If you've ever driven on I-15 through Santaquin, you've seen the big red barn and maybe noticed the orchards surrounding it. I finally made a point to stop for a visit and learned that it's much more than produce. Sure, you'll be able to get your fill of fresh apples or peaches, but they have ice cream and other goodies as well-think donuts, candy, jam, etc. It's a popular place that lots of families visit, so it can get a little busy in there. But if you're in the mood for some tasty ice cream or maybe some country hospitality, stop by!

This place is so fun! They have such good ice and you have to get an apple cider slush. Their apple cider donuts are also a must! You can also buy really yummy apple cider, jams, honeys and salsas. Their fall festival is one of my family's traditions!

Food- 4- star for variety, although it's expensive. The barn is stuffed with delicious breads, ice cream, fudge, jams, donuts, produce, and gifts. Unfortunately, there are only a 2 cashiers, so pack your patience. The line was SUPER long on the Saturday we went! Warning: Abigail breads are scrumptious but don't keep the jalapeño cheddar loaf next to the cinnamon roll sourdough; their smells crossed and ruined the cinnamon experience. Activities- 3 stars. We had toddlers and college kids in tow, and the concensus was that it's was NOT worth $16 entrance fee. A tractor pulls you to the fun area where you can shoot apples from cannons, slide, play in a corn sandbox, ride little bikes, 2 zip lines, climb on bales of hay, meet cute critters (the animal enclosure was a favorite), and go through a corn maze.

12/28/23, My first time here. Nice stuff, good prices. I recommend stopping here if you are driving through Utah.

Sometimes it can get busy since they have so much to offer but we go for the ice cream and fresh produce and it's always worth the wait!

This place is great. Love the fresh options. It was very busy. The freshly made peanut butter is excellent. Love the cider ice cream drink.

Great place to get fresh fruit, homemade ice cream, and frozen pies. It also has great food gifts for a little remembrance.

From the moment…read morewe arrived, it was easy to see why this family-owned orchard has such a great reputation. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer questions, creating a relaxed, hometown atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The fresh peach we bought was absolutely incredible--perfectly ripe, incredibly juicy, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the difference that comes from fresh, locally grown fruit. We also treated ourselves to a cherry sundae, which was refreshing, delicious, and the perfect way to cool off on a warm day. The real surprise, though, was the apple cider donuts. We bought half a dozen thinking they'd last a while, but they disappeared much faster than expected! They were soft, fresh, perfectly coated in cinnamon sugar, and easily some of the best donuts we've had. If you're driving through Alpine or exploring Utah County, Burgess Orchards is definitely worth a stop. Whether you're looking for fresh fruit, homemade treats, or just a fun local experience, this place delivers. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're in the area, and we'll probably leave with even more peaches and donuts than we did this time! Check out our video on our socials @reessroots

There was no catsup or mustard on the burger, and no pickles. But there was a ton of mayonnaise and tons of onions which I asked to leave off. Needless to say it wasn't very good. And the sauce that they give you isn't enough for an order of fries or zucchini. My husband ordered a cordon blue burger and sweet potato fries. His was very good he said. I have tried ordering on their app multiple times but it doesn't work right and won't allow me order on it. I have reported that to them but they don't do anything about it. I wouldn't call this a fast food place. It takes quite a bit on time to get your order no matter what you order. We rarely ever go here any more due to the cost and time to get an order and now not getting my food the way I want it.
