I realize that what advertisements show and what they actually sell are different, but this location frequently sells me cookies that just don't meet the mark. My Twix cookie literally had one chunk of Twix and a bunch of crumbs on it. It's disappointing to pay so much for a single cookie and then not even get a few chunks of a cheap candy bar. Also, last time I was at this location, one of the employees was sweeping the floor with gloves on, then proceeded to go back to making cookies with the same gloves on. The cookies taste fine enough, but the location doesn't have me craving a return visit. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. Crumbl's goal is to bring friends and family together over the best desserts in the world.

So I got: chocolate caramel Sammy, chocolate chip Sammy, red velvet cake, chocolate trunch cake, and the raspberry cake. I didn't even wait till I got home to try all of these, as I sat down not too far away from her truck to try all these and give an honest review. First off, Carisa was super sweet, and even gave hugs to her customers waiting in line before she started setting up - which was such a personal grateful gesture. First off, chocolate caramel Sammy: appreciated the chocolate flavor with a not overpowering caramel in it, chewy-and-chocolatey-satisfying! Chocolate chip Sammy: great flavor, also chewy and with colored sprinkles in the dough - my 4 year old really liked it. Red velvet cake: was surprisingly really good, as it seemed like the middle icing (towards the middle) seemed to include some kind of cookies-and-cream icing, next to the regular icing. Chocolate Trunch cake: I love that Carisa used a not-so-sweet chocolate mousse in between the layers of cake, to balance the semi sweet ganache icing (which was also in between the layers of the cake) and the outside layer of icing (which was the sweetest layer). This outside layer of the icing was indeed the sweetest, but it was a thin layer which I really appreciated! Raspberry cake: I'm normally not a fan of yellow cake, but this ended up being my favorite! She had fresh berries mingled in with the icing in between the layers of the cake (reminds me of summer!) The icing she used with this (on the outside) was also thin, but she balanced it out again with the sweet outside icing and underneath this layer was a pink frosting with bits of berries mixed in. The texture of her cakes are a bit more dense, but still presenting to be airy.

It is a food truck so don't expect the restaurant atmosphere. The ladies behind working there are nice and they had fun talking Spanish with this gringo. lol I only tried the street tacos. Being from San Diego, Ca that is how you know if you have good Mexican food by starting with the tacos. I will go back again and try the rest of the menu. On July 25th we saw that this Crumbl location had a mystery cookie that's been on my to try list for a long time: the mallow sandwich cookie. Having attempted to get one at the recent Eagle Mtn grand opening only to stand in line for over an hour to not even move a third of the distance with a group of kiddos, we left saddened and very hot in the July sun. So when we saw it at this location we were so excited! We drove what should have been a 45 minute or so drive, that turned into a 2 hour drive due to an accident further up the freeway that put us in a standstill. We felt like conquerors when we finally made it off the freeway with a car of good sports. We were greeted warmly by the employee. She happily greeted us, though when we announced our order she told us the sad news... They had sold out for the day of the mallow sandwich. Normally I'd just get something else, but with all the effort to still not be able to try it (first world problems I realize) my sadness did show as I found myself saying with discouragement, "Ohhhh, we drove two hours to get here for this." The sweet woman, turned to her manager with kind sympathy to relay the info. As we pivoted to see if we could do something else with the gift card we brought, the manager said she actually had some in the back they were saving for the morning until they could make another batch. I was so amazed! As we got one more cookie and told them one of the mallows was enough, to my surprise not only did they give us the same number of mallow sandwich cookies we were going to purchase, but they only charged us for the one other cookie we got. They gave the mallow sandwich ones to us... On. The. house. Whaaaaat?! Who does that! I've never wanted to cry with joy over a package of cookies, but we were so grateful and I did have tears. So much kindness and all of us were amazed and grateful for that manager and her employee that night. She told me not to share that they still had some there that night until the next day at least... Took me much longer than that to get to writing this massive review. Sincerely though, still so amazed at this store! Thank you thank you! And yes, the cookies were well worth the effort and whatever money spent. They looked amazing and tasted that way too. Soooo. Good! But sincerely the people made it just that much sweeter. We were able to give the cookies to our family and two others that needed a pick me up. It was wonderful because of you. Thank you! read more

I LOVE CRUMBL, especially the Payson location!!! The culture there is AMAZING and the workers are very friendly. Seriously though, I've never seen such great customer service!
