New flavors every week, delicious combinations, giant portions, delivery, pickup, and let's be honest, some bomb marketing videos, are what make Crumbl Cookies a groundbreaking success in the cookie industry! Although I disagree with their use of the dreaded milk chocolate chip (semi-sweet all the way!!!!) I have really enjoyed trying out their new flavors on occasion from week to week! I love their new chocolate cookie base, and they really do a great job listening to their customers and making changes based on our preferences! Ready to take it to the next level? Try out their Crumbl cream. Fantastic flavors and delicious combinations pair perfectly with the cookies of the week, or just to enjoy by themselves! Pro tip: make your cookies nice and warm at home and add Crumbl cream on top for a delightful pazookie experience! No shade from me here. I am a cookie aficionado and while we all have our preferences, I think Crumbl does a great job of pleasing our inner child, our dessert cravings, and making us hungry for more each next week. read more

Should Crumbl get five stars? It is really a close call for me. Yes, their cookies are moist, soft, long-lasting (well, I guess that is a relative term, because they don't seem to last long around me), and a sure comfort food for a long day, hard work situation, finals, or just the way to put the cherry on top. Their standard flavors of sugar cookie and milk chocolate chip are great, but my favorites are not the dailies. My hands-down favorite is the peanut butter. The cookie has a crispy outer layer with the thinnest coating of sugar and an inner filling of peanut butter. This was a favorite that my mother made that I had never had anywhere else and along came Crumbl to legitimately challenge my childhood love. Our family has taste tested every flavor of Crumbl Cream and they are legit. Just the right size to satisfy your cravings yet no so much that you feel guilty nor have to add another couple of miles to your run. And can I give a shout out to their new mobile app?! They now have custom ordering so you can have any cookies you want in your mobile app order! This is HUGE! Now, Crumbl has an almost fatal flaw. I am sorry, but I always have to be honest, and I never fail to mention this when going into a store or in a social media DM. They need to make SEMI-SWEET (or dark) CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES a DAILY flavor! Hello, Crumbl! Are you listening? I really do feel this way, but I still love me some Crumbl. read more

More like 3.5 stars for me. Got their party box. Told them to do it randomly. It was alright. Their chocolate chip cookie is the best. Also, it was my first time and I underestimated how thick their cookies are. Really really thick! Honestly I can eat like 1/4 of 1 cookie and that'll be enough for me. That being said, party box is good-- especially for a lot of ppl. I would recommend cutting them up since one is very filling! read more

Always love the cookies and the friendly, smiling staff. However, you let me down this time! Isn't the point of curb side pickup, your app saying you'll bring it right out, and you asking about what my car looks like, to bring it to my car when I've indicated I'm there? It would have been nice to know that you don't do that so I could have saved 15 minutes of waiting in the parking lot. I mean, there was 3 employees just standing around when I finally walked in. If I could give it, zero stars, I would. I placed an order in the app and I waited outside the restaurant in my car for 20 minutes. After noticing that no one was going in or out I just decided to walk inside. Not a single person was in there when I walked in. There were three workers just minding their own business. I don't know what they were doing, but I think it's just ridiculous that I was charged for a service fee for the curbside pick up when I had to walk in the restaurant to even get my cookie because of the horrible service.. as soon as I said, what happened I guess they weren't keeping up-to-date on their computer and monitor because they were just in their own world. read more

Crumbl takes baking cookies to the next level. This new age/millenial cookie shop makes delicious (huge) gourmet cookies. Crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, they're so dense and buttery you'll probably only be able to eat one. I highly recommend the classic chocolate chip, or the Nutella sea salt. Unlike most baked goods, these cookies are still delicious the next day! My experience was amazing at the Crumbl in Provo, UT. We waited for about 10 minutes for our freshly baked party box (One Dozen, of which you can ask for a variety of different flavors), so while we waited one of the employees offered us some fresh samples! The line was pretty long, but it was Valentine's day so that was sort of expected. It went by quickly, though. They also have a rewards system to get discounts or free cookies if you buy a substantial amount (the points add up every time you go). Check out Crumbl! read more

