Always do a great job for me. Pedicures are so relaxing & am always happy with my nails. Plus the owner is super sweet!

Pedicure massage was great! However, she cannot polish. Looks as though a 2 year old polished my toenails. My acrylic fill was great, however, the woman that did my nails was not very nice. She said, her name was Kim. I don't think that was her name. She seemed reluctant to do my nails and was very short, irritated and agitated. Anything I asked if she could do, she would say, no. She also stated she couldn't match the color from the previous acrylic. Which she did have. I felt uncomfortable and from my perspective, she was trying to discourage me from getting my nails done at this place of business. I will not be returning. Moving from Austin, in comparison, Temple businesses need to work on their customer service. read more

I'm so disappointed. This first photo is what I wanted, the second photo is what I got. The job was rushed and I probably won't use that same tech again. Whenever I mentioned the crooked nail the tech said it was my finger. The length is WRONG, the shape is WRONG, the color is wrong. I honestly had to wait a while to be seated because they didn't have a lot of employees. Then while the Lady did a full set on me, she wasn't very talkative. The nails she did were expected because it's a regular salon and they don't perform as well as an in-home-based nail tech. The nails were thin but they lasted me about two weeks. The Lady I had filed too much into my skin so it cut into my finger. My bfs mom said another lady was rough with her as well. The vibe was just not something I'm used to. read more

I went to try this place for my birthday and immediately was put off. I had to eventually walk out. I show up for my 4:30 appt at 4:19 to be told "good I was about to call you and see where you are"...I was seated quickly and waited patiently for someone to be available to do my pedicure. I wanted gel nails with matching regular polish toe nails. The lady finally comes over and goes back and forth with me about getting gel on my toes and I continue to kindly decline. She then began AGGRESSIVELY trimming my cuticles and maneuvering my feet. She cut my toe which made me jump and say ow. She never said sorry, looked up nor slowed down. She continues on and I ask her to trim my toenails, she replies "I did" . I ask her to trim a little more to which she uses the cuticle cutters to do so. I ask for them to still be shorter and she says "they are". I explain that I wear tennis shoes every day and like them to be shorter. She then proceeds to cut them completely off. I then ask to leave. I am writing this because they were cut so so short my feet are still sore. Please do not go here. read more

I absolutely love this salon. Tracy is awesome, she is the only one I want to do my mani or pedi. This salon is always clean, usually the employees are quick and efficient. I've not had a bad experience so far. The store manager is very nice, gets you in and out with purpose. Their prices are reasonable, very nice environment for a spa day. read more

Have never been disappointed with this location. My entire family has and are still very loyal customers. They are always accommodating and offer free drinks including sodas, water, and wine. The staff go out of their way to ensure that you're needs are met and you leave happy. I always get a gel manicure and they are very clean and well done. Each staff member I have had takes their time and ensures the job is done to your satisfaction. This location is convenient and the staff has a great memory which makes each visit wonderful!! Because they are so great there are definitely times to avoid if you don't want to wait, Friday afternoons and Saturdays are all busy but worth the wait if you have time. read more

He made sure my nails were perfect which they are. Plus they have kids mani pedi chairs so I came home to pick up my daughter and headed back. The staff seemed attentive, even due to the fact that they were busy, so I had high hopes for good services. However, the lady who was doing my pedicure would not listen to me, did whatever she wanted, and I will never return. I explained clearly that I have scar tissue on the side of my foot, and to please not grate it. I explained that it is especially tender, and showed it to her. She went right over it with the grater full force. I had to yank my foot away and tell her not to again. I've had the scar for twenty years and this has never happened before at any salon. Next, she was trimming around the nail beds and I assumed she was just aggressively getting loose cuticles. She dug the clippers into the side of my big toe and tore a large chunk of my nail out. It was extremely painful, and absolutely uncalled for. It bled, she put god knows what on it and it stung even worse. Now my toe is infected, and is surely to become a painful ingrown toenail. If this wasn't enough deterrent, the polish chipped in less than 24 hours. read more

