After trying a few nail salons in Temple, I decided to give Luxx a try and now will not go anywhere else. I have been coming here for the past 6 months and every single time I have left beyond happy. They are appointment only so there are never any long waits. They don't over book. They take their time. I always get a full set and deluxe pedicure and its nice, quiet and relaxing. They are cash or Venmo only. I love that it's the dip powder nails instead of acrylic. They do an amazing job here. read more

Amazing staff, amazing service, incredible massage, beautiful nails. My husband and I happened upon this salon by chance as we were running errands in Temple this morning instead of our usual Georgetown, but we will DEFINITELY be coming back. Update: not even after 2 weeks of having them done I now have a crack down the side of my thumb and pointer finger. I'm not a heavy handed person so I have no clue how this could happen. So sad! Original:The atmosphere inside was very calm, relaxing, and welcoming. My manicure came out okay. I'm not totally in love. I requested square nails, but "due to my nails being short" the technician rounded them out instead. Most times when this happens the technician just adds tips and then files them into the shape I love. It'll due for now. Usually I'm able to relax during a pedicure, but the technician that did my pedicure was a little heavy handed pushing my feet in the water then yanking them out. Over all my visit was a 4 star experience. Hoping for a full five star on my next visit. read more

She took her time did a wonderful job on on my feet and legs. Every tool that she used was new and clean. She threw away the dirty buffers and files and even the wax. I am very pleased with the service that I received from here today. May the Lord bless her for caring for her clients the way she did. Luxx is by far the best salon I've been to since moving to Texas. I value the quality and consistency of their work, expeditious but not rushed, and their service. Also, their prices are perfect!!! Second time here today. Loved the first time and this confirmed that the work is consistently amazing. I get dip nails and a pedicure usually and the dip nails are perfect, never lumpy or too thick. Pedicures are always incredibly relaxing. The salon itself is also really clean and updated, and they always have freshly opened and sterile equipment. Best dip nails ever! I have tried several places in Temple/Belton, and none were places I would like to return to. At Luxx, you need to have an appointment, but it's worth the advance planning. They did an amazing job on my nails, and it took less than an hour which was awesome! I will definitely be returning here, and I highly recommend Luxx for dip nails. read more

Best Nail Spa experience ever. I loved the atmosphere and the people. The person giving me a pedi/mani actually smiled and cared if I was comfortable and relaxed (that is not the case in any of the other spas I have been to ever, and Ive been to a lot). I always get nervous when they start cutting around my toes and fingers, but even that didn't bother me here. My fingers and toes look amazing! Picking your colors could not be easier as they have a unique way of helping you make your selection. No more guessing about the color you pick, you get the color you want. At first I was hesitant being you must have an appointment. I'm the type who is mostly spur of the moment and need to pop in . I got my appointment luckily that day , and I must say I do enjoy appointment only . First, there is far less customers , less chaotic and very quiet. There might have been 5 other customers there at the time. Very relaxing, soft music , snacks,drinks,soft talking,attention to detail on work , no rushing and hundreds of powder dip colors to choose from .Big change from the loud talking , phones ringing , and rushing around at typical salons.I kinda didn't want to share this review because I didn't want some people coming in and ruining this place lol This place is located at The Tuscan Square off 31st. I went in there for my wedding to get my nails done. It's was me and my bridesmaids and we were soooo disappointed with the service. They rushed everybody's nails... & even messed up on one of my bridesmaids nails and told her she was reason they messed up and didn't want to fix it! I got a French tip manicure and my nails started chipping the next day. When it came to pricing they a talked amongst themselves and where never clear about it. I had to get my own calculator out just to make sure I wasn't getting scammed. Honestly my wedding day was super important to me and I wanted the nail day to be great.. but it wasn't!
