back. Well I missed work tonight and I'll be back tomorrow. So hopefully everything will blow over peacefully. read more
