This is the second time I have been to this Nail salon for a pedicure. Have not had the need for an appointment and was taken in quickly less than 10 minute wait. This time I had Tina as the technician and she did a wonderful job. I get the Classic which it just right for me so relaxing as they take care of you. They provide with with a small bottle of water as they do the Pedicure. Many types and specials to pick for your manicure or Pedicure too many to list that is for sure. Great vibe that is for sure. *EYELASH REVIEW* Style Requested: Wispy Cat Eye Those who know will know how they are supposed to look (shown on two of the pictures added for reference which was also what I shared with the tech) The tech was very nice, also very gentle. The place was clean, and well decorated. On day 2 after the application of the lashes one fell off. 3rd day the glue became more visible and turned a little flaky, not sure if that is due to excessive glue used. 4th day my eyelids started to be itchy. Although I requested to have a wispy cat eye look but what I was given was a wispy look which Is not the same and you can clearly see it on the photos. I've had a few friends confirm this including another lash tech from a friend of mine. Also, the lashes are way to close to the waterline which is the reason it irritates my eyes. Also, you can see the gaps between the lashes in a few of the pictures. There's supposed to be zero gaps. I will update review as the days go by As of right now I probably won't get them done here and will go to a friend's tech that was highly recommended by others and whose job is only lashes. read more

MY TOE IS LITERALLY INFECTED I WILL BE NOTIFYING OSHA because some of you may not know I am a cosmetology student so I know the measures you should be taking and after being in that salon as long as I was, I watched clients come and go and after each client there was no cleaning so what does that say? Been going to Estelle for about 6 months... great service most of the time until yesterday.. had a Builder Gel filer and a Secret Pedicure... unfortunately my polish on my right foot did not set well (I chose regular polish over Gel). But sat under the dryer an extra 15 minutes so thought I should be fine. One foot was great. Other not so much. I stopped on today to see if they could fix it (remove and repolish)under the two week guarantee.. the Receptionist told me no. It wasn't covered. Seriously? Not what I was told yesterday. Very disappointed. This would have taken someone 15 minutes max. And they were not busy. I spent $160 yesterday at Estelle. And they were not willing to fix three tonsils? JulieTang did a great job as usual. No complaints about her. However, my birthday was Friday, 9/26. I visited on 9/27 for a pedicure and 9/28 for a manicure. After I got finished with my manicure on 9/28, I mentioned hearing something about a birthday discount when I was in for my pedicure the day before. I asked the staff member checking me out about it and she said it was 7 days before your birthday and nothing after. I asked if they could give me the discount because it was only 2 days before and I didn't know about it. They refused, even after checking with the manager, saying it was policy. Offering a discount 7 days before your birthday, but no days after makes absolutely nonsense whatsoever and is very upsetting to a longtime customer such as myself. No attempt at all to satisfy the customer. I have been coming to Estelle for years, but I'm going to be looking elsewhere. read more

Went in to get my acrylic nails cut down and, after a misunderstanding I spoke with two technicians about to clarify, my 3 day old manicure was completely removed. The salon offered a free replacement that day but I didn't have time to stay for a new manicure. I asked for that offer to be transferred go a future date but the salon refused and instead offered a 30% discount for a future appointment. Mistakes happen but it's a bummer I wasn't able to get a full refund because I didn't have time to stay to fix their mistake. read more

Wow! Best pedicure I've ever had hands down! Vanessa and Gwen are outstanding! Gwen is a true artist. Got the Herbal Concept and I highly recommend! She did not hurt me one bit. The massage was perfectly relaxing. She was so knowledgeable and skilled. Over an hour later and our feet are still tingling. I love the beautiful space. It is so clean and the chairs are wonderful. I went to Estelle nails to get a fill. I had had a new set two appointments prior. The tech said I need a new set which I did not. It was the worst experience I've ever had. The nail tech stabbed my fingers four times with a pair of small scissors trying to do a coffin nail shape. I had a broken nail and he put acrylic on my nail and then put the tip on there and it lifted within two days and all my other nails lifted within a week. This was literally the worst nail nail place I've ever been to. My nails lifted within several days. They were bumpy and they were horrible. Do not go here if you want to have your nails done professionally when I complained the next day after my nails were horrible. I was told I'd have to come back to the same male tech who did a horrible job on my nails in the first place read more

