I brought my husband with me for a pedicure and we were never offered drinks or talked to by our techs. My tech was very rough and what would have been an hour pedicure anywhere else took maybe 30 minutes. The pedicure was too rushed and definitely not worth the 60 dollars. We will not be back.

I was glad they were able to get me right away. I will say the pedicure chair that I was in was not particularly comfortable, but the guy who did my pedicure did a great job I thought. He listened to me when I told him what I wanted and I think they turned out really pretty while I was there. I decided I wanted to have my eyebrows and lip waxed. They were able to get me in for that after my pedicure was Over the girl who did my waxing was very sweet and diligent. I recommend this place.

They ended up charging me for some deluxe pedicure. The manager even confirmed she knew I asked for the basic. She blamed me saying I didn't speak up when I was getting the deluxe and I told her I did. I asked the guy going my feet if this all came with the deluxe and he said yes. So then she said he must have not understood. She refused to change the pricing to what I asked for because I got the deluxe. She then promised me a $17 discount (even though I was being charged over $34 more. When I looked at my receipt she only gave me a $13 discount. I paid over $140 for acrylic and pedi!!! I called back and she yelled saying I can go back and they will show me the cameras where she said I'd be paying $17 more than original (that math doesn't add up). She was loud and aggressive when IT WASNT ME WHO MESSED UP. She told me she would Zelle me a refund and texted me but never followed through. Stopped responding. To top it off I wasn't happy with my nails! Update: I spoke with the owner and she apologized for how she spoke and did refund me the $17. The owner finally showed up and immediately started awkwardly conversing with everyone about how he kept trying to get the manicurist to sleep with him but she refused. I eventually made it to the manicure where the technician again rushed through and gave me the ugliest shellac job I've ever seen. I had nail polish all over the sides of my fingers and cuticles. I was unhappy but paid and went on my way, just thankful to be out of there after almost 3 hours. By the next morning, 4 of the acrylic nails had already popped off or broken. I went back the next morning and the owner fixed them for free. He was much nicer and not obnoxious when he was alone. Despite that, the nails he "fixed" popped off again within 24 hours. I went back and just had him remove the whole situation, again for free. I will not be returning even though the place is very clean.