Since Crumbl is one of several similar cookie delivery places in Utah Valley, I'm going to highlight some differences that make it stand out from the rest and the ways it's similar to places like Chip. Similar: - Cookie size: all the cookies are huge and gooey in the middle; meeting the standard Chip established. - Price: Even though you can buy a larger box than at other places, the price of $10 for 4 is consistent. - Delivery: don't worry, you can get your faves delivered to your door here, too! Different: - Flavor variety: instead of a specialty of the month, they have a few new flavors each week in addition to the regular chocolate chip and sugar cookie. - Number of cookies available to buy: at Crumbl, you don't have to buy 4 cookies at once. They have lots of options for different amounts you can buy; a much more practical and versatile system. - Chocolate chip quality: I personally think the chocolate chip cookies at Crumbl are better than the others I've tried in places such as Chip. It's less greasy, has a richer flavor, and I think approximates the quality of homemade better. read more

DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE MOBILE ORDER WITH THIS LOCATION!! I ordered a box of cookies to be delivered to an apartment building not even a block away. They used door dash to deliver the cookies. However, instead of coming to the apartment number they went to the front office. Issues happened and I didn't get my order until almost two hours after placing it. The cookies here are fine--I prefer the chocolate chip cookies from Chip and Goodly Cookies better, but Crumbl has a specialty cookie menu that changes weekly and has a couple of interesting flavors. My problem with Crumbl was their customer service. I recently ordered cookies for some friends who were going through a hard time, and I sent a note to go along with the delivery. Unfortunately, the note looked like it had been written by a third grader, and was written very fast because the message I submitted was different than the one written. The vibe of the note came across like I didn't really care about my friends because it looked rushed and unprofessional. I've ordered the same delivery service from multiple other cookie companies, including Chip and Goodly, and never had this problem. If you're going to gift Crumbl, do yourself a favor it deliver it yourself. Otherwise, you might be better off finding cookies elsewhere. read more

I absolutely love cookies and I am always down to try cookie places. Crumbl cookies are amazing. I love the fact that they have multiple flavors and they are constantly rotating them. The cookies are very fresh and you can see them baking them right there. Usually the frosting is put on your cookie right in front of you after you order. The Pumpkin Caramel cookie is incredible and different from other cookies I have tried. The Buddy Muddy cookie, on the other hand, wasn't the best. The peanut flavor is very strong and takes over all the other flavors. I would go a little lighter on the peanuts for that one. The traditional chocolate chip cookie is also very good, however, they couldn't beat their competitor, Chip cookies on that one. They CCC wasn't as soft and tasty but still good. Bottom line, if you are looking for a variety of flavors or ice cream included in your order, go for Crumbl; if you are just looking to enjoy a traditional chocolate chip cookie, go for Chip. They have less flavors but their recipes are better. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Portion size was good, so I'll give them that. Service was good (the employee working was nice, but he appeared to be the only one there). They were also out of the spam musubi, which was disappointing. We went on a Monday night and were the only people there. The vibes of the restaurant were also quite plain and it was only slightly themed which was surprising for a Hawaiian restaurant. Overall, the price felt high for the quality we received and at this time, I wouldn't go back for dinner. I might be willing to give the bakery aspect a second chance..

It was more on the cakey side and did have an acidic bite to it, which was unique. However, the sourdough bread is what really won me over! I was able to sample the regular, honey wheat, and dark bread and all were easily some of the best sourdough I've ever had. Crusty but airy, slightly acidic and full of flavor. It was delicious! I'd recommend visiting this bakery for the bread, the friendly and helpful staff, and the smells. (The smell of freshly baked sourdough bread fills the tiny shop from wall to wall.)

It took multiple calls to reach a manager, but once I did, they acknowledged that a new employee had likely made a mistake and apologized. Although it was difficult to get in touch with someone, I appreciate their willingness to hear my concerns and their attempts to rectify the situation. When I returned to the store for the agreed-upon refund, however, the experience became frustrating. The manager, Aubrey, initially attempted to refund me for a less expensive drink and seemed unwilling to believe me when I explained what I had paid. I clarified that I was not seeking reimbursement for the tip, only the agreed-upon refund for my purchase. Her tone felt irritated and dismissive throughout the interaction. Fortunately, I still had my receipt with me and was able to verify the correct amount. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate that the store acknowledged the possibility of an error. What disappointed me most was how the refund was handled. I left feeling that my concerns were met with skepticism rather than understanding. Additionally, on a completely separate side note, while I was there, I noticed a customer had a dog inside the café. When I first visited with my friend, we had her dog with us and we were told dogs were only welcome on the patio because they had an open kitchen. So it was unexpected to see this dog inside and drinking from a reusable customer water cup provided by Peace on Earth. The inconsistency in enforcing store policies was surprising. I hope the business uses this as an opportunity to improve employee training and customer service.
