I started just getting basic manicures. About two weeks later I developed this white spot on one of my nails. It didn't hurt so I didn't think much about it, but it has developed into what you see in the picture. I can't say with 100% certainty that it came from their shop because i havent been to the doctor yet to find out exactly what it is, but this is thonly place I was getting my nails done prior to the infection.

When I asked for clarification on whether we couldn't get services at all, the answer was still just "no." If this salon is appointment-only or unable to take walk-ins, that's completely understandable -- but basic communication and professionalism go a long way. A simple explanation would have made all the difference. Instead, the experience felt rude, confusing, and unnecessarily dismissive. Customers deserve clear, respectful communication, especially when they're walking in ready to spend money. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor first impression.

I eventually made it to the manicure where the technician again rushed through and gave me the ugliest shellac job I've ever seen. I had nail polish all over the sides of my fingers and cuticles. I was unhappy but paid and went on my way, just thankful to be out of there after almost 3 hours. By the next morning, 4 of the acrylic nails had already popped off or broken. I went back the next morning and the owner fixed them for free. He was much nicer and not obnoxious when he was alone. Despite that, the nails he "fixed" popped off again within 24 hours. I went back and just had him remove the whole situation, again for free. I will not be returning even though the place is very clean.

I was extremely disappointed and left. Even then I waited for a call back. And didn't hear anything until a couple days later. Never will I ever go there or even recommend it.
