I visited this nail salon to have gel removed and with my own nail polish for a manicure Walking in this nail salon is small and a bit dated. The staff are quiet and polite. They were not a fan of my nailpolish and frankly did a manicure with normal polish I could have done at home. It was a bit bumpy and not as polished as I am used to. Also it chipped the next day. To their credit I believe they specialize in acrylics which are very different than traditional polish. I would advise you to try out their strengths. read more

I went in today with my daughter and they were able to squeeze us in. They do a great job and are funny and friendly. I had Nancy, she made sure that my nails looked beautiful with the cat eye. My daughter had Sonny who also did an amazing job on her nails. I will definitely be back and by the way, make sure to call in a couple of days ahead to make an appointment and don't be late lol. read more

First time I came, I had a great experience with how the work came out. But now that I got a design I'm not all that happy. Very fast work, almost like she didn't wanna do it or couldn't. I would have been happier if she had told me she couldn't do it and I would have done something just a solid color. Missed parts of my nail, the black is shiny in some spots and matte in the other spots. Got a pedi and she rushed the whole process of the pedi. Just overall not painted well at all. Had a great experience at this salon with Kay Kay and Jennifer. Kay Kay did a french ombré ballerina set on my nails. Jennifer did a nude with an accent on my sister's nails and we were both pleased. They were very friendly, took their time, and really made an effort to make sure you got what you wanted. I never know what I want to do when I get my nails done (rarely do) and Kay Kay was very honest on what would work best with my nail bed. Will definitely come back! read more

Came in as a walk in for a pedicure and my eyebrows. Very clean place, nice workers, did a good job on my nails. Reason for the two stars is because they completely messed up my eyebrow. I am so upset. She took off the thin portion at the base of my eyebrow, so they are too far apart. Left them two different thicknesses, and also two different shapes. But the second time it was awful sonny took me even though he had an appointment coming in so he started my fill then I had to wait over an hour to get them finished. I had to leave as soon as she was done to pick up my vehicle and texted her as soon as I got him to tell her I wasn't pleased with the service. I had a gel manicure done here. The gel started peeling after five days. My gel manicures typically last longer than two weeks. The only reason I gave two stars was because they painted my daughter's nails and when she messed them up they were so patient/nice and fixed them. read more

I used to go to a different nail salon but sadly enough I ended up with a toe nail fungus from hell and A friend of mine told me that Nancy at Nanson Nails could help me with this issue. My friend was right! When I came in I told Nancy what's goin on and she hooked me up. She gave me this cream and it cleared my toe fungus up faster than the estimated time frame. The first time I went, it was with my best friend and she got my nails done for Mother's Day and Nancy was nice but talked about the lady who used to do my nails years ago. I called 2 weeks later and asked for a morning appointment for Saturday b/c I work- Nancy made the appointment for Friday and said the # I gave her had too many #'s (which it didn't). Nancy said she would still do my nails but was rude to me the whole time saying how I made the appointment for the wrong day and gave her my number wrong. Once she finished, I went to wash my hands and asked my daughter to give her my card to pay. Nancy tried to run my card twice in which it declined the second time and she yelled across the shop, "YOUR CARD DECLINED"! I logged into my bank and showed her it was pending with my bank. Nancy tried to call my cell Monday and I was still at work and didn't answer so my best friend told me she called her, I called Nancy and she was being very rude telling me I needed to pay her, I told her the amount was still pending with my bank and once the hold is released, I will call her to pay it, she started yelling and cussing at me and I hung up. I will pay for my services but I will not pay twice. Nancy is rude and my nails look like they still need a fill b/c she did a half a** job on my nails. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. read more