They want me to pay full price again for a mistake on their part. I have a short set of tips on UNDER a longer set because they were cut entirely too short the first time around and instead of fully removing them, a new set was glued right on top. This created bubbles and dips in my nail and is not appealing. And if you look at the underneath you can see all the first set and glue. I called to see if they'd be willing to fix this and they want me to pay again if a new set is put on. There is no way to correct this without taking off the 2 sets of tips I have on! So yes a new set is needed. I refuse to pay again for their error. I even asked to just get them removed altogether. Still a charge. read more

Dec 20 I had an appointment to get a full set; Tom did not disappoint! This salon is so beautiful and well kept. It's modern and inviting. The prices are a little more than other salons I've been to, but so far, I feel it is worth it. Definitely will continue to go back for services. Tom and Kali are great!! The owner/shop owner is also very involved and helps the employees. They get really busy so I would recommend making an appointment before hand. read more

Rita was amazing and educated me very kindly when I told her the shape I wanted. Turns out, I've been asking for almond when I really wanted point shaped so she kindly educated me, asking along the way to make sure I was happy with the shape and color. She was so sweet and efficient and my nails are so pretty. John seemed inconvenienced to have to be doing my pedicure. It was rushed and rough and didn't feel very good and the polish on my toes is a little sloppy. A little disappointed in it. I've been going to Estelle for 4 years and have seldom had a not great experience. Came here with my sister for a pedicure at on a Monday at 4:00pm. I called ahead and booked an appointment, so we had a very minimal wait which essentially consisted of us selecting our nail colors. The salon itself has a very bright and clean aesthetic and the mail technicians did a great job accommodating my sister. She deals with nerve pain so there were certain steps we needed to omit and they made sure she wasn't in pain. Overall, I'm pleased with the experience and would come back again! As far as a cost breakdown, a basic pedi is $30, gel pedi is $50, basic mani is $20, and gel mani is $40. read more

Danny did a rush job on my nails. I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish on top. He did not cut my natural nails down. He did not file down the crease of the artificial nail added. He used one bead of acrylic on each nail and in turn this failed to build an apex on my nail. Very disappointed in the service. The staff is friendly here but expect to be rushed out the door with the techs, as they are just trying to make a quick buck instead of building relationships with clients that will continue to come back. read more

This place used to be my favorite. Then I moved out of town and I don't know what the heck happened. When I came back to visit friends, we went to go get out nails done. I asked for dip nails with tips. Once I picked out a color and I asked if they could do it in matte, they said yes, but it would be $5 extra. I said okay and moved on. Then when I was asked what shape I wanted, I said short almond. The man started to make a coffin shape and I corrected him. He then said, "almond shape is $5 extra too." Only round and square are free. I then just told him to do round so I don't have to end up paying $15 extra dollars for "add-ons." The only reason for the 2 stars is the attention to detail on the filing on the top and making them look natural and thin. But I have 8 nails that are pretty much almond shape and two that are round. My friend also got hers done and her right hand nails are significantly shorter than the left (see photo). I don't even want to get started about the pedicure. When I asked for a basic spa pedicure, the lady rolled her eyes at me. I had to hold my foot up the entire time during the massage and heel scrub. Every time I put my foot back on the rest, she would tap my foot and ask me to lift it again! Bad experience for what is supposed to be a relaxing evening. read more

Highly unpleasant place to go. 1. They use dirty supplies/files/drills. That's a huge health risk for sharing those if the person before you got cut. 2. Made my skin bleed 3. Drilled my nails down was to hard and fast. Making it painful and leaving dents in my nails. 4. Tried to fill a nail that was half falling off inside of redoing/replacing it. 5. Many nails already came off after a week. 6. Kept telling me to relax as it was painful. I will never go back and do not recommend. read more

