I visited this nail salon to have gel removed and with my own nail polish for a manicure Walking in this nail salon is small and a bit dated. The staff are quiet and polite. They were not a fan of my nailpolish and frankly did a manicure with normal polish I could have done at home. It was a bit bumpy and not as polished as I am used to. Also it chipped the next day. To their credit I believe they specialize in acrylics which are very different than traditional polish. I would advise you to try out their strengths. read more

I went in today with my daughter and they were able to squeeze us in. They do a great job and are funny and friendly. I had Nancy, she made sure that my nails looked beautiful with the cat eye. My daughter had Sonny who also did an amazing job on her nails. I will definitely be back and by the way, make sure to call in a couple of days ahead to make an appointment and don't be late lol. read more

Nanson Nail Spa - Stiletto Dip Powder #36 - Nail Salons Near Me - Copperas Cove, Texas

Had a great experience at this salon with Kay Kay and Jennifer. Kay Kay did a french ombré ballerina set on my nails. Jennifer did a nude with an accent on my sister's nails and we were both pleased. They were very friendly, took their time, and really made an effort to make sure you got what you wanted. I never know what I want to do when I get my nails done (rarely do) and Kay Kay was very honest on what would work best with my nail bed. Will definitely come back! read more

First time I came, I had a great experience with how the work came out. But now that I got a design I'm not all that happy. Very fast work, almost like she didn't wanna do it or couldn't. I would have been happier if she had told me she couldn't do it and I would have done something just a solid color. Missed parts of my nail, the black is shiny in some spots and matte in the other spots. Got a pedi and she rushed the whole process of the pedi. Just overall not painted well at all. Not happy with this second experience. read more

I went here yesterday because my mom referred me there because she said she had such a good conversation with soni. He was very nice and when i told him to put his own spin on the flower i asked for i was wowed because it looked so good! the nails are perfect and will definitely be going back read more

Came in as a walk in for a pedicure and my eyebrows. Very clean place, nice workers, did a good job on my nails. Reason for the two stars is because they completely messed up my eyebrow. I am so upset. She took off the thin portion at the base of my eyebrow, so they are too far apart. Left them two different thicknesses, and also two different shapes. Good for nails but do not get your eyebrows done here. read more

The first time I came here the service was great. But the second time it was awful sonny took me even though he had an appointment coming in so he started my fill then I had to wait over an hour to get them finished. Nancy did my moms and she was extremely rude and when she was done she took someone else instead of finishing mine even though I got there before the person she helped. And they charge WAYYYYYY too much for a fill. read more

Make an appointment, and do yourself a favor. Come here, get your nails done by the pros, and expect to walk out with quality nails that last long. They take great care of you, the hospitality is outstanding, and the relationship you create will last a lifetime. Nancy is very serious if you don't see her after two weeks. She cares a lot about the quality of her work, and your growth. Best quality & lasting nail shop, I'm just ready for her to get her own store. read more

The lady that claims to be the owner rushed through my services to get to her friend. I had to leave as soon as she was done to pick up my vehicle and texted her as soon as I got him to tell her I wasn't pleased with the service. She said she would refund my money then goes back and says she won't refund or even partially. Then she brings my kids into it and has a hate for KK who did a great job on my kids nails. read more

I had a gel manicure done here. The gel started peeling after five days. My gel manicures typically last longer than two weeks. The only reason I gave two stars was because they painted my daughter's nails and when she messed them up they were so patient/nice and fixed them. read more

I called to see if anyone was able to come to Hill country Nursing Home to do a set of nails for me. I'm currently paralyzed from the waist down. The lady was very rude and told me it would be $100!!! For a set of nails? I think they must be a little to proud of their work. read more

Nancy is the former owner of Nanson nails in Copperas Cove, TX. She recently sold her salon in Cove, and relocated in Lampasas. She asked if I would drive there, and since she'd been doing my mani, and pedi for about 5 years, I said of course, no problem. I called to make a appointment at 1:00pm, she told me no, so I said okay, what time? Nancy told me 6:30, I said no thanks, I'll do something else, and hung up. She IMMEDIATELY called me back, and told me 6:00. I agreed to Friday at 6:00pm. I arrived Friday at 6:00pm. She was filing someone's solar nails, and still had to shape, and polish them. She told me I had to wait. When one of the other women waiting heard me ask how long of a wait, Nancy told her 15 minutes, but when I asked how long Nancy's response was, "you want 1:00", and I said, "but I agreed to 6:00". She totally ignored me, I left! Nancy does a good job on nails, but her attitude, and rudeness toward a long term customer isn't tolerated. Sixty dollars every two weeks! Why did she call me back, and make a appointment she wasn't going to keep? I drove 15 miles one way for that!? Today, Monday August 5th, I went to the old salon in Copperas Cove, looking to get my nails done. To my surprise it was being run by the new owners. The place was exceptionally clean, and smelled, and looked good. The new owners were very professional. KK, one of the new owners listened to me, and did a phenomenal job on my hands, and feet. I've found my new manicurist, and I'm thrilled. I won't ever go looking for Nancy again. No more dusty, dirty shop, no more food smells, no more backstabbing of the customer who just vacated the chair, no more waiting for her to finish someone else waiting for my appointment, no more interruptions while she leaves me to go do eyebrows for someone. Very unprofessional. Nancy needs to go take a few management classes, OR turn her shop into walk ins only. read more

This is my go-to place! Nancy does an amazing job on my nails and listens to exactly what I want. Nancy and Sonny takes their work seriously and take a lot of pride in their work. Nancy always shows me their new polish selection when I go in. The newest is their cats eye polish which I done with a magnet and it's so cool! On top of the great work, Nancy and Sonny are just great people and they are so sweet! I feel so comfortable and right at home in their shop. I highly recommended them to anyone! read more

I used to go to a different nail salon but sadly enough I ended up with a toe nail fungus from hell and A friend of mine told me that Nancy at Nanson Nails could help me with this issue. My friend was right! When I came in I told Nancy what's goin on and she hooked me up. She gave me this cream and it cleared my toe fungus up faster than the estimated time frame. The first time I went, it was with my best friend and she got my nails done for Mother's Day and Nancy was nice but talked about the lady who used to do my nails years ago. I called 2 weeks later and asked for a morning appointment for Saturday b/c I work- Nancy made the appointment for Friday and said the # I gave her had too many #'s (which it didn't). Nancy said she would still do my nails but was rude to me the whole time saying how I made the appointment for the wrong day and gave her my number wrong. Once she finished, I went to wash my hands and asked my daughter to give her my card to pay. Nancy tried to run my card twice in which it declined the second time and she yelled across the shop, "YOUR CARD DECLINED"! I logged into my bank and showed her it was pending with my bank. Nancy tried to call my cell Monday and I was still at work and didn't answer so my best friend told me she called her, I called Nancy and she was being very rude telling me I needed to pay her, I told her the amount was still pending with my bank and once the hold is released, I will call her to pay it, she started yelling and cussing at me and I hung up. I will pay for my services but I will not pay twice. Nancy is rude and my nails look like they still need a fill b/c she did a half a** job on my nails. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. read more
