This is usually a nail salon that I come too because it's close to my house, but yesterday I went here to get a manicure I explained what I wanted very thoroughly, the person who did my nails was very rough and rude he did not keep the station clean and he packed on the powder on my nails causing my nails to look chunky, my nails are also bleeding at the cuticles because the tool he used he was very rough and kept blaming me for "moving" but really I was getting uncomfortable because he kept nicking my skin and then proceeded to blame me for the nails being messed up. Well today I walked into Lee's nails and they were very busy It's Memorial Day and many are off. I had the pleasure of Meeting Kevin, after soaking off a bad gel set and actually doing exactly what I been asking for I am for sure a customer. He took his time although they were on a wait. I went there to get a regular Pedicure. I picked up my color and was seated in the chair. The attendant spent five minutes on my toes and did a really bad job on the paint. They wanted me to get the gel lacquer instead of the regular fingernail polish but the gel lacquer cost $15 extra so I opted not to. I've had my toes done before with this lady did not do according to regulations. Also my mothers toe because she went with me was cut pretty good. This place is very disorganized and the man working there is rude. For one, they had asked an elderly to step in the waxing room for her eyebrows to be done at the beginning of my nails to be started and didn't even get to her even after I left. I paid for the basic mani and pedi and the young lady who did it was very nice however; She did no do a good job with removing the crust. My feet weren't even bad. She even said that. I started coming here upon a recommendation from someone as I was new to the area. I quickly learned that all that glitters is not gold. I have been doing Gel nails for years faithfully. I make an appointment every two weeks. Never have I been to a nail salon that didn't honor appointments, except for this place! They act surprised, or even bewildered that you have one. Love this place! I went in an hour before they closed and ended up walking out 20 minutes after they were suppose to lock up. I had to get my old acrylics removed (that some other salon messed up), a new full set, and gel polish. The technician was so thorough and actually gave me suggestions on shape, color, and nail type to use. Super sweet lady too! The salon itself is so beautiful! I was recommended by my uber driver to check out the place a while back. So, I decided to try them out yesterday. The decor of the place is awesome and staff is friendly however the work that they did on my feet was not so great. I got the regular pedicure with gel polish which is 45. However the lady who did my nails she was not confident or paying attention to her work. She kept trying to upsale me on different services instead of doing the job. In the result, she kept filing at my toe nails, cutting at the cuticles, and messing up the polish. The end result of the services made my feet look as if I have had the gel polish on for a few months. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The first time I went, I paid $33 for an acrylic set. It lasted three weeks, and the guy who did it was a very skilled nail technician. I went back on Saturday for a fill. Jenny, the manager, charged me $37 for a fill, because I switched to gel nails which was SUPPOSED to last longer. I should've known from the start that her work would look like trash since she looked like trash with only a pink bra and a revealing white tank top on. She told me we could do a matte coat, but that turned out looking awful. I highly doubt she noticed how bad her work was since she was on her phone every second she got. I went back later that day when she put the shiny coat back on, and it looked fine. Let's fast forward three days later. The paint is chipping off, there are dents in the nail and it looks horrible overall. I called to see if I could get it redone, but I instead get yelled at by Jenny and hung up on. Don't waste your money on this place. They're unprofessional and rude. Now I'm out $42 and I can't even get a refund. read more

I went in today (6/15/19) for a pedicure. After my pedicure was complete, the technician took the metal instruments used (clippers, etc.) to the sink, washed them, and then placed them inside one of the "sterile" bags. Instead of putting them in a basket to put into the autoclave, he took the "sterile" bag and put it back into the bucket that contained the oil, etc. - as if it was ready to use on the next customer. When I pointed this out to the "owner," I was told that I did not see that - and that they put several of the bags into the autoclave at a time. I tried to explain to her that he did not put the bag into a basket to be sterilized later, but put it back into the bucket to be used on the next customer, I was told that that was NOT what I saw! So I came here to get a gel manicure since I got off work early. I will never go back. They gave me dirty looks and the guy was so creepy. He reminded me of some psycho. ..no joke. He was using the tool that's sounds like a dentist tool and was rubbing it on my skin and giving me this odd smile...like wtf. Creepy as hell. He made me very uncomfortable. Went there for the first time. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised on the look of this nail salon. It is beautiful on the inside and looks really clean. I won't be going back there though because of the staff. A few of the men that work there are very rude. There was one next to me arguing with his client. She talked to him with kindness and told him that he has to make sure his customers are happy. And he straight up told her "no I don't, I do the best nails around here" ... I just thought wow! Went in and had proof of when I was there but they said it was my fault. How can you offer people wine and fruit cups but can't clean your equipment correctly? So I have been using this nail salon for my mani/pedi's for over 4 years. I may not be a every 6-8 weeks customer but I only ever use this salon for all my mani/pedi needs. I expecially used it alot when i was pregnant. Well my mother was visiting for the holidays and I told her I have a great nail salon to get mani/pedi's before christmas. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed. The staff that was working on the afternoon of the 23rd of December didnt seem very into conversation with. Wouldnt change the channel for me to watch my football game and we were only customers there. I also asked to have just my cuticles on my nails cleaned up like I always do and I never pay $18 (the price of a full manicure) just to have cuticles cleaned up. Also to have a technician who cant even speak english to a customer isn't very professional for a business either.
