She told me all she offered was hard wax and I was skeptical about it nevertheless she reassured me she wasn't heavy handed. This was the BEST wax I have had in a very long time. The shop is so cute on the inside. It is just her who works there so that definitely was a plus to me to know that when I booked again it would be just her instead of another waxer if she was booked. So that scored more points with me. She also gave me tips on getting waxed, things no one has ever told me about waxing.. for an example "breathing" lol I normally just hold me breath when it comes to pulling the wax off but if you just breathe during the whole process it would hurt much less. So again that also scored more points with me. She also hold great conversation so it wouldn't be awkward. I loved it and her. I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you so much.

You would never imagine a spa/salon was in there, I drove right past it. She went to school for what she's doing and I promise you she knows her stuff. I love that she explains everything and makes you feel very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that for $30 less you're at a nicer spa with an esthetician and for $20 more you're paying what you would at Woodhouse Spa. I wish this location was nicer to match the prices, I'd go nowhere else if that was the case. Getting someone to answer the phone was also impossible, I called for months until I finally emailed them and got an appointment that same week. So definitely email them and include your phone number.