I have gone to Le's a few times before and they seem to never really listen to what I want. I went in today just wanting a simple French tip and asked for one finger to have a different color. He said okay and began working on me about 30 mins in he nicked me 3 times and blamed me for moving .. then literally sliced my thumb using a nail file and said it was because it was new so he used an older one on me at this point my blood was dripping all over his hands he was wearing no gloves he used the glue he would use to glue on the nail and put the tip directly on my cut blood got all over it. he did not sanitize or throw away anything he used to try and stop the bleeding he waited 30 mins and finally sent me off with a little blue bottle telling me to use it to stop the bleeding and charged me $50 and I was still asked if I was leaving a tip. No apology from the manager and he knew what was going on. I will never go back very unsanitary place he did not dispose of any items that had my blood on them and didn't wear gloves. read more

I went to this nail salon for the first time on Monday. I was pleasantly pleased. I will be returning.

Underwhelmed. I don't need to speak your language to understand your tone. And it was clear to me that one worker was saying something ugly to the worker who greeted me at the door. Yikes! The woman who did my manicure didn't bother to shape my nails -- she clipped them but left them crooked. My nails are angled! Ugh. #fail Oh, and she wore a ring that scratched the hell out of my arm, but she insisted it didn't happen (even though you could clearly see the scratches). read more

Will not be going back to this salon. Tried gel nails for the first time here and it was a complete let down. At first I thought they did a good job... The next day my nails were already chipping. And gel is supposed to last 2-3 weeks?! Turns out the guy that did my nails didn't let the base coat dry long enough so the gel was bubbling and chipping on every finger. The manager seemed very upset that this happened but only offered to fix the two nails that were badly chipped. Not only that but the color they used didn't match the other nails - and once they realized that they told me no one would notice. I'm not sure how a business can continue like this. I will never be back. After going to them for 2 yrs since moving here, I found one guy, Kevin to do my nails. I liked going to him because he is very great with taking the time to care for my nails. Just like everyone who has their favorite hair stylist, Kevin was my favorite to go to. On 3 separate occasions, I have come in or called in and Kevin was not there. Okay, no biggie, so I request another lady there who I know is really good and then another and so on. Every single time I come in or call in, they say he is out of town and so I ask when is a good time and they say next week....and every single time I ask for one of the other ladies who are great, but that I don't usually go to, they speak in their native language back in forth and then say they are all booked for the entire day. Really? The first time, this happened, I did not think too much of it, and was just patient with them on coming back but after the 3rd time and same story line, they will never get my business again. I wish I could understand what they were saying back and forth.I respect all cultures and supporting small businesses, but what went down was very unprofessional and a clear case of discrimination. Not ONE TIME did I ever say only Kevin could do my nails, I always ask for him and if he is not available, they take it upon themselves to think that he is the only one that can do my nails, which is not the case and I have explained that before.Today was the last straw, on top of the fact that I don't know why the other ladies who are really good refuse to do my nails. At least give me a reason. I am not a bad person and have always been very nice and kind every time I come. Been going there for a few years to get my eyebrows done. I go in yesterday they had this lady do my brows. She must've been new because I have never seen her there. The most horrible experience ever. She applied wax 10 times on each eye, didn't even clean the wax off then proceeded to try and pluck. Her hands were getting stuck to my face.To make matters worse she got glue stuck in my hair then pulled my hair trying to get the glue out. Ended up cutting my hair. I asked her if she had ever waxed before, She did not answer. I then asked for a mirror, she had burned me with the wax from re-applying it so much. Messed up my eyebrows.I told her to stop. The guy I paid asked if all was ok I said no it was not. Think he knew exactly what was wrong from the look on my face and my very red botched up eyebrows. I will not be going back there ever. They lost a customer who had been going to them for years. So upset and disappointed. read more