Can't pick up things like a credit card when it falls on the floor. when the guy painted my nails they didn't go all the way to my cuticles so it looks like I need a FIL in 2 days after I got them done. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I paid $150 for my bf and i to get our feet done and my nails done. First off, Sam and John who I believe were doing my set. Misty was doing my bf's feet. She intentionally made him bleed and said she had too. My bf still has the wound after it being about a month and a half. NOBODY HAS TO HURT AND MAKE THEM BLEED, he was uncomfortable the whole time. Now I told them I had an appointment at 5pm and if they were able to do my nails in that time. They said they'd be able to do my nails and feet in an hour and a half. Sam did my feet and John did my nails. John had cut me 2 times and messed with my cuticles. He cut passed them. He didn't check the fit of the nails he was putting on, he didn't check to see if everyone of them was even to the other hand. They literally had lumps, I just asked for a blue French tip. They were lumpy, crooked, and were not the color I asked for. Now I came in the day after to see if I can get my money back or get them redone. They told me they couldn't do refund but they can redo them. A women was trying to set me up with the same guy who did my nails, I said no thanks and I wanted someone else. She got snappy with me and told me to pick the same color they used on me. I told her I do not know the exact color because I didn't pick it. I told her if they were gonna have attitude, I was just gonna leave and go somewhere else. I wanted nice nails because I was leaving to Mexico that weekend. The women said she was gonna redo my nails and explained to me she has to leave at 12:30pm because she had to take her mom to the hospital. I understand, I have a sick father myself so I get it. She gave me attitude about it, kept making me feel like I was wasting her time as if this isn't her job. I am paying for the hospitality and for the spa experience when getting my nails done. I didn't receive any of that my first time coming and to get my nails redone. She was rushing and made my nails crooked. She told me to tell her if it needed work and to say it now because she has to go, she didn't even give me time. She wasn't even done and just left. I was cut and she put my hand under the light. It had burned soo bad, both hands. I got my nails redone in Mexico by a professional, she said they damaged my nails. That the lady knew it was gonna burn me under light, she still went with it. The professional told me that they should never mess pass your cuticles and they shouldn't cut you on purpose. The blue French tips are from when John did my nails the first time. The pink and blue is when the women redid my nails. The purple is what the women did in Mexico. THATS HOW NAILS SHOULD LOOK LIKE. THIS IS A CRAP PLACE, I am never going here again. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. Don't waste your money or time, go somewhere else. read more

It's a very busy place with many, many stations. Front desk was friendly, nail techs did a good job, and prices are competitive. The two issues were 1) communication with limited English technicians made for a stressful visit and 2) a surplus of really annoying flies drove me crazy. The communication issue is probably half-solved if a returning customer and know how things worked. As a newbie, it was confusing. My companion was offered a beverage; I was not. Decisions like nail shape were impossible to discuss...I finally just shrugged my shoulders and let him do whatever. The big issue is we were left alone at certain stages without instruction, not knowing what to do. Are we done or do i just sit here? Do I need to walk up front and pay NOW? Do I stay here for a certain amount of time or is someone coming back? (Like at the end, under the fan.) Those interactions made added stress instead of the relaxing pampering outing I'd envisioned. However, my nails did look nice at the end. But the flies. OMG! Get some fly strips or something. I think they are attracted to some of the lotions and potions massaged into the skin. It was so aggravating to continually be shrugging/blowing them off (as my hands were engaged). read more

The lady that was doing was nails did a great job and was very sweet. Unfortunately, the older gentleman there is extremely rude. My pedicure was not finished and because he wanted the seat that I was in, he grabbed my purse and tossed it in my lap and started grabbing my drink and kicking me out of the seat so that he could put another customer there. I have no idea why because I was not done and there were plenty of others seats open. For as expensive as your services are, he could have at least let her finishing putting the lotion on. Very rude and someone needs to teach him how to treat customers. Especially if you expect a decent tip. read more
